This paper predicts how mobile Internet portal services will go ahead and what contents will be needed at the portal site. Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

Due to the development of information technology, Convergence and Creative Economy became hot issues. For example, products become more intelligent and services are likely to be connected and integrated around core services or provided as bundle solution. Meanwhile products and services are integrated in the context of mutual supplementation, which leads to Servitization of Products and Productization of Services in many industries. Previous studies have addressed Convergence with different terms and definitions such as Convergent, Multicategory Multifunctional Product, Clouding Service, Bundle and so on from one perspective such as consumers, suppliers or technology according to a wide range of academic approaches. Thus, this study attempted to suggest the most typical convergence products released in the convergence environment and categorize those products. Furthermore, this study has pointed out the problems in the New Product Development Framework discussed in the studies on marketing by taking the situation of the public sector into account and then suggested "New Service Development Framework in the Public Sector" that are different from traditional e-Gov. approach basically and will enable the government to create public information service and provide them to enterprises or citizens. It also emphasized the importance of Business Conceptualization Stage in the framework; argued that there is a necessity of an integrative study from the perspective of technology on the basis of the approach from the perspective of marketing and Policy such as a study of consumer behaviors, design and marketing channel and Policy Integration for the development and dissipation; and furthermore suggested the cases-the development/Diffusion of Transportation Card Service in Seoul and CFC (Call for Collaboration) in Singapore-in order to verify the framework. There is a need to supplement New Service Development Framework so it is able to reflect the distinct characteristics of the public sector from the academic perspective and be used as practical guidelines for SI (System Integration) business to shift into IT Service business. Last but not the least, this study has suggested the limitations and the directions for the future studies.

This study conducts analysis on integrated care cases in Korea and other nations regarding health, medical, and welfare services that are segmented and fragmented in order to provide foundational data to establish an integrated care system appropriate for the situation of Korea. According to the result of the cases, integrated care provides various services in common through cooperation with organizations, collaborative participation of various professionals, provision of intervention and individualized protection, and experts for taking care of the cases. Based on those cases, this paper provides suggestions to establish an integrated care system of Korea. In fact, it is necessary to build integrated care general support centers, arrange service providing places in common, establish a care management system, develop resources and expand manpower, develop an integrated care case management system, and develop integrated care computer network.

Recently, Certificate has been loosed 100 times in a four years as Phising or hacking. The service that use certificate in financial services occurs practical and secure issues. Therefore, the Korea government abolished the mandatory system used in the certificate service. However, they did not provide a replacing method for a certificate. And is not to fill the gaps of the certificate with one time password or secure card. Therefore this paper is propose the alternative method with total authentication service, that is lead the more secure electronic commercial.

In this paper, we propose a micro payment service based on Open API (Payment & Account Management API). To support a business model that enables operators to offer integrated billing, a payment and an account management API is crucial. This service is based on the architecture of Parlay X web services[1, 2]. We described the network architecture and the logic procedure for a micro payment service.

This paper designs and implements an integrated map server to produce an integrated map. Two requirements for the proposed map server are as follows. First, the system should support a customization of metadata to meet user's requirements. The map server designed here will predefine information such as representations, regions required for client-side processing in the metadata. This will allow users easily acquire an integrated map in the required form of clients. Second, the system should be able to support not only the integration of spatial data but also their non-spatial data. Fusion service is realized by using the concept of linking. The integrated map server suggested in this paper can improve the quality of the fusion service by integrating the results of the map servers according to user's requests. Our experiments shows that the integrated map server reduces the response time in web mapping environments.

As medical service industry is transformed into the market centered on consumers, medical service quality patients recognize is emphasized as the powerful means to ensure competitive advantage among hospitals in the fierce medical markets. Many researches have been done on the definition of medical service quality, developing a scale to measure it, patient satisfaction, hospital repurchase and oral transmission intention, but integrated studies have not been done sufficiently on the patient' cognitive emotional aspects. For these research purposes, based on service relation, service quality, physical surroundings, human services, corporate reputation, service value, emotional response, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, this paper suggests a theoretical modeling composed of hypotheses on the relations of each theoretical variable. In addition, the moderating effect of service relationships is investigated based on the structural equation model.

This study proposes an integrated approach that uses both a fuzzy service FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) and HOQ (house of quality) matrix algebra in designing and improving a service system. The fuzzy service FMEA methodology applies the customer satisfaction to the fuzzy RPN model. We fuzzify only the service satisfaction that consist in two failure factors, intangible service and tangible service, to more effectively assess the customer satisfactions on service encounters. Proposed fuzzy service satisfactions with triangle membership function are defuzzified by using the Fuzzy Inference System, and these are eventually identified the ranks on the potential fail points. HOQ matrices are constructed from cause-effect relationships. It is possible for these relationship matrix to find a linear approximation solution on the engineering attributes. Thus, in order to demonstrate how the proposed methods work, practical sample of the A/S part in S Electronic Co. provides for the ranking of the engineering attributes which has been successfully implemented.

The need to support the ICT-using teaching and learning at elementary and secondary schools has led to various digital content service systems. The systems are designed to target the teachers and the students as the major users. The problems involved in them is that they do not provide such services as the integrated search and the systematic use of interface in terms of actual users' use of teaching and learning digital content. It's because they have been created at demands at each time. In an attempt to solve this problem, this study set out to suggest the integrated meta-data items of a teaching and learning digital content, which reflects the Dublin Core Education, the international meta-data standard. It also aimed to design an entity-relationship model to realize the digital content. The results of the integrated meta-data and the entity-relationship model will be utilized as a basic research to help the users to search for various teaching and learning digital contents on an integrated basis and to realize a consistent user interface. Furthermore, they are expected to contribute to the development a service system the teachers and the students can make better use of.

Web services are being recognized as the efficient way to integrate the distributed applications on the web based on the web standards such as SOAP, WSDL and UDDI. Recently, BPEL4WS is suggested as a standard integration model language for web services to integrate them efficiently. The recent studies of web service integration are focused on the comparability among the services, process identification and tracing, and automation, However, little or no effort has been dedicated to the reusability, extensibility on the business process integrated services and how to allocate the services dynamically, So, in this paper, we propose how to increase the reusability and extensibility of integrated structure when services are integrated using BPEL4WS, and how to allocate and use the services dynamically. Also, we propose the framework of the composition of web services for the efficient use of suggested integrated structure.
