웹 기반 통합 설계 환경 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Web-based Integrated Environment for Design Systems)

  • This paper presents the method that allows easy and rapid integration of legacy resources within the company and between departments. The proposed system can easily construct a distributed environment for collaborative design between departments in the companies. It supports knowledge-based integration system, which allows designers to develop product with deep knowledge about product design. For the purpose, DOME (Distributed Object-based Modeling Environment)-which has been developed through various studies-was used in this paper. To overcome its problems and insufficiency, the Web-Integrator is proposed. The Web-Integrator is very suitable for an Internet environment because it uses HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) and XML (extensible Markup Language) as its main communication method. By supporting the remote object access via URL (Uniform Resource Locator), the implementation of the integrated system makes the Web-Integrator systematic and intuitive. All the functions and resources provided by DOME could be used with the interface that enables bi-directional communication with the DOME system. Web-Integrator provides full web-based environments for the general designers, who do not have a full design knowledge and experience, and the proposed system allows design operations to happen at any place and anytime. Also it provides XML-RPC(Remote Procedure Call) based web service framework, which allows other systems to use easily the service that the DOME system supplies regardless the location and the platform.

  • The growing significance of corporate social responsibility in the fashion industry has shed light on the importance of preparing fashion students to become socially responsible professionals. In spite of numerous benefits of service-learning, the teaching/learning method has been rarely employed in the fashion design and merchandising context. Therefore, the purpose of the study was first, to examine the concept and models of service-learning and compare different types of service-learning programs, and second, to discuss service-learning projects that were adopted in a visual design class as examples that service-learning can be effectively integrated into the fashion design and merchandising curriculum. This study provides the opportunity to share successful service-learning implementation with other educators to help with effective incorporation of the pedagogical program into the curriculum.

  • The e-catalog system consists of e-catalog database. e-catalog manager. and a web server, and provides e-catalog web service by displaying e-catalog documents that contain web 3D images. product specifications and manuals. Various web contents such as the 3D images of products, which offer basic viewpoints/movement handles and function simulations, product specifications, product manuals and product features, can be integrated into e-catalog documents in XML format through image manipulation and database connection by using the e-catalog manager tool. By reducing time and cost for publication and management of an e-catalog web service, the competitiveness of companies is expected to be intensified in the perspective of e-business activities.

Ontology를 활용한 무기체계 품질경영 연구 (Quality Management Study of Weapon System using Ontology)

  • Purpose: This study is addressing the establishment of the knowledge information system supplying the quality management of weapon system. It is going to support the continuous quality management through the linkages and integration between the product structure and the quality information. Methods: The interrelated relationship of the product structure information and quality information of weapon system would be expressed explicitly by taking advantage of the ontology concept. The quality information of distributed systems would be integrated through the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)-based Web services. After defining the inference rules, which could be utilized in the quality management, in the constructed knowledge information system, the quality information would be inferred through the queries. Results: By building the integrated quality information knowledge system through the ontology and SOA, the connectivity between the product structures and dispersed quality information was enhanced. The utility and applicability of this study were checked up through the inferences on the products and quality information by using the information built by the semantic relationship of facts. Conclusion: We established the knowledge and information system as a systematic approach to support the quality management of weapon system. This is not affected by the organizations and systems, and it seems that it could be utilized across the quality management as the efficient knowledge sharing architecture supporting the quality management of weapon systems in the aspect of the product integration.

B2B 전자거래를 위한 협업적 제품거래 프레임워크 (CPC Framework for B2B Electronic Commerce)

  • With the recent trends of electronic commerce moving from B2C to B2B, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) is widely adopted as a part of B2B in the virtual collaborative environment. This paper proposes an integrated CPC framework supporting collaborative works between businesses by sharing product data and collaborative process between global enterprises and their customers, who are related to product life cycle, and integrating application systems in order to realize a true B2B electronic commerce. To integrate into a loosely coupled structure, various web service technologies such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI are utilized as its fundamentals and on that basis, a CPC integration framework is implemented through the Internet to support real-time operation providing interoperability among all the different applications operated on various platforms which have been developed using different languages and adopted by different companies.

