가연성 단열재를 사용한 외단열 도시형 생활주택의 방화를 위한 보강재 검토 (Examined of reinforcement for the fire protection of the outside insulation Urbantype Housing with flammable insulation material)

  • Due to the big fire in Uijeongbu, the status of construction, fireproof materials and structural method were examined to prevent fire propagation through outside insulation parts of urban living homes. Through research and experiments, the following results were obtained. It was confirmed that outside heat-insulation wall method was used in a large number of urban living homes which were made of materials and structures spreading fire easily.Through experiments, it was revealed that lightweight plate material, as a fireproof material, can save the cost as well as the period of construction and obtain more than 30 minutes of evacuation time which is twice the maximum evacuation time.

Development of Insulation Degradation Diagnosis System for Electrical Plant

  • Insulation aging diagnosis system provides early warning regarding electrical equipment defects. Early warning is very important in that it can avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. Since relations of insulation aging and partial discharge dynamics are non-linear. it is very difficult to provide early warning in an electrical equipment. In this paper, we propose the design method of insulation aging diagnosis system that use a electromagnetic wave and acoustic signal to diagnose an electrical equipment. Proposed system measures the partial discharge on-line from DAS(Data Acquisition System and acquires 2D patterns from analyzing it. For filtering the noise contained in sensor signals we used ICA algorithms. Using this data, we design of the neuro-fuzzy model that diagnoses an electrical equipment and is investigated in this paper. Validity of the new method is asserted by numerical simulation.

공동주택 발코니 창호의 차음성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Evaluation of the Sound Insulation for Balcony Window in Apartment Houses)

  • In an apartment house In Korea, the balcony is one of the important spaces as a buffer zone for controlling the outdoor environments such as noise, heating & cooling load, humidity etc. Because most areas of building facade in apartment building occupy the area of balcony window the sound Insulation design of It Is very Important to provide the quiet indoor environment. The aim of this research is to evaluate the sound insulation of balcony windows in apartment building by new and revised Korean Industrial Standards. We measured and studied the sound insulations of 18 balcony windows by the type of measuring methods, noise sources, correction of reverberation time in balcony and so on. The results show that the single-number quantities for sound insulation of windows are ranged from 24 dB to 30 dB.

동적계획법을 이용한 고온수배관의 최적보온설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the optimal design for heat insulation of hot water piping systems using a dynamic programming)

  • Recently, the design problem of heat insulation have been reappraised in the aspect of energy saving due to the rising trend of energy cost. For example, that design problem is increasingly requsted in the fields of accommodation air conditioning systems, hot water supply systems, cargo handling systems, district heating or cooling systems. The rational design of heat insulation of piping systems can not only improve the overall efficiency of energy transfer but also give energy saving. In this paper, the heat insulation problem of district heating systems is therefore modeled as the multi-stage decision processes, suitable for dynamic programming technique. And take the object function as the sum of heat insulation material cost involved construction cost and heat loss cost, and propose the design method to minimize the object function for overall piping systems by dynamic programing. Effectiveness of design method presented here is proved by a computer simulation.

변압기용 차음판의 진동 및 소음 특성 (Characteristic of Vibration and Sound of Sound Insulation Panel for Transformer)

  • Recently, demands for the reduction of noise generated by transformers have been increasing. Almost all the noise generated by a transformer is a result of magnetostrictive vibration in the core. The noise radiates into the atmosphere from the tank through the insulation oil. One method of reduction such a noise is to build a free-standing enclosure of concrete and steel plates around the transformer. However, this method has some disadvantages, for example, a large area is needed for equipment installation. In this paper, the vibration and noise effects which is transferred from reinforce channel to insulation panel generated by transformer have been identified for the several kinds of insulation panel shape and damping sheet experimentally.

