A mini-projector prototype employing a LED light source, a nontelecentric structure, and an LCOS panel for application in the integrated 3D display was fabricated. A seamless image was obtained by tilting an array of mini-projectors. Seamless quality was created by the excellent uniformity of the projection intensity on the mini-projector's screen, which was simulated as 98.34%. Great uniformity can be realized by optimizing the design of the light source and the optics configuration, which is the key to such realization.

An integrated inductor using low temperature cofiring ceramics(LTCC) technology has been fabricated. The inductor has Ag circular spiral coil with 16 turns (2-turn $\times$ 8-layer) and has a dimension of 11.52mm diameter and 0.71mm thick, For the fabricated inductor, calculation method of inductance was given and it is confirmed that the calculated value is very close to the measured value. Finally as an application of the LTCC integrated inductor to low power electronic circuits, a LTCC buck DC/DC converter with 1W output power and 1MHz switching frequency using the inductor has been developed. For the converter the maximum efficiency of about 81% was obtained.

In this paper, we propose an active 90$^{\circ}$ phase divider for application to MMIC. Because of their very large size, conventional passive 90$^{\circ}$ dividers can't be integrated on MMIC. Therefore, highly miniaturized 90$^{\circ}$ dividers are required for a development of highly integrated MMIC. For this reason, active 90$^{\circ}$ divider is indispensable because active phase divider is much smaller than conventional passive dividers, and it can be integrated on MMIC. In this work, we developed active 90$^{\circ}$ divider with emitter inductor, and it was employed for the operation of the balanced mixer in order to verify the performance of the active 90$^{\circ}$ divider. According to the results, it was found that the active 90$^{\circ}$ divider exhibited good RF performances comparable to conventional passive power dividers.

BIPV(Building Integrated PV) system can expect dual effects that reduce expenses for establishment of PV system by adding new function as outer covering material of building expect producing the electricity. But, there are many generation differences according to the exterior environmental facts(solar cell array, design and installation condition of interactive inverter system) Therefore, it is difficult to optimum design. The purpose of this study is to develop a central database and a database management system to store and manage information systematically from each module of an integrated structural design system. In order to efficiently express structural design process related to the data which is very complex, we used an object-oriented modeling methodology to propose the possibility to apply a database schema for application programs in an integrated system for reinforced concrete structural design. Based on this model, we developed an interface between each module and central database. After modeled by using object modeling technique, the database was mapped by the relational database table. Then the central database and the interface were programed by using Visual C/syo ++/, a windows environmental development tool.

The paper presents the results of a study on the desired observing system which setting the high-level objectives for an integrated, sustained, national coastal observing system. Knowledge of the coastal zone is demanded by many constituencies, including fishermen, fisheries managers and climatologist, harbor pilots, coastal zone managers, environmental protection professionals etc. Many of these needs are being partially met by coastal zone observing system elements, both satellite and in situ. Nevertheless, these have not enough developed in an integrated manner and have been funded and operated to meet their own purpose. Thus, this study presents the development and application method for a national coastal zone observing system, which is integration of disparate observational systems and data sets to maximize their utility for many users and purposes.

This paper presents a design of network and database structure of the integrated system for power system operational planning and analysis that will be more economical and stable of power system operation. An alias of this system is Highly Integrated Total Energy System(HITES). The Client/server model of HITES is designed as a remote data management model. The input/output-type of application programs and Oracle server is standardized. The separated user-databases from main-database strengthen security of HITES. It is plan to do that tables and relationships are defined by database designs. The connection of application program and DBMS of HITES will be tested through database design and data construction.

This paper proposes an observer-based method for adaptive nonlinear guidance. Previously, adaptive nonlinear guidance law is proposed considering target maneuver and control loop dynamics. However, several information of this guidance law is not available, and therefore needs to be estimated for more practical application. Accordingly, considering the unavailable information as bounded time-varying uncertainties, an integrated guidance and control model is re-formulated in normal form with respect to available states including target uncertainties and control loop dynamics. Then, a nonlinear observer is designed based on the integrated guidance and control model. Finally, using the estimates for states and uncertainties, an observer-based adaptive guidance law is proposed to guarantee the desired interception performance against maneuvering target. The proposed approach can be effectively used against target maneuver and the limited performance of control loop. The stability analyses and simulations of the proposed observer and guidance law are included to demonstrate the practical application of our scheme.

이동 통신 및 위성 통신 분야에 있어서 무선 통신 기술 분야는 무선 환경에서 신호를 보내고 받는 기능을 수행하는 중요한 분야이다. 이러한 무선 통신 분야에서 송수신한을 구성하는 송수신 부품은 RF 시스템의 성능을 좌우한다. 따라서 위성 통신 분야에 있어서 신뢰성을 획득하기 위해서는 고집적화와 소형화를 통한 경쟁력 확보가 필수적인데 이를 위한 기술이 MMIC 이다. MMIC란 RF 부품을 설계하고 제작하는 기술로서 본 논문은 MMIC 기술에 대한 소개와 위성 분야에서의 기술적인 동향과 전망을 기술하고 있다.
