The objective of this study is to seek ways to maximize learning effects from e-learning by drawing improvement directions through investigating and analyzing an awareness of e-learning among e-learning attendees. The study was conducted among the attendees who are taking the e-learning program operated by K University and collected data from the students taking second semester in 2018 with the use of structured questionnaires. For data processing, SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS were used, along with such analytical methods as frequency anslysis, descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), t-analysis and cross tabulation. For significant data, it conducted an analysis by carrying out the Scheffe's test. According to the findings from this study, they showed a significant difference only in gender and curriculum desired to be opened in the question about e-learning participation motives per background factor. As for the learners' motives to study, it was confirmed that they tend to become more biased on time utilization and convenience of learning methods. The analysis of which factor of the three - learning factors, system factors and instructor's factors - has greatest effects on learning satisfaction indicated that learning factors influenced learning satisfaction the most in accordance with values for non-standard coefficient beta, followed by instructor factors which had a direct effect.

e-Learning 에서 교수-학습자들 간에 형성되는 지식들을 체계적으로 관리하여 효과적인 교수 학습을 수행할 목적으로 교수자들이 교수 설계 이론에 따른 다양한 강의틀에 교육 컨텐츠를 보다 쉽게 저작할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. SCORM 표준에 따라 학습객체 간 관계를 설정하여 저작된 컨텐츠는 학습자가 학습내용을 개념화하는데 도움을 줄 것이다. 시맨틱 웹의 RDF를 적용하여 학습객체 간의 관계를 설정함으로써 지식맵을 구성하였고, 교수자가 해당 분야에서 사용되는 단어를 등록하여 일종의 어휘사전을 만들 수 있는 온톨로지를 도입하였다. 학습자의 이해도와 성취도를 고려한 개별학습을 제공하기 위하여 도입된 상호작용점을 따라 학습자마다 개별적인 학습맵이 구성되어 학생 개인의 학습활동과 이해도를 평가할 수 있다.

이 연구는 필라테스 참가자들이 인식하는 지도자의 매력성과 필라테스 몰입 및 열정의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 4개의 팔리테스 클럽에서 필라테스에 참가하고 있는 회원 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 기술통계분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 경로분석은 AMOS 18.0 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 필라테스 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 열정에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 필라테스 참가자들의 필라테스 몰입은 열정에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성과 참가자들의 몰입 및 열정사이에는 인과적 관계가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to identify learners' perception of teaching activities in online classes that were forcibly switched due to COVID-19, and to compare and analyze differences in importance and performance of online teaching activities according to the level of self-directed learning in university students. To address these goals, 31 university students who took courses operated as online classes at university participated in this study, and the collected data were analyzed according to IPA procedures and methods. As a result, for online teaching activities, class attendance check and encouragement, clarity of class objectives, the ability to deliver the content of learning, and the ability of the instructor to deliver lectures were identified as factors to be constantly emphasized. Depending on the level of self-directed learning, there were significant differences between importance and performance in high level learners' interaction strategy with instructor, interaction strategy with learner, and timely provision of instructor's feedback. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the importance and performance of online teaching activities for learners with a low level of self-directed learning. Based on these research results, several implications for the design of effective online teaching activities in future university education were proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 학습분석 기반 교수자 피드백 제공을 위해 LMS(Learning Management System) 대시보드를 설계하여 교수자 관점에서 개별 학습자의 학습 수행 정보를 직관적으로 이해할 수 있도록 하고, 학습자별로 추천된 피드백을 교수자가 유용하게 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 이 대시보드는 교수자 피드백 분류체계표에서 적용된 LMS의 교육적 활용 데이터를 근거로 설계되었다. 총 2회에 걸쳐 8년 이상의 경력을 가진 교육공학 전문가 8인을 대상으로 대시보드 설계 전반에 대해 타당화 검사를 실시하여 수정하였다. 연구의 결과로 설계된 최종 대시보드 화면은 종합분석 대시보드, 학습자분석 요약 대시보드, 추천 피드백 안내 대시보드로서 크게 3부분이 있고, 그에 따른 세부적인 분석 정보를 각각 제공하는 로그인 분석 대시보드, 학습정보확인 분석 대시보드, 강의자료학습 분석 대시보드, 과제/시험 분석 대시보드, 게시글 분석 대시보드 화면으로 총 8개의 대시보드로 구성된다. 모든 대시보드는 선행 연구에 근거하여 학습분석학 기반의 분석 정보 및 데이터에 따라 적합한 그래프 유형 및 표로 시각화 기법을 통해 적용되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 교수자 피드백 제공을 위한 대시보드의 활용에 관한 시사점과 향후 연구과제에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