  • 최근 제조 기업들의 가장 큰 화두 중 하나는 제품과 서비스의 통합이다. 그간 제품과 서비스 통합과 관련한 다양한 개념들이 제시되어 왔으나, 정의 및 유형에 대한 보편적인 프레임워크가 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 제품과 서비스의 통합에 관련된 다양한 개념들을 아우르는 포괄적인 용어 (umbrella term)로써 통합 제품-서비스(integrated product-service: IPS)를 제시한다. 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 IPS 관련 기존 개념들을 개괄하고, 이들을 Product/service fusion과 Product/service Convergence의 두 가지로 분류한다. 다음으로 IPS를 유형화하기 위한 분류체계(typology)로써 IPS 큐브(cube)를 제시한다. IPS 큐브는 통합의 형태(pattern), 원천(origin), 기술(technology)의 세 가지 차원으로 구성되며, 각 차원이 모두 세 가지 유형으로 구분되기 때문에, IPS 큐브는 27개의 셀로 이루어진 정육면체 형태를 띤다. 각 셀은 고유한 IPS 유형을 나타내며, 각 셀에 해당하는 실제 IPS 사례들이 제시된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 IPS 큐브는 유형별 IPS 개발을 위한 전략, 프로세스, 방법론을 개발하는데 있어서 유용한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있다.

  • This paper introduces the development of an integrated design system using Service-Oriented Architecture. The system is proposed and being developed based on several advanced technologies, such as multi-agents, Internet/web Service, workflow, database and is aiming to provide the successful fulfill our target of integrating personnel, design activities and engineering resources along a predefined engineering design project (workflow) during product development process. By using SOA concept, the system tries to separates the engineering process into the engineering knowledge and the usage of engineering tool. Consequently, the computing resources in organization can be fully utilized and thus the cost can be reduced. The system is being designed and developed on the base of JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework).

  • ICT 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 보급의 활성화로 온라인 마켓을 통해 다양한 제품을 구매하는 구매 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 특히 보관 및 배송 기술의 발전으로 인하여 보관기관이 짧은 식자재의 경우도 온라인을 통해 구매가 가능함으로써 오프라인 판매만을 수행하는 상가의 경우 매출이 감소되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 오프라인 판매만 수행이 가능한 소규모 상가에서 전문적인 판매 지식 및 판매망이 없어도 구매 서비스를 통해 광고 효과 및 주문, 배달이 가능한 통합 솔루션을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 제품에 대한 이미지 검색을 통해 효율적으로 제품에 대한 정보를 카테고리별로 볼 수 있으며, 이로 인해 등록된 제품 판매처가 추가적인 광고가 없어도 효율적으로 판매가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

  • Customer satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic in many firms and in academic research. One main rationale behind this interest is that customer satisfaction is believed to be associated with fruitful customer re-visit from the firm's point of view. Some country already had index models which can measure the degree of customer satisfaction. But, such models are ordinary models which used generally the scope of nation-wide /industry. Therefore, we needs some modifications to measure customer satisfaction for specific product & service and to provide the valuable feedback to specific firms. In this Perspectives, this study will evaluate the customer satisfaction index about automobile company and analyze it's result for valuable feedback. This study will present a model for an integrated customer satisfaction evaluation system which used structural equation modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about customer satisfaction and some guideline for product design process.

  • 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 유동 소비자에 대한 서비스 이용의 유동성을 보장할 수 있는 지능형 여행정보서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 여행자가 필요로 하는 다양한 정보 획득을 돕기 위해 단일상품 묶음을 통한 복합상품 구성과 시맨틱 웹 서비스에 기반한 정보의 구조적 표현을 목적으로 설계되었다. 여행정보시스템에 연관된 상품들은 호텔, 항공사. 자동차대여, 여행지 정보, 음식점 및 Business Trip 등으로 여행자의 요구 및 상황의 변화에 맞게 연관상품의 복합상품구성을 위한 지능형 여행 최적 정보시스템의 연구가 요구된다. 이를 위해 털 연구에서는 여행서비스 지원을 위해, 첫째 여행자의 요구에 따른 단일상품의 복합상품화를 위한 방법론(Product bundling and modification)을 제안하였다. 둘째, 복합상품을 구성하기 위해 개별 정보시스템에 이질적인 형태로 저장되어있는 단일상품에 대한 정보를 공유하기 위해 시맨틱 웹 기반 정보의 구조적 표현에 관하여 제안한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OWL 기반의 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 따라서 온톨로지 기반의 여행정보시스템은 향후 시맨틱 웹서비스 기반의 지능형 여행정보시스템 구축을 위한 초석으로 활용될 것이다.
