Recently, the current trend for computer based learning is moving from CAI environment to WBI environment. Most web documents for WBI learning are collected by aid of search engine. Instructors use those documents as learning materials after they evaluate availability of retrieved web documents. But, this method has the following problems. First, we search repeatedly the web documents selected by instructor. Second, there is a need for another course of instruction design in order to suggest the web documents for learner. Third, it is very difficult to analyze for relevance between the web documents and test results. In this work, we suggest WAILS(Web Agent Instruction Learning System) that retrieves web documents for WBI learning and guides learning course for learners. WAILS collects web documents for WBI learning by aid of web agent. Then, instructors can evaluate them and suggest to learners by using instruction-learning generating machine. Instructors retrieve web documents and the instruction-learning design at the same time. This can facilitate WBI learning.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to propose a teaching model to improve the cultural competence care of undergraduate Korean nursing students. Methods: A literature review was performed from 2000 through 2014 using internet to identify studies that presented nursing curricula and teaching-learning strategies in Korea. We analyzed retrieved Korean seven articles using Campinha-Bacote's ASKED model in combination with reflective experiences of authors observing classrooms in the U.S. Results: Six syllabuses presented information about cultural diversity nursing concepts in Korea. A traditional lecture focused on presenting contents about cultural knowledge by an instructor in the classroom was identified as a commonly used teaching strategy. We found that cultural competency related to cultural desire, awareness, and encounter was lacking. Thus, we developed teaching model based on the Korean nursing education contexts and combined with Campinha-Bacote model to improve cultural competency in nursing. Conclusions: The proposed teaching model shows promise as a strategy for improving the knowledge, attitudes, and skills related to cultural competent for undergraduate nursing students in Korea. However, evidences that this model improves nursing students' clinical practices reflecting cultural competent care are still lacking. Future research focusing on determining teaching methods and contents in clinical practices will be most effective.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the elderly's motivation to participate in lifelong education, educational satisfaction and life satisfaction. Three types of participation motivation(goal-orientation, activity-orientation and learning orientation) and four components of educational satisfaction(educational content, educational environment, instructor quality and educational result) were examined in this study. The sample of this study was composed of 307 elderly people attending in 6 community colleges for the aged located in Seoul metropolitan area. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed employing multiple regression analysis as a main data analysis method. This study found that participation motivation in lifelong education had a positive effect on educational satisfaction and that educational satisfaction had a positive effect on quality of life. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.
Commercial sports facilities dissatisfy and have the problem in facility management and social institution when we compare with advanced nation. To develop commercial sports facilities, government must improve facility management ability and increase social institutional support. First, to improve facility management ability, government must make effort for instructor's treatment better, employment extension, strengthening of management and marketing ability, improvement of service quality and consumer satisfaction, facility's modernization. Second, to extend social institutional support, government have to make effort for cultivation and disposition of specialized human power, deregulation and institution improvement of sports facility, support extension of taxes and finance, establishing information network of sports facility. Finally, the main body of commercial sports facilities have to make progressive effort for improving facility management ability, and government have to make excellent social environment developing commercial sports facilities.

The purpose of this study is to emboss the importance of safety education by recognizing the instructor's thoughts on safety and the prevention of safety accidents of early-childhood through the examination, analysis of the education site of safety at early-childhood education facilities. The subject of this were 120 early-childhood teachers in the Jeonbuk areas. The data were collected using questionaries and analyzed by the statistical methods of frequencies. ANOVA with SPSS pc program. The research questions were as follows; 1. What is the understanding of early-childhood teachers on safety recognition? 2. Is there a difference in the understanding of the teacher on safety and the management of the education curriculum on safety education that is being taught at early-childhood education facilities? The main results and solutions of this study were as follows: 1. In order for early-childhood teachers to teach safety education in early-childhood education facilities, they must join a safety mutual aid association or join an insurance policy to furnish an appropriate compensation system. Also, safety education must be systematically taught at a $social{\cdot}national$ level so that teachers and young children can have an understanding on safety under the support and concern of early-childhood education facilities and administration authorities. 2. Results on the comparison of the understanding of safety education and management of actual education of teachers on the actual conditions of the education curriculum of safety education show that although teachers are aware of most items of safety education but the actual education was not being taught. This means that although the teachers are aware of the importance of safety education, the actual education is not being taught.
Objectives : This study was to examine the satisfaction level of participants in a oral exercise program geared toward the improvement of oral function, their reuse intention of the program and their willingness of recommendation in an effort to facilitate the advancement of the program. Methods : The subjects in this study were 85 senior citizens who used senior welfare centers and nursing homes in Seoul. A oral exercise program was implemented 24 times from April to June 2009, twice a week, and the selected elderly people participated in the program 20 times or more. An interview survey was conducted by two trained dental hygienists, and the collected data were analyzed. Results : 1. As for satisfaction level with each part of the program, the elderly people investigated expressed the best satisfaction with the service supplier(a mean of 3.81), followed by the usefulness of the procedure of the program(3.77) and oral exercise(3.64). 2. The satisfaction level with oral exercise had a significant impact on their overall satisfaction with the program, reuse intention and willingness of recommendation, and the entire satisfaction level with the program was correlated to reuse intention and willingness of recommendation(p<0.001). 3. Out of the demographic characteristics, marital status and whether to live with their families or not made a significant difference to their satisfaction level with oral exercise(p<0.05). Conclusions : It took 20 minutes to get oral exercise, which consisted of warming-up, exercise for each part of oral and cooking-down, and they found it appropriate to spend that time and had no difficulties in repeating after the instructor.

WBI provides new opportunities to realize the flexible learning environment based on hypermedia and to support distance learning with a diverse interaction. The instructors or learners in WBI claim to be able to resolve reluctant fluctuations such as disorientation and cognitive overload. To overcome these phenomena, a supplementary tool able to manage a learning space organized by the instructor's or learner's own way and offer effective navigation techniques is presented in this paper. A learning space management and navigation tool called HyperMap dynamically represents the learning space in the form of a two-dimensional labeled graph. This HyperMap also can be used for an instruction design tool, learners portfolio for the exchange of learning experiences, and the assessment of WBI.
Technology development of modern society reduces times, costs and labor costs but demands work forces requiring expert knowledge on technology. Consequently knowledge worker becomes important. Not changing into a specialist acquired expert knowledge, people can't survive in competitive society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.
The data collection and questionnaire survey were conducted from July 1, 2016, to August 30, 2016, and the final analysis was conducted with 273 copies. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS (V 23.0) and AMOS (V 21.0) programs. In order to identify the characteristics of the respondents, the frequency analysis was performed, and the reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed for each measurement item. The conceptual reliability (CR) and standard variance extraction (AVE) values were calculated to verify the validity. Correlation analysis was conducted to measure the associations among the derived factors. For the hypothesis test, a structural equation modeling was used to test the jointness and organic causality of the whole model. In addition, an alternative model with a nested relationship with the basic model was set up to test the adjustment effect of the learner's educational environment on the educational satisfaction and behavioral intention. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of educational environment on the educational satisfaction and behavioral intention of students at a cooking education institute in Busan. The implication of this study is that the operators of educational institutions should recognize the human factors as important means of marketing for the activation of cooking education and select instructors by applying more systematic and objective criteria when hiring instructors. Also, consideration should be given to support programs such as training programs and incentives to develop instructor's abilities. In addition, the positive educational outcomes of students may have a positive impact on financial performance, such as livelihood of other students and sales of educational institutions.
