부산항은 세계적인 환적중심항만이지만 지리적으로 이원화되어 있고, 환적 물동량의 지속적인 증가에도 불구하고 ITT 항만통합운영이 되고 있지 않아 항만운영 효율성을 저하시키고 있다. 또한, 이러한 운영방법이 환적운송 물동량 증가 및 이에 따른 환적운송비용 증가에 더불어 사회적 및 경제적 측면에서의 비효율에 대한 문제를 함께 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 부산항 ITT 효율성 제고를 위해 추진 중인 ITT 공동배차를 수행할 통합운영조직 구성의 필요성과 부산항 ITT를 수행하는 운송사와 화물차주를 중심으로 한 조직 구성에 대해 다루며, 조직 설립한 후 관계당국과 컨소시엄 형태의 통합운영조직 설립과 지원방안에 대한 제안을 행하고자 한다. 아울러, 시사점 분석을 통하여 부산항 ITT 이해 당사자와 관계기관과의 역할에 대해서 다루도록 한다.

미래전은 정밀 타격과 같은 첨단 군 기술에 의한 효과 중심의 마비전이다. 이러한 미래전에서 작전 주도권과 집중력 강화를 지원하기 위한 새로운 개념의 군수 역할이 요구되고 있으며 전투원 및 전투부대 중심의 집중군수가 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이와 같은 집중 군수를 실현하기 위해서는 전 제대의 자산을 실시간으로 파악 할 수 있는 자산가시화가 선행되어야 하지만 현재 우리 군에서 사용하고 있는 군수정보체계는 제한적인 정보만을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 2종 및 4종 군수품 관리 시스템의 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 대안 체계 시제는 전투원 및 전투부대 중심으로 군수가 지원될 수 있도록 전투부대 중심의 업무 프로세스 통합과 군수 기능간 동기화를 추구하였다. 또한 집중 군수의 필수 요소인 자산 가시화를 제공함으로써 이를 통한 신속하고 효율적인 군수 지원이 가능함을 확인하였다.

최종의 정비 단계인 창정비 분야 ILS요소개발이 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행되면 무기체계 수명주기 연장으로 장비 가동률이 향상되고, 전투준비태세 유지에 만전을 기할 수 있게 된다. 이와 같은 창정비의 중요성에도 불구하고 창정비 수행을 위한 각 개발 요소별 적용 지침의 부실한 반영으로 인해 무기체계별 개발 기준을 상이하게 적용하고 있으며, 추가 개발비가 발생되는 등의 문제가 발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 체계개발 시의 ILS요소개발 개념과는 상이한 특성을 지닌 창정비 고유의 요소별 개발 개념, 방법, 절차를 명확화 하여 차별화된 관리가 진행될 수 있도록 개발 지침 구체화 적용 방법을 연구하였다. 창정비요소개발의 효율적인 수행을 위해 창정비 주기 결정 단계에서 반드시 고려하여야 할 추가 요소를 제시하였다. 또한 RAM, LSA, ILS 11대 요소를 창정비요소개발에 접목시키기 위한 요소별 개발 개념 해석을 통해 구체적인 적용 방법을 정리 하였다. 이를 기반으로 체계적인 개발 절차를 적용함으로써 적정 개발비 산출이 가능하다. 그리고 개발 제품의 품질 향상과 정비 현장에서의 실용적인 개발 산출물 활용에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

한국 해군은 함정 내 지휘, 통제, 정보 전달을 위해서 함내외 통합통신체계(ICS)를 구축 및 운용해 오고 있으며, ICS의 주장비는 대부분 외국 제품을 도입하여 운용해 왔기 때문에 군수지원 부족, 군사기밀 유출 등의 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결함은 물론 IP 및 멀티미디어 기반 서비스 등 다양한 함정 내 미래통신 요소를 통합 운용할 수 있도록 개발된 국산 ICS에 대한 개발요건 및 주요 적용기술에 대해서 서술한다.

Purpose: Marine transportation companies must improve service quality to secure competitive advantage and continuous relationships with customers. This study explores the value and necessity of service quality in the industry by empirically identifying the factor that would have the largest effect on the improvement of service quality, also examining whether such improvement may actually influence continuous relationships. Research design, data and methodology: Based on an online survey with those in the Korean marine transportation industry, this study conducted statistical analyses using structural equation modeling. Based on relevant previous studies, the current study constructed a total of 55 survey questions. Finally, 281 questionnaires were collected, but 68 were excluded owing to invalid responses. Results: Information service attribute had the largest effect on service quality, whereas communication did not demonstrate a significant influence. In addition, distribution and information services exerted a positive effect on service satisfaction through service quality, and finally influenced relationship continuity. Conclusions: The results shows that marine logistics service quality strategies which were centered on time or local factors, should be considered in terms of the development of innovative services. In particular the improvement of information service systems and strategies in changed business environment.

본 연구는 2003년 1사분기부터 2016년 2사분기 까지 인천국제공항에서 미주노선을 통하여 미주 내 공항에 도착하는 항공화물의 시계열 자료를 통하여 SARIMA 모형을 활용하여 항공화물 수요예측을 시행하였다. 또한 SARIMA 모형을 활용하여 만들어진 수요예측 모형과 기존 연구에 주로 활용되어졌던 ARIMA 모형을 활용하여 만들어진 수요예측 모형과 비교분석함으로써, 주기적인 특성 및 계절성을 가진 시계열 자료에 대한 SARIMA 모형의 상대적으로 우수한 예측 정확성을 입증하였다. 기존의 항공 관련 연구는 주로 여객에 관한 연구가 상대적으로 많았다. 또한 화물과 관련된 연구에서도 특정노선이 아닌 공항이나 전체에 대한 연구가 대부분이었다. 이러한 상황에서, SARIMA 모형을 활용하여 미주지역이라는 특정 노선에 대한 항공화물의 수요를 예측한 본 연구는 큰 의의가 있다고 생각된다.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

This paper proposes an effective method on the DFILS(Design for Integrated Logistics Support) in ammunition development applying QFD(Quality Function Deployment) method. The goal of this research is to define the Design for ILS approach at the start of the ammunition development and to yield a set of reusable requirements. Based on 000mm High-Explosive(Warship ammunition) development work, a QFD software tool, CUPID, was used to analyze and define the field force's requirements. Additionally, a set of reusable requirements are identified and defined for use during the Design for ILS development phase in the next-generation ammunition development process. These set of requirements that consider both the priority and importance of the VOC(Voice of Customer) will contribute to the early phase of the ammunition development to implement the Design for ILS specialty engineering effort.

At this research, author discusses about ROK Army military supplies distribution system and suggests a direction of development as follows in order to achieve maximum efficiency. First, Develope a scientific technique to estimate quantity of repair part for futher demanding at the budgetting and procurement planning stage. Second, Introduce an Logistic Revolving Fund in other to reduce the procurement lead time & assure flexible procurement all year round. Third, Reestabilish supply step stages and reduce stock level which is authorized stock amount in logistic support unit. Fourth, Estabilish civilian - military integrated military supplies distribution system to improve the efficiency of logistics.

Hierarchical forecasting strategy does not always outperform direct forecasting strategy. The performance generally depends on demand features. This research guides the use of the alternative forecasting strategies according to demand features. This paper developed and evaluated various classification models such as logistic regression (LR), artificial neural networks (ANN), decision trees (DT), boosted trees (BT), and random forests (RF) for predicting the relative performance of the alternative forecasting strategies for the South Korean navy's spare parts demand which has non-normal characteristics. ANN minimized classification errors and inventory costs, whereas LR minimized the Brier scores and the sum of forecasting errors.
