가변 샘플링간격 EPC/SPC 결합시스템의 개발 (Development of Integrated Variable Sampling Interval Engineering Process Control & Statistical Process Control System)

  • Traditional statistical process control(SPC) applied to discrete part industry in the form of control charts can look for and eliminate assignable causes by process monitoring. On the other hand, engineering process control(EPC) applied to the process industry in the form of feedback control can maintain the process output on the target by continual adjustment of input variable. This study presents controlling and monitoring rules adopted variable sampling interval(VSI) to change sampling intervals in a predetermined fashion on the predicted process levels for integrated EPC and SPC systems. Twelve rules classified by EPC schemes(MMSE, constrained PI, bounded or deadband adjustment policy) and type of sampling interval combined with EWMA chart of SPC are proposed under IMA(1,1) disturbance model and zero-order (responsive) dynamic system. The properties of twelve control rules under three patterns of process change(sudden shift, drift and random shift) are evaluated and discussed through simulation and control rules for integrated VSI EPC and SPC systems are recommended.

  • 본 연구는 최근 새로운 제조 수단으로 각광받고 있는 3D프린팅 기술의 통합제어 시스템과 품질개선을 위한 모니터링 SW 기술개발을 위한 프레임워크 및 연구개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 금속프린팅 기술로 조명되고 있는 DED와 PBF 3D프린팅 기술의 통합 제어기술 개발 Framework와 최근 반도체 장비 등에서 큰 관심을 받고 있는 음향센서를 이용한 모니터링 기술 등 품질 개선을 위한 4가지 모니터링 기술을 제안 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위하여, 국내 3D프린팅 전문기업인 (주)컨셉션, 원광이엔텍(주), (주)디이엔티 등에서 개발 중인 국내 최신 금속 3D프린팅 시스템 장비를 활용하여 연구하였으며(1KW급 Dual Laser PBF 및 DED 프린팅 시스템), 2017년 이래 지속적인 연구개발을 수행해온 경험을 바탕으로 다음세대 3D프린팅 개발자를 위한 연구초안을 제시함으로서 국내 3D프린팅 기술 발전 및 연구개발 협력을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 재난안전통신망의 전체 구조가 아닌 재난현장에서 소방대원과 현장 지휘통제실간의 정보교환이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 재난현장 지역 내의 독립적 네트워크 인프라(무선통신, 영상전송 및 현장상황파악 등) 확보를 위한 현장형 스마트 통합관제시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 재난환경 스마트 통합 관제시스템은 재난현장에서 현장대원간의 무선통신을 지원하고, 재난현장 영상정보 수집을 위한 드론과의 통신을 지원함으로써 현장 관제시스템에서 재난상황에 대한 전체 주변 영상확보 및 현장대원의 효율적 지휘가 가능하게 된다.

  • Today, the need for more flexible and adaptive production system and integrated management of their manufacturing information and facilities is ever increasing to cope with competitive and ever-changing global market environments and complexity of new control systems. This paper presents the whole system architecture and the technological characteristics of for each individual system layer which are able to flexibly integrate and manage high-speed and high-precision machining systems. It is investigated that monitoring and integrated management of the control systems can be realized with consideration of detailed information of various CNCs, and the management function may be easily constructed and extended using components of the manufacturing execution layer.

  • The monitoring system for integrated management of on-site wastewater treatment plants(biofilter) was designed and its operation program was developed. In design process, the research on monitoring parameters which will be able to represent condition and operation of the pilot plants was accomplished, and these parameters came to reveal with ORP(Oxidation-Reduction Potential), water level, pump and power on/off. Proposed monitoring system is composed with measurement, control, communication and display device, and PCB(Prototype Circuit Boards) and microcontroller (PIC16F877) technique are applied to its design of control device for performing specific function. also, The operation program of PC setup is developed in order to provide a convenience to the manager.

  • 사이버 보안을 위한 활동인 '위험관리(Risk management)'와 '보안관제(security monitoring)' 업무는 미래에 발생할 보안 위협에 대비하고 보안 사고를 최소화 하는 활동이라는 점에서 깊은 상관관계를 가지고 있다. 또한 위험관리와 보안관제 분야 모두 관리자에게 시각적으로 그 정보자산에 대한 위협을 보여주는 패턴 모델을 적용하는 것이 효과적이다. 검증받은 패턴모델로는 전통적인 품질관리 분야에서 오랫동안 사용되어온 '관리도'(control chart)모델이 존재하지만 정보시스템의 사이버 위험관리와 보안관제에서의 활용은 부족하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 위험관리와 보안관제 시스템을 통합한 사이버 SRM(Security Risk Monitoring)시스템을 설계하였다. SRM은 '관리도'의 패턴을 이용한 '보안대책' (security control)의 적용 전략을 제시한다. 보안대책은 기존의 표준화된 보안대책 집합인 ISMS, NIST SP 800-53, CC를 통합적으로 적용하였다. 이를 활용하여 2014~2018년 까지 4년간 우리나라사이버위기 경보동향을 분석하였고 이는 향후 보다 유연한 보안대책 수립을 가능하게 한다.

Integration of health monitoring and vibration control for smart building structures with time-varying structural parameters and unknown excitations

  • When a building structure requires both health monitoring system and vibration control system, integrating the two systems together will be cost-effective and beneficial for creating a smart building structure with its own sensors (nervous system), processors (brain system), and actuators (muscular system). This paper presents a real-time integrated procedure to demonstrate how health monitoring and vibration control can be integrated in real time to accurately identify time-varying structural parameters and unknown excitations on one hand, and to optimally mitigate excessive vibration of the building structure on the other hand. The basic equations for the identification of time-varying structural parameters and unknown excitations of a semi-active damper-controlled building structure are first presented. The basic equations for semi-active vibration control of the building structure with time-varying structural parameters and unknown excitations are then put forward. The numerical algorithm is finally followed to show how the identification and the control can be performed simultaneously. The results from the numerical investigation of an example building demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and accurate.

  • Recently, a growing demands on electricity require a high performance and reliable operation in the area of protection, control and monitoring of power plants and substations which may not provides with conventional systems. This paper describes a novel IDPACS (Integrated Digital Protection And Control System) in which we integrate all protection, control and monitoring function of the substations. The simulation results show that the proposed system provides fast response and reliable operation of power plant with superb performance on protection and control system.

함정 통제체계의 통합 아키텍쳐 연구 (An Integrated Architecture for Control and Monitoring Systems on Naval Surface Combatants)

  • The operational concept of control systems on surface combatants has been changed from individual control for each system to integrated control for all systems due to computing technology development and crew reduction policy of navy. The purpose of this study is to identify current status of control technology, to analyze user requirement and to develop an architecture to support the conceptual change of ship control. An architecture, which integrates several control and monitoring systems on naval surface combatant, is proposed. The proposed architecture is focused on sharing network and computing resources related to user command, and reducing systems complexity. The architecture can be adopted to next surface combatants in Korean navy.
