천궁체계 교전/사격통제소용 종합식보호장치의 화생방호성능 평가 연구 (Study on Chemical-Biological Protection Performance of the CHEONGUNG's Integrated Protection Unit)

  • The integrated protection unit of CHEONGUNG is composed of chemical-biological equipment and air conditioner equiped heating element. The protection capabilities against chemical-biological agent were measured by using simulant agents such as n-Hexane, KM5 Screening Smokes and CS agent. The experimental test results with simulant agents verify the protective performance of the integrated protection unit.

  • 항공우주연구원에서는 KSLV용 추진기관 종합시험설비를 구축, 운영함으로써 발사체 추진기관의 각 구성품의 조립성 및 시스템 적합성을 검증하고, 연소시험을 포함한 각종 시험을 통해 구성품의 성능 확인 및 추진기관 시스템에 대한 종합적 인증(Qualification)을 하고자 한다. 아울러 발사 환경을 모사할 수 있어, 추진기관 구성품 및 시스템의 최종 환경시험이 가능할 뿐 아니라 발사시 추진기관의 성능을 예측할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 상기 목적을 위해 구축되는 추진기관 종합시험 설비(Integrated Power Plant Test Facility)의 개념설계(Conceptual Design Analysis)과정을 통해 도출된 설계 개념을 정리하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • Measuring sensor, equipment, ICT facilities and their software have relatively short life time comparing to constructional structure so that we should exchange or fix them continuously in the process of maintenance and management. In this paper, we propose a novel design of integrated maintenance, management, and measuring monitoring system applying the concept of mobile cloud. For the sake of disaster prevention for constructional structures such as bridge, tunnel, and other traditional buildings in the village of local heritage, we analyze status of these structures in the long term or short term period as well as disaster situations. Collecting data based on mobile cloud and analyzing future expectations based on probabilistic and statistical techniques, we implement our integrated monitoring system for constructional structures to solve these existing problems. Final results of this design and implementation are basically applied to the monitoring system for more than 10,000 structures spread over national land in Korea. In addition, we can specifically apply the monitoring system presented here to a bridge of timber structure in Asan Oeam Village and a traditional house in Andong Hahoe Village to watch them from possible disasters. Total procedure of system design and implementation as well as development of the platform LinkSaaS and application services of monitoring functions implemented on the platform. We prove a good performance of our system by fulfilling TTA authentication test, web accommodation test, and operation test using real measuring data.

  • 임무탑재장비 체계는 한국형 기동헬기의 임무 수행을 위해 전자장비 구성품들을 통합한 항공전자 체계다. 자체진단 시험은 숙련된 요원, 특수 시험장비의 필요성을 감소시키주며 체계의 정비를 위한 비가동 시간을 줄여준다. 갈수록 복잡성이 증가하고 있는 항공전자 장비에 대한 자체진단 시험 기능의 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 한국형 기동헬기 항공전자 체계에 구현한 자체진단 시험 설계 및 입증에 대해 설명한다.

발사환경에 대한 인공위성 전장품의 구조진동 해석 (Structural Vibration Analysis of Electronic Equipment for Satellite under Launch Environments)

  • The impulse between launch vehicle and atmosphere can generate a lot of noise and vibration during the process of launching a satellite. Structurally, electronic equipment (KOMPSAT 2, RDU : Remote Drive Unit) of a satellite consists of aluminum case containing PCB (Printed circuit boards). Each PCB has resistors and IC (Integrated circuits). Noise and vibration of wide frequency band are transferred to the inside of fairing, subsequently creating vibration of the electronic equipment of the satellite. In this situation. random vibration can cause malfunctioning of the electronic equipment of the device. Furthermore, when tile frequency of random vibration meets with natural frequency of PCB. fatigue fracture nay occur in the part of solder joint. The launching environment, thus. needs to be carefully considered when designing the electronic equipment of a satellite. In general. the safety of the electronic equipment is supposed to be related to the natural frequency, shapes of mode and dynamic deflection of PCB in the electronic equipment. Structural vibration analysis of PCB and its electronic components can be performed using either FEM(Finite Element Method) or vibration test. In this study. the natural frequency and dynamic deflection of PCB are measured by FEM, aud the safety of the electronic components of PCB is being evaluated according to the results. This study presents a unique method for finite element modeling and analysis of PCB and its electronic components. The results of FEA are verified by vibration test. The method proposed herein may be applicable to various designs from the electronic equipments of a satellite to home electronics.

