뒤영벌 인공수정기 개발 (Development of the Artificial Insemination Instrument of Bumblebee Queens)

  • 뒤영벌 인공수정기를 본 연구에서 처음으로 개발하였다. 개발된 뒤영벌 인공수정기는 자리잡기용관, 이송용관, 고정관, 머리받침대, 생식기 탐침기 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 여왕벌의 인공수정에 따른 스트레스 및 생식기의 손상을 최소화하도록 고안되었다. 특히 인공수정기의 조정핸들은 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 미세하고, 정확하고, 신속하게 조작할 수 있다. 본 인공수정기를 이용하여 인공수정 시 수정 성공률은 90% 이상이었다. 따라서 이 인공수정기는 우량형질의 뒤영벌 육종 및 보존에 효율적으로 이용되어질 수 있을 것이다.

유아기 주 양육자의 양육행위 측정도구 개발 (Development of a Measurement Instrument for Parenting Behavior of Primary Caregivers in Early Childhood)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to measure the parenting behavior of primary caregivers of children in early childhood. Methods: An instrument was developed according to Devellis's instrument development process. The participants in this study who completed the main survey were 370 mothers and grandmothers. The survey was conducted from June 1 to July 30, 2014, and collected data were analyzed using item analysis, half-split reliability and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity. Results: The factor structure of the instrument showed the cumulative variance as 55.7% in the factor analysis. As a result of a confirmatory factor analysis, a four-factor structure was found to be appropriate, and the construct validity and convergent validity of the instrument were thereby confirmed. The finalized parenting behavior instrument consisted of 26 items and four independent factors: affectionate, laissez-faire, educational and impulsive. A five-point Likert scale was employed, and a higher score in a particular factor showed that most of the behaviors belonged to the factor. Conclusion: The instrument developed in this study was found to be reliable and valid, and can be used to develop parent-child relationship building.

화병 한의 평가도구 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (Preliminary Study to Develop the Instrument of Oriental Medical Evaluation for Hwa-Byung)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to develop a standard instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung. Methods : The advisor committee on this study was organized by 17 neuropsychiatry professors of oriental medical colleges. The items and structure of the instrument were quoted from the instrument of pattern identification for hwa-byung. We took consultation twice from the advisor committee and we also took additional advices by e-mail. Results : We discriminated between bian-zheng and su-zheng from the answers of the advisor committee. We got the mean weight of each symptom and sign from the answers of the advisor committee. We got the final weight from the combination of the ratio of bian-zheng to the number of all answers of the advisor committee and mean weight. Conclusions : The instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung was developed through experts' discussion. If the validity and reliability of this instrument is confirmed through additional clinical trial, the instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung is expected to be applied to the subsequent research.

최소침습술을 위한 의료용 인스트루먼트의 동작 성능 향상 (Improvement in the Control Performance of Instruments used for Minimally Invasive Surgery)

  • This paper presents feedforward controllers to improve the control performance of the motion and grasping force of a surgical instrument used in an MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) robot. The surgical instrument has a long distance between the drive motors and its active joints. Therefore, the gripper on the instrument is controlled by a cable drive mechanism, which generates a coupled motion between the wrist joint and the grip direction. In order to solve the problem, this paper analyzes the pulley composition of the surgical instrument and proposes feedforward controllers to eliminate the coupled motion. Furthermore, feedforward controllers to regulate the grasping force are proposed to deal with another coupling problem between the grasping force of the instrument and the motion of the instrument joints. The experimental results demonstrate the improved control performance of the motion and grasping force of the instrument.

Korean Mathematics Teacher Educators' Response on the Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Beliefs Instrument

  • The Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Beliefs Instrument is one of the most popular instruments used to measure elementary preservice teachers' efficacy beliefs in mathematics teaching. The instrument was, however, developed in the United States and is perhaps not appropriate for other cultures. In this study, the instrument was translated into Korean and carefully reviewed by Korean mathematics teacher education professors. Analysis of the review indicated that eight out of the 21 items were appropriate while the others needed to be revised. Items were identified as inappropriate due to awkwardness, multiple meanings, tense disagreements, and vagueness. These items were modified to better fit the Korean context. The instrument was revised with two versions: one for elementary and the other for secondary pre service teachers.

대형증발계용 매시간 증발 기록계 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Hourly Evaporation Recording Instrument for Class A Pan)

  • A new method is developed to estimate the evaporation of water from a surface with high accuracy and resolution. The principle of new method is to detect a weight change of buoyant weight according to a change in water level of Class A Pan mesured by the use of a strain-gauge load cell. Field test of evaporation recording new instrument was carried out at Suwon for 10 days July 1999. It is possible in field observation to measure hourly evaporation amount by newly developed evaporation recording instrument in Class A Pan against strong solar radiation. Present study provide a possibility of domestic high accuracy instrument development below than 0.1mm water level measurement accuracy. If there is low humidity and high wind speed conditions which is possible to evaporate from water surface during night time. And it needs continuous study to understand between meteorological elements and latent heat effect at ground level by field observation study using high accuracy evaporation recording instrument.

  • 본 논문은 선용품의 공급자와 수요자를 요구를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항에 국제선용품 분배센터를 건립함에 있어 타당성을 파악하고자 하였다. 따라서 선용품 관련 878회사에 설문지를 배부하여 주요 항목에 대한 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 국제선용품 분배센터의 필요성을 보여주었다. 본 논문 결과에 따라 선용품 분배 센터의 성공적 운영에 도움이 될 것이다.

  • In this study, the analysis to the preference level on slope measuring instrument of weight values on effect factors find out the reasonable monitoring on slope was performed, in which used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) techniques. The results on professional group, such as the industry, academic, institute and government, analyzed that the very important effect factors, which were indicator of various collapse type, convenience of instrument management, The evaluation of preference level on the slope measuring instrument analyzed the invar wire extensometer which was high level at convenience of install, economical efficiency of install and convenience of instrument management.

스마트폰을 이용한 지능형 건반악기 자율학습 시스템 (Intelligent Self Learning System for Keyboard Instrument using a Smartphone)

  • 본 논문에서는 초보자들도 건반악기의 연주 방법을 쉽고, 효과적으로 학습할 수 있도록 건반악기 자율 학습 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 지능형 건반악기 자율 학습시스템은 스마트폰 기반의 학습 어플리케이션과 건반악기 보조 모듈로 구성된다. 건반악기 보조 모듈은 스마트폰 어플리케이션과 블루투스 통신을 통하여 악기 연주 정보를 수신한 후, LED에 표시해 줌으로써 초보자도 쉽게 건반과 음계의 상관관계를 숙지할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 사용자의 연주정보를 저장하고, 분석 정보를 제공하여 효과적인 학습이 가능하도록 구현하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 과학교구 관리 도구의 필요성에 따라 과학교구 데이터를 XML을 이용하여 목록화 하였으며 이를 효과적으로 활용하는 편리하고 활용성이 높은 XML기반 과학교구 관리 시스템에 관하여 연구하였다. 이를 통해 현재 수작업으로 관리되고 있는 과학교구 관리를 표준화 전산화 하여 언제 어디서든 쉽고 간편하게 과학교구를 관리 할 수 있는 관리 시스템을 개발하였다.
