The spotlight is thrown on the ubiquitous technology these days, and diverse management technologies are proposed to efficiently manage the networks in the ubiquitous environment. Because each network has its unique management technology, the integrated management of complex networks is a very difficult challenge. In this paper, an integrated network management methodology is proposed to ensure the efficient management of different networks using ontology. Although the proposed integrated network management methodology is quite simple, the definition of this methodology is essential for the integrated network management. Using the $Prot\acute{e}g\acute{e}$ to Ontology development, the terms for the integrated network management were defined, along with the OWL and relevant rules, and several methods were implemented according to the proposed methodology. The process in this paper is considered essential for the network expansion and multiple network management.

본 논문에서는 선박 통합 게이트웨이를 이용하여 선박 내 기기를 하나의 네트워크로 연결하는 선박 네트워크(Ship Area Network)에 대하여 네트워크의 구조를 분석하고 모든 기기의 연결을 담당하는 선박 통합 게이트웨이의 망요소적 역할 및 필요 최소 성능에 대해 분석한다. 이를 위하여 선박 내 네트워크에 대한 참조망 구조 및 종단간 연결에 대해 분석하고 트래픽 모델 및 선박 네트워크의 요구사항을 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 선박 통합 네트워크 구조를 반영하는 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 설계하였다. 망요소에 대한 성능 평가 결과, 제안한 네트워크에서 통합 게이트웨이가 스위치로서 동작하고 약 30,000 packets/s 이상의 성능을 보유하였을 때, 선박 네트워크가 선박 내부의 트래픽을 안정적으로 전송하였음을 확인할 수 있었다.

인터넷 서비스 가입자망은 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 새로운 대안으로 제시되고 있는 망이지만 접속 방식에 따라서 여러 가지 형태와 특성을 가지고 있다. 접속 방식 별로 여러 가지의 이기종(異機種) 장비들이 배치되고 있으며, 전국적으로 분산된 가입자 망 장비 및 자원에 대한 효율적이며 집중적인 통합 관리를 위해서는 관리되는 장비의 종류에 무관한 일반적인 정보 모델인 단일화된 개념적/추상적 관리객체 모델이 요구된다. 본 논문은 인터넷 서비스 가입자망을 통합 관리하기 위한 추상적이며 논리적인 관리객체 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 UML을 이용한 객체지향 방법론을 적용하여 가입자망인 DOCSIS 기반의 케이블데이터 서비스를 위한 가입자망과 VDSL서비스를 위한 가입자망에 대해 동일한 모델을 적용하여 하나의 통합된 가입자망을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

훈련과정종합정보망은 훈련과 관련된 모든 훈련 과정을 검색할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 수강 신청, 학습, 훈련 성과 분석, 훈련 이력 관리까지를 원스톱으로 처리할 수 있는 통합 학습시스템이다. 이와 같은 훈련과정종합정보망을 개발하고 운영함으로써 훈련생의 자기 주도적 훈련 선택권의 강화, 훈련 과정의 다양화 및 경쟁을 통한 훈련의 질 제고를 할 수 있다. 훈련과정종합정보망의 운영을 위하여서는 적극적인 홍보와 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 정보 제공 서비스, 그리고 풍부한 콘텐츠와 이용자 개인과 기관에 대한 관리가 필요하며, 안정적인 재정지원과 개인정보보호, 훈련과정에 대한 저작권보호 등이 이루어져야 한다.

By managing various communication networks collectively, Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) has appeared as a concept to aim for the unified and effective communication network operation and maintenance. IMT-2000 and other network such as PSTN, cellular networks and packet witching network that are integrated with IMT-2000 have been developed in different platforms - hardware and operating system, and a same circumstance will happen in the maintenance in the future. Also, it is difficult to approach to the standard for Ｑ3 interface implementation of the agent in TMN system that may occur in the development or the maintenance for the different platform of IMT-2000 and other networks that are integrated with IMT-2000. In order to solve this kind of Problems, this Paper suggests integrated network management agent of IMT-2000 based on the NTS model and Advanced Intelligent Network(AIN).

This article suggests integrated neural network models for the interest rate forecasting using change point detection. The basic concept of proposed model is to obtain intervals divided by change point, to identify them as change-point groups, and to involve them in interest rate forecasting. the proposed models consist of three stages. The first stage is to detect successive change points in interest rate dataset. The second stage is to forecast change-point group with data mining classifiers. The final stage is to forecast the desired output with BPN. Based on this structure, we propose three integrated neural network models in terms of data mining classifier: (1) multivariate discriminant analysis (MDA)-supported neural network model, (2) case based reasoning (CBR)-supported neural network model and (3) backpropagation neural networks (BPN)-supported neural network model. Subsequently, we compare these models with a neural networks (BPN)-supported neural network model. Subsequently, we compare these models with a neural network model alone and, in addition, determine which of three classifiers (MDA, CBR and BPN) can perform better. This article is then to examine the predictability of integrated neural network models for interest rate forecasting using change-point detection.

본 논문에서는 통합기준점의 통합망 조정을 위해 학술용 망조정 소프트웨어에 대해 비교하고, 전국 단위로 통합망 조정을 실시하였다. 기존 통합기준점의 평면좌표 결정에서는 연도별로 다른 소프트웨어를 사용하였기 때문에 측량 시점과 데이터처리 해석 방법에서 오차가 발생하였으며, 이러한 오차를 줄이기 위해 다년간에 걸쳐 관측한 세션별 관측망을 하나의 망으로 구성하여 통합망 조정을 수행하였다. 통합망 조정을 위해서 Quasi-Observation Combination Analysis(QOCA)와 Global Kalman filter VLBI and GPS analysis program(GLOBK)를 비교·분석하였으며, 최종적인 통합망 조정 처리에는 GLOBK를 사용하여 단일 망조정을 실시하였다. 전국 단위의 통합망 조정을 실시한 결과, 수직방향의 RMSE는 ±0.03m 로서 다소 크게 나타났지만, 수평방향의 RMSE는 ±0.006m로서 기존결과와 근사한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Integrated management model (SNMP/SMI) for lubiquitous egacy remote communication network or service make possible combination of various architecture. However, legacy management system cannot be applied some problems such as inefficient, complexly, implement and large network by reason of integration of voice and data, wired and wireless, and service area between service provider. For improve this, supplied JMX(Java Management eXtensions) on network management technology from SUN. JMX is integrated architecture for existing network management and monitoring. In this paper, we design and implement for integrated network management through multi-protocol agent using JMX.