비행체 자동점검장비의 유지보수성 향상 방안 (Maintainability Improvement of Automatic Test Equipment for Aircraft)

  • 공학 용어로 유지보수성(maintainability)은 제품의 유지/관리에 대한 용이성을 의미한다. 비행체 자동점검장비(ATE)는 점검대상장비(UUT)의 기능/성능 특성에 따라 점검절차가 개발되기 때문에 UUT의 설계 변경에 많은 영향을 받는다. 더욱이 통합 ATE가 다수의 UUT를 점검하는 환경이라면 UUT 설계 변경에 대한 ATE의 유지보수가 쉽지 않다. 개발자는 ATE의 유지보수성 향상을 위하여 쉽고 명확한 개발 방식을 선정하여 개발 담당자의 변경에 유연하게 대처할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 UUT 설계 변경에 영향을 받는 영역을 특정 범위로 제한하여 수정될 부분을 최소화할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비행체 ATE 개발 과정을 기반으로 유지보수성 향상에 초점을 둔 ATE 개발 방안을 제안한다.

한국형기동헬기 임무컴퓨터 비행필수기능 설계 (Design on Flight-Critical Function of Mission Computer for KUH)

  • Avionics system tends to be designed to have the integrated architecture, and it is getting difficult and complex to verify the flight-critical function because of sophisticated structure. In Korean Utility Helicopter, mission computer acts as the MUX Bus Controller to handle the data from both communication, identification, mission/display and survivability equipment inside Mission Equipment Package and aircraft subsystems such as fuel system and electrical system while it is interfacing with Automatic Flight Control System and Full-Authority Digital Engine Control via ARINC-429 bus. The Flight Displays which is classified as flight-critical function in aircraft is implemented on Primary Flight Display after mission computer processes data from AFCS in order to generate graphics. This paper defines the flight-critical function implemented in mission computer for KUH, and presents the static and dynamic test procedures which is performed on System Integration Laboratory along with Playback Recorder prior to flight test.

  • Automatic power transmission systems consisted of a torque converter and several planetary gear sets, clutches and brakes are controlled by a hydraulic shift control circuit and an electronic transmission control unit. The hydraulic circuit serves for the operation of the torque converter and lubrication oil supply of the transmission system as well as for the actuation of clutches for the automatic gear shift. The complicated hydraulic control circuit constructed by many spools, solenoids, orifices and flow passages are integrated into one small valve block and it is powered by one hydraulic pump. In this paper, a test equipment was developed to measure the oil consumption of each component at various wide operating conditions. Test data about 730 sets acquired from five test items are analyzed and discussed on the oil capacity of the circuit.

무인교통단속장비 개선 및 구현 (Improvement and Implementation of Unmanned Traffic Enforcement Equipment)

  • 본 논문은 무인교통 단속장비 시스템을 개선하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 기존 무인교통 단속장비에 대하여 개선이 필요한 부분을 정리하고 최신 기술을 적용하여 개선할 수 있는 사항들을 도출하였다. 또한 도출된 개선 사항을 반영하여 새로운 무인교통 단속장비의 설계 및 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다. 주요 개선사항으로서 무인교통 단속장비의 하우징 소재 변경, 장비구성의 간소화, 무게의 경량화와 소프트웨어로 단속용도 변경이 가능하도록 설계 하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 개선된 무인교통 단속장비의 객관적 성능을 평가하기 위하여 공인인증기관에 의뢰하여 KC 인증 및 내구성 시험을 통한 장비의 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 기존 무인교통 단속장비와 공사기간 및 설치비용 등을 비교 평가하여 앞으로 무인교통 단속장비 시장성 확보의 당위성을 제시하고자 한다.

150갤런 복합재 외부연료탱크 설계 및 시험평가 (On the Design and Test for the 150 Gallon Composite External Fuel Tank)

  • The 150 gal Ion EFT(External Fuel Tank) used to enlarge the aircraft operation range was adopted an import equipment in T-50 FSD phase. But in Production phase the EFT was planed to develop for the stable ILS(Integrated Logistics Support) and technical ability improvement by using the composite materials. The design for configuration and fuel system is intended to maintain compatibility with aircraft systems and the development test is performed on component, assembly and aircraft. This study is conducted to provide the technology of design and test for the 150 gallon composite EFT in LRU level. The test results show that the composite EFT is satisfied with structural, functional and environment requirements which are described in specification.
