This study focuses on the instructor's role in student-centered learning and aims to test the effects and moderating role of instructor feedback on perceived loafing in team project-based learning. A conditional effect model including team efficacy, perceived loafing, instructor feedback, and team performance was proposed. Data were collected from students who registered for team project-based learning courses at a university in South Korea. A total of 420 cases were subjected to moderated mediation analysis. The results demonstrated that instructor feedback was negatively related to perceived loafing and moderated the relationship between team efficacy and perceived loafing. Furthermore, instructor feedback moderated the relationship between perceived loafing and team performance. In particular, even when perceived loafing was high, students who received frequent instructor feedback were found to significantly reduce the damage to team performance. Based on these findings, the importance of instructors' facilitation in team project-based learning is discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the clinical instructors' role experience in college of nursing. Method: Two focus group interviews were held with a total of 12 clinical instructors. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and the collected data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt(1992). Results: Three themes and six subthemes were extracted from the analysis: 1) Getting recognition of special roles as a clinical instructor: 'Recognizing the role of clinical instructor for guiding student's individual practice goals', 'Recognizing helping and supporting roles for student's successful clinical practice', 2) Having difficulty in performing the role of clinical practice instructor: 'Difficulty from the lack of knowledge and experience as a clinical practice instructor', 'Difficulty from the gap between current clinical practice and purpose of clinical nursing practice', 3) Making efforts to overcome the difficulties as a clinical instructor and accomplishing personal development: 'Making efforts to acquire personal knowledge and experience', 'Making a chance to reflect on and grow up oneself'. Conclusion: Clinical instructors take an important part of clinical nursing education. To improve the quality of clinical nursing education, it is needed role reestablishment and institutional support for clinical instructors on the basis of the understanding of instructors' experience.

이러닝 도입의 긍정적 효과를 기대하는 대학의 입장에서 교수자들의 이러닝 수용의지와 활용능력은 중요한 변수이다. 교수자들은 교수적 역할을 포함하여 컨텐트 전문가, 교육과정 설계자, 그래픽 전문가, 미디어 감독, 프로그래머 역할까지 모두 수행해야 할 수도 있다. 본 연구는 이러닝의 교수자 역할이 이러닝의 성공요인, 학습성과에 미치는 영향요인을 제안하고자 한다.

The goal of this study is to examine the relationship between efficacy belief and role performance of childcare teachers, and also to utilize the results as the basic data for teacher education. The subjects were 205 teachers at 48 childcare centers located in Jeonlabuk-do area. The instruments employed included efficacy belief, teachers' role performance, experiences, and age. The data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson correlation, and Regression Analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the role of child carer was the vest performance through childcare teachers' role. Second, the role of instructor, counselor, researcher, and others was significantly different among the types of childcare institution. Third, the social position of ability and personal teaching efficacy belief were correlated positively with teachers' experience. The activeness, the social position of ability, general teaching efficacy belief, personal teaching efficacy belief, and the role of child carer, instructor, counselor, researcher, and others were correlated positively with teachers' age. Fourth, the role of child carer, instructor, counselor, researcher, and others was correlated positively with the activeness and the social position of ability, whereas it was correlated negatively with failure anxiety. Lastly, the activeness was the most powerful variable influencing teachers' role performance.

The effectiveness of an ensuring the facility safety depends on the ability to train the worker efficiently and strategy of facility control. This requires the instructor's awareness of the worker's current knowledge, in the specific areas of the worker's lacks of knowledge, and preferred methods of training. This paper presents a development of knowledge based on CBT system which will reduce the role of instructor from the training loop and be used the high technological method such as computer animation technique.

This thesis examines a significant way to enhancing and improving the term/phenomenon of performer training system in contemporary Korean theatre. To articulate the matters, this research engages in discussing and criticizing those problematic issues that we, as an instructor/trainer, have faced with through the last decades in the field of performer training and education. Specifically, we concern with the necessity of an applicable and appropriate educational/training system where each student-actor would discover his/her own adaptability by evaluating what a specific method and approach is. This atmosphere accurately provided by an instructor/trainer can also facilitate and enhance the young students' potential possibilities and/or talent, that is, as we argue a way to accomplish each performer's true nature. To achieve the goals, we underlie the necessity of establishing and/or settling performer training program/course by means of an alternative path. The research finding shows that within the atmosphere each student could share then interrogate what a possible or ideal way is according to his/her comprehensive understandings with clearer purpose: what kind of performers would you produce, train, and/or educate.

