In this paper, A low-power MOS monolithic peak detector is presented. Designed for monolithic and low-power characteristics, this MOS peak detector can be integrated easily on the same chip as a module of large communication systems. The simulation results of this peak detector which was composed with four NMOSs and two capacitors show the power dissipation of 0.972㎽ and the good operations for 2㎓ operating pulse frequency. Therefore, it may be used as a functional block for various signal processing systems.

본 논문에서는 안테나와 미국 PCS대역(1.85GHz-1.99GHz) FEM(Front End Module)을 결합하여 하나의 패키지로 구현하는 것을 연구하였다. FEM의 크기를 고려하여 안테나의 크기를 작게 만들고 단말기에 내장하기 위해 PIFA(Planar Inverted F Antenna)형식의 안테나를 선택하였다. 안테나의 지지를 위해 비유전율 2의 캐리어를 사용하였고, 안테나와 FEM간의 상호 간섭을 막기 위해 도체로 차폐시켰다. 유한요소법(Finite Element Method)로 모의 실험을 하여 안테나를 설계하고 실제 제작하여 모의 실험결과와 비교하였다. 제작한 안테나를 FEM과 결합, 기판을 제작하여 FEM의 이득을 측정하였다.

A comprehensive computer software has been implemented in conjunction with the software for volumetric error generator, to assess simulation on specific measurement tasks. The simulation algorithms have been developed for major measurement tasks, such as step gauge, ring gauge, sphere gauge, and cylinder gauge simulations etc. Verification and practical applications of the developed module have shown its efficiency and validity.

This paper describes the development of integrated simulator for traction power supply system with GUI (Graphic User Interface). This simulator consists of a lot of calculation modules such as TPS, time table, line constant, and power supply system analysis. Each module has input and output structure respectively. The proposed simulator is tested on both high speed railway line and metropolitan subway line. The test has confirmed the function of the developed simulator.

태양광발전 시스템에서 PV 모듈 스트링에서 발생되는 손실을 저감할 수 있어 태양광 발전시스템의 발전효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 태양광발전용 마이크로인버터 (MIC: Module Integrated Converter)들의 출력특성을 시험하고 그 결과를 비교분석하여 마이크로인버터 설계에 있어 필요 요소들을 도출한다.

A new smart antenna scheme based on spatial FFT is proposed. By combining the output of spatial FFT, the proposed structure shows similar performance gain compared to ordinary smart antenna systems. Moreover. the proposed scheme could be easily integrated to general receiver without beam focusing module. The analysis and simulation results show that the performances of proposed scheme are comparable to ordinary smart antenna systems

본 논문에서는 공진탱크만으로 고승압(>10)을 성취할 수 있는 새로운 비절연 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안한 컨버터는 스위치의 ZVS 턴온 및 다이오드의 ZCS 턴오프가 가능하여 스위칭 손실을 최소화 할 수 있으며 스위치의 전압정격이 출력전압보다 작아 작은 도통손실을 갖는 소자 선정이 가능하다. 제안하는 컨버터의 동작원리를 제시하고 실험을 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

Recently, we have developed p-i-n hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) single junction (SJ) thin film solar cells with RF (13,56MHz) plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) systems, and also successfully fabricated the mini-modules (>300$cm^2$), using laser scribing technique to form an integrated series connection, The efficiency of a mini-module was 7.4% (Area=305$cm^2$, $I_{SC}$=0.25A, $V_{OC}$=14.74V, FF=62%).

We developed a wavelength selectable 8-channel WDM otpical transmitter. The module consisted of two 4-channel DFB-LD arrays monolithically integrated with a 1x4 Power combiner and an SOA. It operated at 1550 nm and 200 GHz spacing.
