USN 기술을 이용한 공기압축기 원격관리 시스템 설계 (A Design of Air Compressor Remote Control System Using USN Technology)

  • Compressed Air is an important energy source used in most factories nowadays. The automation trend using air compressor has been gradually increasing with the interest of the 4th industry in recent years. With the air compressor system, it is possible to construct the device at low cost and easily achieve automation and energy saving. In addition, With trend of FA, miniaturation and light weight manufacturing trend expand their use in the electronics, medical, and food sectors. Research method is to design the technology for the remote control of the following information as USN base. Development of flexible sensing module from real time observation module for fusion of IT technology in compressed air systems, design and manufacture of flexible sensing module, and realiability assessment. Design of real-time integrated management system for observation data of compressed air system - Ability to process observation data measured in real time into pre-processing and analysis data. This study expects unconventionally decreasing effect of energy cost that takes up 60~70% of air compressor layout and operation and maintenance management cost through USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technology by using optimum operational condition from real time observation module. In addition, by preventing maintenance cost from malfunction of air compressor beforehand, maintenance cost is anticipated to cut back.

가상현실 기반의 무기체계 군수지원성 설계 검증 방안 : 사례연구 (A Case Study on Design Verification for Supportability of Weapon System Based on Virtual Reality)

  • State-of-the-art design S/W and other 3D systems are used for design and development of weapon system. It is possible to detect problems of design through 3D or VR(Virtual Reality) in advance, and then reduce the development cost by finding solutions before prototype production. Therefore, we can increase efficiency for supportability of weapon system. In this study, we first propose a design verification procedure. Then we verify design of weapon system, underwater guided weapon, as a case study. Finally, we suggest alternatives for underwater guided weapon under development with DMS(Digital Maintenance System) and ICIDO from the point of view of ILS(Integrated Logistics Support). Developed S/W, DMS, draws maintenance procedures for components. Commercial S/W, ICIDO, verifies cable maintainability.

A Variable Step Size Incremental Conductance MPPT of a Photovoltaic System Using DC-DC Converter with Direct Control Scheme

  • This paper presents a novel maximum power point tracking for a photovoltaic power (PV) system with a direct control plan. Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) must usually be integrated with photovoltaic (PV) power systems so that the photovoltaic arrays are able to deliver maximum available power. The maximum available power is tracked using specialized algorithms such as Perturb and Observe (P&O) and incremental Conductance (indCond) methods. The proposed method has the direct control of the MPPT algorithm to change the duty cycle of a dc-dc converter. The main difference of the proposed system to existing MPPT systems includes elimination of the proportional-integral control loop and investigation of the effect of simplifying the control circuit. The proposed method thus has not only faster dynamic performance but also high tracking accuracy. Without a conventional controller, this method can control the dc-dc converter. A simulation model and the direct control of MPPT algorithm for the PV power system are developed by Matlab/Simulink, SimPowerSystems and Matlab/Stateflow.

일반거리산정방법을 이용한 다-물류센터의 최적 수송경로 계획 모델 (A Vehicle Routing Model for Multi-Supply Centers Based on Lp-Distance)

  • This study is focussed on an optimal vehicle routing model for multi-supply centers in two-echelon logistic system. The aim of this study is to deliver goods for demand sites with optimal decision. This study investigated an integrated model using step-by-step approach based on relationship that exists between the inventory allocation and vehicle routing with restricted amount of inventory and transportations such as the capability of supply centers, vehicle capacity and transportation parameters. Three sub-models are developed: 1) sector-clustering model, 2) a vehicle-routing model based on clustering and a heuristic algorithm, and 3) a vehicle route scheduling model using TSP-solver based on genetic and branch-and-bound algorithm. Also, we have developed computer programs for each sub-models and user interface with visualization for major inputs and outputs. The application and superior performance of the proposed model are demonstrated by several sample runs for the inventory-allocation and vehicle routing problems.

Smart Tag를 이용한 컨테이너의 GPS 위치 추적 시스템 개발 (Development of GPS Tracking System for Container using Smart Tag)

  • In this paper, we explore a novel transportation container in the marine terminals. The container includes Smart Tag embedded with radio frequency(RF) chips, which is used to access information about productions and possibly incorporated with GPS systems for integrated managements of them. The proposed mechanism is valuable for decreasing cost, increasing satisfaction of customers, and preventing economic loss due to production missing, thus increase of economic efficiency is highly anticipated. Consequently, accurate and proficient management is considerably accomplished in overall procedures of inventory and currency by means of the proposed systems.

창정비의 실효성에 대한 고찰: K-1 전차의 2010년 이후 정비자료를 바탕으로 (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Depot Maintenance: Based on the Maintenance Data of K-1 Main Battle Tank Since 2010)

  • Purpose: This article provides the efficiency test results of conducting depot maintenance. Method: ANOVA (analysis of variance) and ANCOVA (analysis of covariance) tests are conducted using data obtained from Defense Logistics Integrated Information System (DELIIS). Results: The result shows that although the effect of the depot maintenance is significant, some parts do not follow the overall effect of the depot maintenance. In order to solve the problem we provide some suggestions to be improved. Conclusion: For improving the combat readiness condition of K-1 main battle tank, the maintenance policies and regulation must be revised for the parts of the weakness. In addition, the collection way of the operation and maintenance data must be redesigned.

