The objective of this study is to seek ways to maximize learning effects from e-learning by drawing improvement directions through investigating and analyzing an awareness of e-learning among e-learning attendees. The study was conducted among the attendees who are taking the e-learning program operated by K University and collected data from the students taking second semester in 2018 with the use of structured questionnaires. For data processing, SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS were used, along with such analytical methods as frequency anslysis, descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), t-analysis and cross tabulation. For significant data, it conducted an analysis by carrying out the Scheffe's test. According to the findings from this study, they showed a significant difference only in gender and curriculum desired to be opened in the question about e-learning participation motives per background factor. As for the learners' motives to study, it was confirmed that they tend to become more biased on time utilization and convenience of learning methods. The analysis of which factor of the three - learning factors, system factors and instructor's factors - has greatest effects on learning satisfaction indicated that learning factors influenced learning satisfaction the most in accordance with values for non-standard coefficient beta, followed by instructor factors which had a direct effect.

For the purpose of an effective instruction-learning process by systematic management of knowledge between instructor and learner in e-Learning, we have developed the authoring system in which the instructor is able to author easily on various lecture frames according to the instructional design theory. The authored contents with the relations among the learning objects based on SCORM standard would help learner to conceptualize the contents. A knowledge map is constructed on the relations among the learning objects using RDF of the semantic web. We introduce the ontology in which the instructor can make a dictionary of terminology by registering the words of the teaching area. The learning activity and comprehension of students can be assessed using each student's learning map along the interaction points which are introduced to present the individual learning by considering each student's capacity of understanding and achievement.
This study examines how instructor's attractiveness perceived by pilates participants affects participants' flow and passion. The subjects for this study were 214 participants who participated in pilates in Seoul. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire were conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program; the results of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model are as follows; First, the instructors' attractiveness affects pilates participants' flow. Second, the instructors' attractiveness has influence on the participants' passion. Third, pilates participants' flow affects their passion. Lastly there is a causal relationship between instructors' attractiveness, flow and passion of pilates participants.
The purpose of this study was to identify learners' perception of teaching activities in online classes that were forcibly switched due to COVID-19, and to compare and analyze differences in importance and performance of online teaching activities according to the level of self-directed learning in university students. To address these goals, 31 university students who took courses operated as online classes at university participated in this study, and the collected data were analyzed according to IPA procedures and methods. As a result, for online teaching activities, class attendance check and encouragement, clarity of class objectives, the ability to deliver the content of learning, and the ability of the instructor to deliver lectures were identified as factors to be constantly emphasized. Depending on the level of self-directed learning, there were significant differences between importance and performance in high level learners' interaction strategy with instructor, interaction strategy with learner, and timely provision of instructor's feedback. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the importance and performance of online teaching activities for learners with a low level of self-directed learning. Based on these research results, several implications for the design of effective online teaching activities in future university education were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to design a LMS(Learning Management System) dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and to apply a LMS dashboard incorporating such taxonomy which allows an instructor to give a student personalized feedback according to the class content and a student's traits. In the dashboard design phase, usable instructional data were selected from LMS based on feedback taxonomy in terms of learning analytics. Two validity tests were conducted with 8 instructional technologists over 8 years of experience, and were revised accordingly. The final dashboard screen has three parts: A comprehensive analysis screen to provide appropriate feedback based on instructor feedback taxonomy analysis, a summary screen for learner analysis, and a recommended feedback guide screen. Detailed analysis information are provided through other dashboards that are displayed in eight screens: login analysis, learning information confirmation analysis, teaching materials learning analysis, assignment/tests, and posts analysis. All of these dashboards were represented by analysis information and data based on learner analytics through visualization methods including graphs and tables. The implications of educational utilization of the dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and the future researches were suggested based on these results.

Based on Merrill's instructional theory, this study pursued to develop a demonstration-based architectural design class operation model for the 3rd year undergraduate students taking a Spring semester design studio class. The model was designed and used particularly to improve architectural thinking abilities of under-motivated learners. Learning effects of the model were examined based on the preliminary data obtained for 3 consecutive years, 2017 through 2019. A total of 52 students were participated in the class and observed by the instructor. Once developed, the model has been continually updated and improved based on results of each class operation. Five types of demo. were used in the model. First, direct contacts of the instructor with under-motivated learners were turned out to be the most preferred demo(demo. 4), while watching and listening of the demo(demo.3) between the instructor and motivated learners taking place in class was ranked at the second place. Belief of under-motivated learners on the instructor as a professional should be highly valued for improving their architectural thinking abilities. Second, motivated peers' direct help for under-motivated ones was placed in the third rank. Social attitudes of under-motivated learners towards accepting motivated ones' helps were determined the particular demo's appropriateness. Third, a set of guidelines for operating the model in undergraduate design studio classes were developed and suggested.

To identify the relationship between leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of sports instructor for elderly, this study conducted a research on 199 exercise sports instructors for elderly working at 6 sports centers located in 6 regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. The research results were as follows. First, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the organizational commitment. Secondly, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Above results showed that leadership of sports instructor for elderly is an important factor that enhances organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus, it is necessary to provide leadership education on sports instructors to develop upright character and capability. This would result in promoting elderly's participation in sports for all, enhancing pleasure, and continuing healthy life in old age. Furthermore, the role of such sports instructors would enhance the quality of life for elderly.

This paper proposes a movement instruction system using virtual environment. This system consists of a monitor, cameras, ana a PC. A learner is coached by a virtual instructor that is displayed in virtual environment as 3 dimensional computer graphics on the monitor. Virtual instructor shows sample movement and suggests mistakes of learner's movement by recognizing movement of learner's movement from the picture that cameras capture. To improve the robust characteristic of information from cameras, the system enables to select optimum inputs from cameras based on learner's movement It implemented by Fuzzy associative inference system Fuzzy associative inference system is implemented by bi-directional associative memory and fuzzy rules. It is suitable to convert obscure information into clear. We implement and evaluate the movement instruction system

This study is about dissemination of moxa education using voucher service. Moxa is one of the traditional medicines of Oriental medicine. Moxa is the only medicine in which is characterized by self-management of preventive medicine. Moxa whixh is prescribed in advance when it is healthy can prevent Alzheimer's dementia and cancers. Moxa activates neurotransmitter dopamine system and cerebral vasoconstrictor substance serotonin system, which actively helps to prevent and cure Alzheimer's dementia. Also moxa produces HSP (heat shock protein), which can prevent and treat cancers. Moxa, which costs little, is a strongly effective medicine. Therefore, this study emphasizes the necessity of moxa education and suggests a self-care training program for the reduction of medical expenses. As a methodology for this, moxa education can be done by using voucher service. At the same time, it proposes the establishment of a moxa instructor.