부착 유형에 따른 준불연 복합단열판 전단성능평가 (Shear Performance Evaluation of Composite Thermal Insulation with Quasi-Non-Combustible according to Adhesive Type)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부착 유형에 따른 준불연 복합단열판의 전단성능을 평가하여 외단열시스템의 구조설계법을 개발을 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 한다. 준불연 복합단열판을 콘크리트와 동시 타설한 방법, 접착 모르타르를 활용하여 전면도포방식와 점·테두리 접착방법 등을 적용하여 전단성능을 실험적으로 평가하였다. 전단성능평가 결과, 동시 타설방법과 전면도포방식의 전단내력은 거의 유사하였고 점·테두리 접착방식은 약 80% 정도 수준이었다. 또한, 동시 타설방법은 접착 모르타르를 사용하는 방법에 비하여 외단열 시스템으로 적용할 경우 구조적·시공적으로 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

가속내구성 조건에 따른 건축용 유기계 단열재의 단열성능 변화 (Changes in Insulation Performance of Organic Insulating Materials for Building Construction by Accelerated Durability Test Conditions)

  • 현재 건축구조물에 사용되는 단열재의 단열성능은 초기성능을 기준으로 설계 시에만 반영하고 있으며, 장기 내구성 저하에 따른 단열성능 감소는 반영되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 가속내구성 시험을 통해 단열재의 내구성 저하에 따른 단열성능 저하를 검토하였다. 연구결과, 발포폴리스티렌 단열재 비드법의 경우 표준환경 조건 및 실험실 가속 시험 조건에서는 경시변화에 따른 성능저하가 나타나지 않았으나, 동결 융해 시험 조건에는 성능이 저하하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 압출법의 경우 동결 융해 시험 조건에서는 단열성능 저하가 작았지만, 경시변화 초기에 내부 가스의 방출로 급격한 성능저하를 나타내었다. 또한, 경질 폴리우레탄 폼 단열재의 경우 다른 단열재에 비해 초기 단열성능이 매우 뛰어났으나, 실험실 가속 시험조건 및 동결 융해 시험 조건에서는 성능이 다소 저하하는 것으로 나타났다.

금속단열재 박판의 설계인자별 단열성능 영향 연구 (Studies on Insulation Effect Related with Thin-Plate Design Factors for Reflective Metal Insulation(RMI) of Nuclear Power Plant)

  • Although fibrous insulations are generally used with resistive insulation type, metallic insulation is proper matter to satisfy low head-loss and equipment life when considering the specific condition, especially for Nuclear power plant. Common insulation is resistance insulation with a low thermal conductivity. but RMI is made of sheet plate with low emissivity and closed air space. Thermal radiation is blocked by stainless steel with low emissivity. Thermal conductivity and thermal convection are blocked by closed air space. This study shows the changes and effects of the heat loss according to shape and method of stacking sheet plates inserted into the insulation and analyzed the most optimized way for thermal insulation performance. The result shows that using sheet plate structure through raised and protruding shape processing was the appropriate model to optimize thermal performance. Additionally, insulating performance of RMI improved by placing the sheet plate in a high temperature region intensively.

  • It is important that study on cryogenic electrical insulation design to develop the cold dielectric(CD) type HTS cable because the cable is operated under the high voltage environment in cryogenic temperature. This paper proposes two types of insulation design to carry out the maximum insulation design for 154 kV-class HT cable. The proposed insulation design method takes into consideration AC and lightning impulse withstand voltage so as to prevent AC breakdown for power frequency operating voltage during operating the cable and breakdown for lightning impulse voltage. The final insulation thickness is determined by selecting high value out of two insulation thickness calculated through the two insulation design methods. And we researched electrical insulation characteristics of HTS cable according to bending ratio and the number of bending.

  • On this study, the Control of Temperature is specified on the view of indoor comfort and building energy consumption. It is estimated by Dynamic heat load simulation which has the factors of insulation method and the soil thickness of the green roof system. The fact that the model which has no insulation has the greatest effect of dropping high temperature and the cooling load decrease is confirmed.