효율적인 창정비요소개발을 위한 지침 개선적용 연구 (A Study on the Applying Improvement Method of Guide for efficient depot level maintenance)

  • 최종의 정비 단계인 창정비 분야 ILS요소개발이 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행되면 무기체계 수명주기 연장으로 장비 가동률이 향상되고, 전투준비태세 유지에 만전을 기할 수 있게 된다. 이와 같은 창정비의 중요성에도 불구하고 창정비 수행을 위한 각 개발 요소별 적용 지침의 부실한 반영으로 인해 무기체계별 개발 기준을 상이하게 적용하고 있으며, 추가 개발비가 발생되는 등의 문제가 발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 체계개발 시의 ILS요소개발 개념과는 상이한 특성을 지닌 창정비 고유의 요소별 개발 개념, 방법, 절차를 명확화 하여 차별화된 관리가 진행될 수 있도록 개발 지침 구체화 적용 방법을 연구하였다. 창정비요소개발의 효율적인 수행을 위해 창정비 주기 결정 단계에서 반드시 고려하여야 할 추가 요소를 제시하였다. 또한 RAM, LSA, ILS 11대 요소를 창정비요소개발에 접목시키기 위한 요소별 개발 개념 해석을 통해 구체적인 적용 방법을 정리 하였다. 이를 기반으로 체계적인 개발 절차를 적용함으로써 적정 개발비 산출이 가능하다. 그리고 개발 제품의 품질 향상과 정비 현장에서의 실용적인 개발 산출물 활용에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

공공 소프트웨어(SW) 사업정보 통합 관리체계의 개념적 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Conceptual Design of Integrated Management System for Public SW Project Information)

  • 공공 SW 시장은 국내 시장 특성상 중소 SW 기업에게는 상대적으로 중요한 시장이다. 이에 정부는 공공정보화 시장에서의 중소기업 지원을 위해 공공 SW 사업 수요예보 조사제도를 시행하고 있으나 아직 중소기업이나, 발주기관 입장에서의 편의성은 부족한 실정이다. 또한 SW 사업의 발주 이후의 집행정보를 관리하는 SW 사업정보저장소 제도가 별도로 운영되고 있으나, 이는 중소 SW 기업보다는 발주기관을 위한 제도에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구는 두 제도가 가지고 있는 문제점과 개선 가능성에 대한 분석을 통해 사용자 편의성을 높이고 SW 사업정보의 활용도를 확대할 수 있는 시스템의 설계 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 발주기관, 정책당국, 공공 SW 사업자, 조사기관의 4대 이해당사자를 식별하였고, 요구사항들을 분석하였다. SW 사업정보 관리체계 분석을 위해 2단계 수요예보 주기, SW 프로젝트 관리 주기, 그리고 SW 시스템 수명주기의 분석 체계를 제안하고, 이들 사이에서 SW 사업정보를 식별, 연계할 수 있도록 단일식별자(UID) 개념도 제안하였다. 그 결과 SW 사업 수요예보 및 사업진행 단계에 따른 사업정보의 통합적 관리체계를 설명할 수 있는 '시스템 수명주기 기반의 SW 사업정보 관리체계 참조모델'을 도출하였으며, 이를 실행할 수 있도록 이해당사자들이 사이의 개선된 프로세스를 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 공공 SW 사업정보의 통합적인 관리가 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

정비절차 생성을 위한 자동 분해/조립절차 연구 (A Study on the Automatic Assembly/Disassembly Procedure for Generating Maintenance Guideline)

  • The purpose of this research is to propose a maintenance support system for deciding assembly sequence of the product and appropriate tools that are used to assembly and disassembly of parts in the product when geometric properties of the product. The digital maintenance system (DMS) is developed to generate the maintenance guideline and the initial experiment is conducted especially for an underwater weapon system with cylindrical structure. DMS considers four factors to find the efficient assembly and disassembly procedure automatically: (1) assembly tree, (2) properties of each part, (3) distance from the center of the product, and (4) volume. Based on the factors, DMS simulate the movement of each tool virtually and the properties of tools are investigated to find an appropriate tool for using assembly and disassembly of each part in the product. The proposed approach integrates modeling, simulation, data configuration, and virtual reality to allow a development of preliminary maintenance guidance.

해상풍력단지의 효율적인 유지보수를 위한 최적 비용 산출 연구 (Research on optimal cost calculation for efficient maintenance of offshore wind farms)

  • This paper aims to perform optimal operation and maintenance with an integrated monitoring system for offshore wind platforms. Based on the wind direction and wind speed data of existing wind farms, a monitoring system was established along with weather and weather data to maximize the operational efficiency of wind farms. Compared to wind power on land, offshore wind power is difficult to maintain due to weather, logistics and geographical limitations. Therefore, economic analysis of actual operation and maintenance is essential for large-scale offshore wind farms. In this paper, the availability of offshore wind farms was analyzed by using personnel resources, parts inventory, Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) and Specialized service Operation Vessel (SOV) etc. before the actual operation and maintenance of wind farms. A comparative analysis was conducted to determine the optimum operating efficiency and economical maintenance costs.