본 연구는 응급구조과 시뮬레이션에 참여한 강사의 경험을 확인하기 위해 Colaizzi방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 28개의 주제와 9개의 주제모음, 4개의 범주가 확인되었다. 즉, 강사들은 "학습 환경 설계에 대한 불편함", "교수자 역할에 대한 부담감", "불충분한 교육 여건으로 인한 어려움", "새로운 교육에 대한 가능성"을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 더 효과적인 시뮬레이션 교육효과를 위해서는 교육 프로그램의 참여와 미리 개발된 시나리오의 적극적 사용과 전문 보조인력을 두고 실습과 연계한 시뮬레이션 교육에 대한 응급구조과 교과과정 개선안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the role of clinical nursing instructors' lived experience in clinical practicum. Methods: Data were collected from 11 clinical nursing instructors by in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt (1992). Results: Four themes and twelve subthemes were extracted. 1) Recognizing and conducting the roles of clinical nursing instructor: 'Helping and providing support for successful clinical practicum', 'Coordinating clinical activities in daily practice', 'Providing mentoring as an elder in life'; 2) Participating in improving integrative nursing competency: 'Helping to improve cognitive competency', 'Helping to improve functional competency', 'Contributing to form desirable professionalism', 'Helping to deliberate the nature of nursing'; 3) Experiencing difficulties in performing the role of clinical nursing instructor: 'Facing with difficulty from institutional limits', 'Recognizing difficulty from lack of personal knowledge and experience'; 4) Experiencing value of clinical nursing instructor and accomplishing personal growth: 'Making efforts to widen personal knowledge and experience', 'Developing one's own educational competency', 'Making a chance to reflect oneself'. Conclusion: Despite the distinctive features of clinical nursing instructors, little is known of the characteristics. The results of this study could be used as a reference to improve the quality of clinical nursing education.

이 연구의 목적은 승마산업의 전반적인 효율적 확산을 도모하고 승마지도사 양성을 위한 교육과정 개발의 기초자료를 마련하기 위하여 승마지도사에 대한 직무를 체계적으로 분석되었다. 특히 직무분석의 한 방법인 DACUM 법과 관련 전문가들의 검증을 통하여 승마지도사 직무의 모형(DACUM chart)을 개발하였다. 그 결과 승마지도사에 대한 8개의 임무와 100개의 작업이 나왔으며, 최종 전문가 내용타당도 검토 및 전문가 자문 검토 결과 후 총 7개의 직무영역과 82개의 수행작업으로 정리되었다. 또한, 전문가들의 의견에 따라, 승마지도사란 "승마장이나 승마 시설에서 승마 교육대상자에게 승마 지도를 하고 말, 승마장 시설 장비 그리고 인력을 관리 운영하는 자"로 정의되었다. 이러한 결과는 현재 운영되고 있는 승마지도사 양성 교육훈련 과정에 다양한 시사점을 제공해 준다. 특히 승마지도사 관련 시험 출제 대상 과목 및 교육훈련 과정이 3개 과목(마학, 마술학, 말 보건관리)으로 편성되어 있으나, 직무분석 결과 '승마장 운영 및 관리'와 '승마교육론'이 추가로 수정 및 보완 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 직무분석의 작업과 임무는 작업 프로파일 및 작업명세서로 활용될 수 있는 자료로서 활용되며, 이러한 자료는 훈련 과정과 출제 기준의 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구를 통해 추후 승마지도사 자격 종목에 대한 재 설계 및 자격 내 직무의 내용과 역할에 따라 수준을 구분하고, 이를 자격으로 연결할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 또한 승마지도사 자격의 활용성을 제고할 수 있는 방안과 함께 관련 연구가 요구된다.

본 연구는 교육 콘텐츠의 효율적인 지역화 및 국제화를 위해 한국 학습자에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자, 학교 내 권력거리에 대한 대학생들의 인식을 탐색하였고, 이러한 인식이 교수-학생 상호작용, 도움요청, 비판적 사고, 융합적 사고에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 416명의 대학생들이 온라인 설문에 참여하였다. 학교 내 권력거리를 수업 주도자, 교사의 역할, 교사-학생 동등성의 세 영역으로 구분하여 분석하였고, 큰 권력거리의 경향성을 확인하였다. 또한, 큰 권력거리가 교수-학생 상호작용, 도움요청, 비판적 사고, 융합적 사고에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국제적인 교육 콘텐츠의 한국 학습자 대상 맞춤형 지역화를 위한 고려사항에 대해 논의하였다. 마지막으로, 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구방향에 대해 제언하였다.
