In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of a multimedia information system integrating hypermdia, information retrieval, and DBMS technologies. We browse the information space through hypermedia link navigation and also use ad hoc queries for direct retrieval of information from the database. Both the hypermedia and the information retrieval systems are integrated into a database management system (DMBS) so that concurrent edition, update, and retrieval of documents can have the ACID properties of atomicity, consistency, isolation, and durability. We will first explain the architecture of the system and then, describe how the hypermedia system is integrated with information retrieval capability, and finally integrated with DBMS capabilities.

본 연구의 목적은 통합도로교통 서비스 체계 구현을 위한 교통정보센터를 구축하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 교통정보센터 기능과 운영현황을 분석하고, 통합도로교통정보 서비스를 제공하는 교통정보센터를 개발함으로서 안전지향형 통합도로교통정보센터의 구현사례를 소개한다. 지능형교통체계는 안전지향의 통합도로교통정보 서비스 제공을 통한 교통안전체계를 구현할 뿐 만 아니라 전방의 홍수, 폭설 낙석, 도로유실 붕괴 등과 같은 자연재해 및 긴급상황 발생시 관련 정보를 시의 적절하게 제공함으로써 운전자의 안전한 도로운행을 지원하게 된다. 따라서 통합도로교통정보 서비스체계의 교통정보센터는 국민들에게 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 대국민 교통정보 서비스 제공으로 이용자 친화형 교통관리체계와 통합도로교통정보센터 기능을 실현하는데 일조할 것이다.

최근 정부에서는 녹색성장 패러다임에 따른 대중교통 중심의 교통체계 변환을 모색하고 있으며 이에 따라 교통연계 환승 체계의 효율성 향상을 위해 대규모 복합환승센터 구축사업을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 운영 중인 김포공항, 사당역, 광명역 등 중소규모의 환승센터 이용자들의 설문결과 밀집된 시설 및 혼재된 교통수단으로 인해 대중교통 환승에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 새로 구축될 대규모 복합환승센터의 경우 다양한 대중교통의 연계와 여러가지 상업 및 문화 시설의 복합화로 인해 이용자들에게 좀 더 명확하고 효율적인 정보제공이 필요한 것으로 지적되고 있다. 급속한 IT기술의 발달로 실내외 위치측위 및 모바일 기반 정보제공 등의 기술은 이용자들이 원하는 여러 가지 교통정보를 제공할 수 있으나 복합환승센터에서 교통수단과 연계환승시설을 통합하여 개인별 맞춤형 정보화 수준으로는 제공되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 복합환승센터의 대규모 공간적 범위에서 이용자들에게 환승과 관련된 정보를 위치기반 시설정보, 경로안내 등과 융합하여 맞춤형으로 서비스를 제공하기 위한 통합운영시스템의 구축방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 국내외 환승센터 이용현황과 정보제공서비스를 분석한 후 복합환승센터의 통합운영시스템 구축을 위한 서비스정의, 서브시스템 도출 및 관련 기술을 정의하고 이를 김포공항 국내선 테스트베드에 적용한 예를 제시한다.

Both the national land plan and the environmental plan reflect the need for sustainable land use and management. However, the linkage between the plans is reduced due to the lack of integrated management. Therefore, this study developed indicators to achieve integrated management. A total of 59 environmental plans were reviewed for the development of indicators, and a total of 74 integrated management indicators were derived through a three-stage process. In this process, the relevance of the integrated management indicators of this study to the UN 's sustainable development goals (SDGs) is presented in order to derive indicators that meet the level of international consultation. In order to facilitate the utilization of the indicators, the final indicators are divided into seven areas: natural ecology, water resource and quality, urban and green space, atmospheric, energy, landscape, resource circulation and waste. Furthermore, the indicators were classified into national, regional, and city level. Accordingly, the final indicator can be adapted to the field of influence of the planned to be established, and the indicator can be selected and applied to the level of the plan. The final indicators can be used to examine the extent to which the national plan reflects the contents of the environmental plan and can be used as an aid to confirm the contents to be included in the plan when establishing a new national plan.

국방 통합 데이터센터(DIDC : Defense Integrated Data Center)의 설립으로 인력, 운영 비용 감소 및 효율적인 자원 관리가 가능해졌다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 미래의 전장에 추가될 드론, 로봇, IoT 등의 장비에서 나오는 수많은 전장의 데이터를 효과적으로 수집하고 관리하는 것이 현 체계를 통해서는 어려움이 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 이러한 점을 극복하기 위해 이동 통신 기술인 5G의 핵심 기술로 부상하고있는 네트워크 기술인 NFV와 SDN을 이용한 DIDC의 네트워크 체계에 대한 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 장비의 데이터 시트를 분석을 통해 장비마다 동일하게 존재하는 중복 기능을 하나의 VNF로 통합하여 트래픽을 처리한다면 에너지 효율성 증대 및 더욱더 효과적인 네트워크 관리가 가능할 것으로 판단한다.

