교육적 맥락을 고려한 학교도서관 목록 정보의 확장에 관한 연구 (Study on the Expansion of School Library Catalog Considering Educational Context)

  • 본 연구는 교사와 학생들이 가르치고 배우는 상황 즉, 교육적 맥락을 고려하여 학교도서관의 목록 서비스를 제공한다면 목록의 유용성을 높이고, 교수-학습 과정과 목록 서비스를 직접적으로 연계시킬 수 있다는 전제하에 교육적 맥락에 관한 정보를 목록 데이터 요소에 추가로 목록 정보를 확장하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 우선 학교도서관의 정보자료와 교육 즉, 교수-학습 과정에 관련된 맥락 요인을 분석하고, 실제로 교육적 맥락 요소를 제공하고 있는 정보 시스템의 사례를 분석하여 교육적 맥락을 고려한 목록 정보의 확장 방안을 제시하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 학교도서관 목록(DLS)에 추가로 기술해야 할 교육적 맥락 요소를 이용자(학생, 교사), 수업상황(교수방법, 수업목표, 교육과정, 평가방법, 학습집단 편성, 준비물, 수업환경), 자료 내용 유형(성격, 학문분야, 형태), 독서 상황(상황별 독서, 문학 주제), 관련 자료(교사 표현물, 학생 표현물) 등 5개 요소로 추출하였다.

  • This paper presents a method for constructing and using transliteration rules which are based on Phonics, an instructional method for speaking and writing English letters. Conventional approaches to automatic transliteration often focused on statistical methods. However, the construction or the collection of correct transliteration examples is always the bottleneck of the statistical transliteration model. Also, in practical domains where the collection of such data is very difficult, such as education and tourism, it is reasonable to build a system without much qualified data. Furthermore, compared with Korean orthography of borrowed foreign words, the proposed approach is much easier to construct, and can generate more refined rules. The experimentation result shows that the proposed approach can improve the performance of a statistical-based transliteration system.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the design by using digital media the general hospital. The important result and advantage of the study are as follows; At first, applicability and maintenance of form and function design are enhanced and the digital media could be used for development of better and economical design. Secondly, the 3D CAD system useful for communication media and instructional tool for hospital planners and designers. Thirdly, fast and economical evaluation are obtained through the study of experimental simulation. Finally as a new tool in architectural field, the system helps to enhance the relationship between digital media and human. New concept and tools of hospital design are being developed in terms of its function, environment, and psychology. The computational design system should be improved for user friendly in the future.

  • This study develops a new system for generation system simulation and operational planning (namely, KPWR-X) including GMS(Generator Maintenance Scheduling), UC(Unit Commitment), and LF(Load Forecasting) for new power system environment in recent. The KPWR-X provides operator and planner to help the generation system more safely and economically. GUI developed in this study makes operator feel in convenient to control whole power system. In future, it is expected that generation company, ISO, and fuel procurement, etc. may use an instructional tool developer's suggestion for application. It will be also applicable to establish the operational strategies for generation control, fuel procurement and power system risk management.

  • 최근 웹의 폭발적인 성장으로 인하여 웹을 교육의 매개체로 활용하려는 노력이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 웹 기반 교육 시스템들은 대체로 수동적이며, 정적인 하이퍼텍스트 위주이기 때문에, 학습상황을 수시로 점검할 수 있는 상호작용기능이 부족하고, 특정 학습자의 학습결과에 따른 동적인 학습환경의 제시가 어렵다. 일반적으로 웹기반 교육시스템은 다양한 지식계층의 사람들에게 노출되어 있기 때문에 보다 상세한 학습전략이 요구되며, 따라서 최근에는 기존의 지능형 교수시스템(Intelligent Tutoring System: ITS)에서 연구된 풍부한 기술들을 웹 환경에 도입함으로서 보다 지능적이며 적응력 있는 시스템개발에 관한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹 기반 교육시스템에서의 문제점들을 해소하기 위한 한가지 방안으로 ITS의 동적 교수계획기법을 웹 기반 시스템에 도입한다. 문제영역으로 C 프로그래밍 언어 학습을 선정하여 이를 웹 기반 교수시스템으로 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 기존 시스템들의 서버 집중형 구조에서 탈피하여 CORBA를 이용한 분산기반구조로 시스템 개발에 접근하였다.

