Objectives: This descriptive survey study aimed to identify factors that affect job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards and to explore measures to increase job satisfaction among these nurses. Methods: Data were collected between July 20 and August 3, 2018 from nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards in Busan and Changwon city, in Korea. Data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 23.0 software(IBM corp., Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards were identified as follows: professional self-concept (${\beta}=.32$, p=.003), which is a subdomain of nursing professionalism, and nursing foundations for quality care (${\beta}=.30$, p=.001), which is a subdomain of nursing work environment. The model had an explanatory power of 54.7%. Conclusions: Nursing professionalism should be strongly established among nurses, as nurses are key players in a health system that allows stable and expanded operations of integrated nursing care. Intervention measures that create a better work environment for nurses should also be implemented. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop systematic strategies and multifaceted efforts to increase nurses' job satisfaction in integrated nursing care service wards.

기업의 안전$\cdot$보건, 환경(SHE: Safety, Health and Environment)과 관련된 사고는 큰 인적$\cdot$물적 손실을 가져오기 때문에 사회적 책임에 관한 문제로 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 기업은 SHE 문제에 대해 수동적$\cdot$소극적인 대응에서 벗어나 자발적인 SHE 관리수행이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기업의 SHE 관리 실태를 조사하여 연구$\cdot$분석하고. 그 결과를 활용하여 기업 스스로 자율적인 SHE 관리를 수행할 수 있는 KW{Kwangwoon}_SHE(Safety, Health and Environment) 관리 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델은 SHE 관리에 있어서 관리비 투자에 대한 업무 성과를 손쉽게 평가할 수 있도록 하였다.

This study introduce how distributed object technology can be applied effectively to use in a integrated structural design systems environment with the rapid increasement in the use of network technology. The architecture and management models of the developed systems are described by the CORBA(Com mon Object Request Broke Architecture) distribution standard and objects in Java language. The proposed system can be used for communicating with data between remote designers, regardless of the H/W or S/W platforms they use. Introduction of distributed objects methodologies to a Integrated structural design systems provide advanced levels of integration in structural design environment.

일반적인 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템들은 멀티미디어 소프트웨어 개발 환경의 특성 및 특징들을 수용하기에 부족하다. 멀티미디어 소프트웨어 개발 환경은 기본적인 개발 도구 외에 컴포넌트(나 라이브러리)들을 인터액티브하게 조합하고 테스트 할 수 있는 비주얼 프로그래밍 환경을 통한 시뮬레이션과 분석을 반복하면서 개발하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션 과정 중에는 유사한 기능을 가진 컴포넌트 중에 적합한 컴포넌트를 빠르고 효과적으로 찾기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 멀티미디어 소프트웨어 개발 환경에서 사용하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 체계적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 비주얼 워크스페이스를 기반으로 한 소프트웨어형상관리 방법과 이러한 방법을 수용할 수 있는 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 또한, 개발된 시스템을 실제 시뮬레이션 도구와 연계하여 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템으로써의 적합성을 확인하고자 한다.

An integrated water environment management system is necessary in improving water quality, properly allocating water resources, and supporting socio-economic development. Specifically, water quality management system using web map can be an efficient approach to accomplish this system. This paper aims to construct a dynamic water quality management system to reflect a water environment management system which includes three sub-models with consideration of their interrelationships (a socio-economic model based on dynamic Input-Output model, a water resources cycle model, and a water pollutants flow model). Based on simulation, the model can precisely estimate trends of water utilization, water quality, and economic development under certain management targets, and propose an optimal plan. This study utilized the model to analyze the potential of using reclaimed water to accomplish local water environment management and sustainable development plan while exploring the applicable approaches. This study indicates that the constructed water environment management system can be effective and easily adopted to assess water resources and environment while improving the trade-off between economic and environment development, as well as formulate regional development plan.

In the rapidly changing business and economic environment, environment-equipped appropriate capacities should be used to adapt to the changing environment and the smart environment. First of all, it is important for the company to understand what kind of acceptance attitude it shows according to the consumers' tendency toward the mobile convenient payment system that users are increasing and deal with it accordingly. In order to analyze the market according to the individual personality factors of consumers, a model based on the integrated technology(UTAUT) and the regulatory focus suitable for the mobile environment was constructed and analyzed with the structural equation through PLS. As a result of analysis, it was found that neuroticism, openness to experience, and conscientiousness among consumer personality factors had a significant influence on accommodating the mobile convenient payment system according to the tendency of promotional focus. This study provides a direction for establishing a mobile convenient payment system for smart environment through data analysis of the propensity and personality of consumers from the viewpoint of knowledge management.

DNA microarray is a high-throughput biomedical technology that monitors gene expression for thousands of genes in parallel. The abundance and complexity of the gene expression data have given rise to a requirement for their systematic management and analysis to support many laboratories performing microarray research. On these demands, we developed Xperanto for integrated data management and analysis using user-friendly web-based interface. Xperanto provides an integrated environment for management and analysis by linking the computational tools and rich sources of biological annotation. With the growing needs of data sharing, it is designed to be compliant to MGED (Microarray Gene Expression Data) standards for microarray data annotation and exchange. Xperanto enables a fast and efficient management of vast amounts of data, and serves as a communication channel among multiple researchers within an emerging interdisciplinary field.

For effective prevention of the spreading and outbreak of crop insects and disease pests, an intensive Pest surveillance system was established to predict their density changes, and distribution. After their initial establishment by either immigration or overwintering, it is necessary to anticipate how they spread out geographically and predict where/when outbreaks are possible. The two major tools, boundary layer atmospheric model (Blayer) and the geographic information system(GIS), have been being developed to facilitate the prediction of pest occurrence in recent days. We are also developing the PeMos (Pest Monitoring System) that is able to manage the pest surveillance data collected from 152 pest monitoring stations in Korea. These three system related to the pest surveillance should be integrated into an internet based comprehensive database management system to facilitate information resources systematically organized and closely linked. Considering various data types and large data size in each system, a new special information management system is suggested. The integrated system should express complex types of information, such as text, multimedia, and other scientific data under the Internet environment. This paper discussed the major three systems, GIS, Blayer, and PeMos, relevant to the crop pest surveillance, then how they can be integrated in a comprehensive system under the Internet environment.

저탄소 녹색 환경 조성 및 성장을 위한 그린 IT 기술 개발은 미래형 신기술 분야이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 응용 RFID 모듈에 대한 보안 데이터를 생성하여 건물 환경에 대한 통합 감시 및 관리를 할 수 있는 스마트 그린빌딩 조성용 다기능 센서 통합 모듈 시스템을 개발하였다. 논문에서 구현한 다기능 센서 통합 모듈 시스템은 열 감지센서, 온도 감지센서, 스모그 감지센서, CO2 감지센서, O2 감지센서, 장력 감지센서 및 파손 감지센서를 통합 모듈로 개발하고 이를 실시간으로 모니터링 해줌으로써 건물 내부 환경에 대한 스마트 그린빌딩 환경을 구현할 수 있는 시스템을 설계, 개발하였다.

According to the changing environment of management, the concept of the one-to-one marketing is appeared in the environment of management by high Quality that customers needs. In this paradigm, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) offering integrated multiple view points is able to be executed by the advance of Information Technology (IT). In this study, the environment and the management status of the steel company that CRM implemented is analyzed. This study presents the system architecture which applies OLAP(on-line analytical processing), web technologies, and logistics service. Then this research presents a variety of effects and development direction in the future.