Electronic Product Code Information Services(EPCIS) is an EPCglobal standard for sharing EPC related information between trading partners. EPCIS provides a new important capability to improve efficiency, security, and visibility in the global supply chain. EPCIS data are classified into two categories, master data (static data) and event data (dynamic data). Master data are static and constant for objects, for example, the name and code of product and the manufacturer, etc. Event data refer to things that happen dynamically with the passing of time, for example, the date of manufacture, the period and the route of circulation, the date of storage in warehouse, etc. There are four kinds of event data which are Object Event data, Aggregation Event data, Quantity Event data, and Transaction Event data. This thesis we propose an event-based data model for EPC Information Service repository in RFID based integrated logistics center. This data model can reduce the data volume and handle well all kinds of entity relationships. From the point of aspect of data quantity, we propose a formula model that can explain how many EPCIS events data are created per one business activity. Using this formula model, we can estimate the size of EPCIS events data of RFID based integrated logistics center for a one day under the assumed scenario.

Enhancing utilization of buildings is gaining in importance in response to a challenging economy; thus, there is a need for a method that analyzes space, user, and user activity in an integrated way to provide project stakeholders with utilization information to support their decision-making about buildings. Conventional methods, such as architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation, lack a formal relationship between user activity and other information, and therefore, are coarse-grained. This relationship has been formalized by two relatively new methods that provide fine-grained utilization information: workplace planning and space-use analysis. We characterize these two methods with focuses on their usage in different phases (i.e., planning, design, occupancy), required information that needs to be gathered, and the achievement and limitations in terms of three criteria, i.e., consistency, efficiency, and transparency. This characterization would not only help project stakeholders select and use a method that best meets their purposes for enhancing utilization of their buildings, but also provide researchers with promising research topics regarding enhancing utilization of buildings.

When the 60-ton-class patrol boat '72' of the Korea Coast Guard (KCG) was on duty and she accidentally collided with another patrol boat ('207', 200-ton-class) and sank. A month-long search found a small amount of lost items, but neither the crew nor the ship was found. For the first time in 39 years since the accident, the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) searched the boat 72 using the latest integrated geophysical techniques. A number of sonar images presumed to be of a sunken ship was acquired using a combined system of side scan sonar and marine magnetometer, operated at an altitude of approximately 30 m from the seabed. At the same time, a strong magnetic anomaly (100 nT) was detected in one place, indicating the presence of an iron ship. A video survey using a remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) confirmed the presence of a shielding part of a personal firearm at the stern of the sunken vessel. Based on these comprehensive data, the sunken vessel discovered in this exploration was assumed to be '72'. This result is meaningful in terms of future ocean exploration and underwater archaeology, as the integrated system of various geophysical methods is an efficient means of identifying objects present in the water.

공공기관과 지방자치단체는 방범용과 교통용, 쓰레기 무단투기용 등 다양한 형태로 CCTV를 설치하고 있다. 그 밖에도 국가행정기관이나 각급 학교, 특별법에 의한 특수법인, 지방공사 및 공단 등에서도 개별적으로 CCTV를 운영하고 있다. 이와 같이 로컬지역의 관할구역에 개별적으로 설치 및 운용되어오던 CCTV시스템이 혼재되어 있거나 도입시점이 상호 기술적 이질성이 발생한다. 행정안전부는 2011년 2월 국가영상정보자원을 위한 통합관제센터구축을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 행정안전부가 권고하는 가이드라인에 근거하여 2011년 4월 28일 완료 보고한 부산광역시의 경찰청, 소방청 그리고 부산시간의 통합관제센터 구축 사례를 소개한다. 기관간 통합과정에서 발생하는 문제와 선결요인은 무엇이고 해결방안을 제시한다.

Recent power industries are to be progressed as moving into horizontal markets and expanding of competitive systems through promoting SmartGrid. In these environments, the information on power consumers leads to establish a part of power markets through active and real-time participations instead of participating it as a passive manner presented by a vertical integration. Also, such information should be established as a way that effectively reflects changes and market behaviors occurred in power market participants. Therefore, in this study, a method that develops consumer information models, performs integrated managements, implements registration and distribution, and forms integrated management centers is presented to commonly use the consumer information according to the change in the environment of power industries.