Based on Merrill's instructional theory, this study pursued to develop a demonstration-based architectural design class operation model for the 3^rd year undergraduate students taking a Spring semester design studio class. The model was designed and used particularly to improve architectural thinking abilities of under-motivated learners. Learning effects of the model were examined based on the preliminary data obtained for 3 consecutive years, 2017 through 2019. A total of 52 students were participated in the class and observed by the instructor. Once developed, the model has been continually updated and improved based on results of each class operation. Five types of demo. were used in the model. First, direct contacts of the instructor with under-motivated learners were turned out to be the most preferred demo(demo. 4), while watching and listening of the demo(demo.3) between the instructor and motivated learners taking place in class was ranked at the second place. Belief of under-motivated learners on the instructor as a professional should be highly valued for improving their architectural thinking abilities. Second, motivated peers' direct help for under-motivated ones was placed in the third rank. Social attitudes of under-motivated learners towards accepting motivated ones' helps were determined the particular demo's appropriateness. Third, a set of guidelines for operating the model in undergraduate design studio classes were developed and suggested.

본 연구는 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 2019년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 서울, 경기, 인천 지역 6곳의 스포츠센터 199명의 노인전문체육지도자를 중심으로 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상기 연구의 결과를 토대로 지도자의 리더십은 구성원들에게 조직에 대한 몰입을 높여주고 직무에 만족감을 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인 하였다. 따라서 노인들의 생활체육 참여를 향상시키고 즐거움을 높여 건강한 노년기의 삶을 영위하기 위하여 리더십 교육을 통한 지도자의 올바른 인성과 역량의 개발이 필요할 것이며, 이러한 지도자의 역할은 노인들의 삶의 질을 높여줄 것으로 기대된다.

This paper proposes a movement instruction system using virtual environment. This system consists of a monitor, cameras, ana a PC. A learner is coached by a virtual instructor that is displayed in virtual environment as 3 dimensional computer graphics on the monitor. Virtual instructor shows sample movement and suggests mistakes of learner's movement by recognizing movement of learner's movement from the picture that cameras capture. To improve the robust characteristic of information from cameras, the system enables to select optimum inputs from cameras based on learner's movement It implemented by Fuzzy associative inference system Fuzzy associative inference system is implemented by bi-directional associative memory and fuzzy rules. It is suitable to convert obscure information into clear. We implement and evaluate the movement instruction system

This study is about dissemination of moxa education using voucher service. Moxa is one of the traditional medicines of Oriental medicine. Moxa is the only medicine in which is characterized by self-management of preventive medicine. Moxa whixh is prescribed in advance when it is healthy can prevent Alzheimer's dementia and cancers. Moxa activates neurotransmitter dopamine system and cerebral vasoconstrictor substance serotonin system, which actively helps to prevent and cure Alzheimer's dementia. Also moxa produces HSP (heat shock protein), which can prevent and treat cancers. Moxa, which costs little, is a strongly effective medicine. Therefore, this study emphasizes the necessity of moxa education and suggests a self-care training program for the reduction of medical expenses. As a methodology for this, moxa education can be done by using voucher service. At the same time, it proposes the establishment of a moxa instructor.