  • 자동차, 로봇 등의 분야에서 실시간 운영체제의 사용이 증가하고 있다. PICmicro의 마이크로컨트롤러는 산업현장에서 많이 사용되고 있는 마이크로컨트롤러로서, 이 제품군에 실시간 운영체제(RTOS)를 탑재하려는 연구가 폭 넓게 이루어지고 있으나 일부 제품군에서는 리소스의 제한으로 RTOS의 탑재가 어려운 경우가 많다. 이 연구에서는 교육적 목적으로 리소스가 제한된 PIC16F87x 시리즈에 대해 RTOS의 기능을 구현한다.

  • 기관이나 회사에서 도입하는 지식관리 시스템에서 효율적인 지식의 저장, 탐색 및 검색에 관련되는 지식관리 아키텍처에 관해 알아보았다. 먼저 기존에 발표된 문헌을 중심으로 지식관리 아키텍처의 개념을 살펴보았으며, 지금까지 발표된 관련된 이론을 정리해보고, 실제 사례에서 지식관리 아키텍처를 어떻게 운용하는지 살펴보았다. 이로써 실제 지식관리 아키텍처가 어떻게 활용되고, 어떤 특성을 가지고, 어떤 부분에 주력이 되어 있는지 알아봄으로써, 이를 바탕으로 가장 바람직하고 효율적인 발전방향을 제시해보고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the potential of the Social Network Analysis as an analytical tool for scientific investigation of learner-learner, or learner-tutor interaction within an Computer Supported Corporative Learning (CSCL) environment. Theoretical and methodological implication of the Social Network Analysis had been discussed. Following theoretical analysis, an exploratory empirical study was conducted to test statistical correlation between traditional performance measures such as achievement and team contribution index, and the centrality measure, one of the many quantitative measures the Social Network Analysis provides. Results indicate the centrality measure was correlated with the higher order learning performance and the peer-evaluated contribution indices. An interpretation of the results and their implication to instructional design theory and practices were provided along with some suggestions for future research.

  • The purpose of this study is to restructure the 10th grade mathematics curriculum for teaching the function area under the computer environment using ‘Mathview’, which is a computer algebra system designed for exploring algebra dynamically. The instructional sequence of the function area was redesigned to highlight the functions and properties of the computer software. And, based on the newly designed sequence, this study develops the sample ‘teaching unit’ using Mathview. The basic principle of the materials is to encourage students to investigate mathematics by manipulate various experimental tasks by themselves or through group study. And, the draft of the sequence and teaching unit was reviewed by some mathematics teachers and revised through the feedback.

청소년의 약물남용예방을 위한 웹 활용 학습 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effects of WEB Instruction Programs for Drug Abuse Prevention in Korean Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop, through the integration of instructional theory, a Courseware and to investigate the effectiveness of a web-based computer assisted instruction(WBI) program for preventing drug abuse, a serious problem for youth problem. During the first stage of this study done "Drug Abuse Prevention" Courseware was developed based on, Gagn & Brigg's instructional design theory, Keller's ARCS theory and the CAI model of Hannafin & Peck. For the second stage, the courseware was used to provide education for students adolescents in drug abuse prevention. This study used an quasi-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design with a convenience sample of 36 male high school students who were at one high school located in Seoul. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires which included a learning achievement tool, the Keller's IMMS (Instructional Material Motivation Survey), on attitudes to drug use, and on responses to the WBI instruction. Prior to the experiment, the "drug abuse prevention" learning method and the procedures of the study were explained to the students, and then the learning achievement of the subjects was measured as a pretest. The students were then given 2 weeks WBI utilizing the courseware. A post-test which included the pre-test learning achievement questionnaire and a survey of learning motivation and attitudes toward drug were given two weeks after the education was completed. The data analysis was done using SPSS/PC. Paired t-test was used to analyze the differences between the pre-test and post-test scores for learning achievement. The results of the analysis are as follows: There were significant differences in learning achievement between the pre-test and post-test(t=-18.62, p=0.000). The hypothesis, that learning achievement will be higher, after the class has used the courseware, than before was supported. The scores for learning motivation and attitudes toward drugs were also higher than the results of existing studies. In conclusion, this study suggests that WBI is an effective learning method in the prevention of drug abuse for adolescents as it can be used for self-learning and repeated learning as assisted instruction. Recommendation would be given that further research needs to be develped in the courseware by cognitive learning style and by multimedia courseware and virtual reality system.
