Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction with instruction medium according to learner attitude and lecture mode in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A web-based self-reported questionnaire was complected by 155 dental hygiene students in Cheonan from May 26 to June 5, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, school adaptation, interest to learn, effort to learn, faculty centered lecture, learner centered lecture, self-directed learning, motivation to learn, characteristics of each subject, and satisfaction with lecture mode. The study was approved by institutional review board (IRB) by Baekseok University. Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to evaluate the satisfaction to medium of instruction according to explanation factors. Results: The lecture mode, opportunity and motivation to learn, interest to learn and effort to learn were the significant factors to satisfaction with instruction medium. In multivariate logistic regression model, the adjusted odds ratio was 6.28 for the opportunity to learn and 4.87 for the interesting to learn. Conclusions: The satisfaction with instruction medium is the most important factor that decides the lecture mode and learner attitude including opportunity to learn and concern to learn.

In this thesis, look around about problems of the present mathematics education, and then it devised the alternative plan to improvement of educational spot that mathematics instruction which considers an individual differences it applied the portfolio. To minimize the level deepening of knowledge, we choose the instruction which classified by level in the classroom. Above all things, we lay emphasis on searching the method to student for oneself can feedback about studying contents. We also carry out this method to students in Sang Dong middle school from 2002 to 2005. Therefore, we develop the instruction it applied the portfolio, to effectual studying participation of the students. Go through this process, we settle down the instruction which classified by level it applied the portfolio in the classroom at 2005 and produce a result that the instruction have an positive effect on the students' cognitive and sentimental filed.

According to the rapid technological development such as ubiquitous environments, there has been growing interest in learning with social media as known as social learning. This study was conducted to analyze various participation types of social media contents aiming to explore strategies for facilitating learning. Specifically, the research model was established by two aspects in using social media contents. First was classified by writings and readings in contents, which consists of prosumers, producers, consumers, and non-participants. Second criterion was categorized by instruction-related and instruction-nonrelated, which is learning contents, learning management, emotional expression, and social activities. In order to acquire empirical data, a set of fourteen undergraduate students participated in this research for eight weeks using a microblog. Based on the analyses on the data through learning activities, three learning strategies were suggested to facilitate social media based learning: analysis on learners, role of the instructor, and instructional model design.

Purpose: The research purposes analyzed the study participation and lecture evaluation of applicants in the cyber hospice specialist education course to find problems of nurse education application on the web. Method: Study participants were 125 nurses for participation and 68nurses for lecture evaluation. The data was analysed by descriptive statistics. Result: The results obtained from this study were as follows 1) The residence distribution of study participants was spread out across the nation. Equal distribution of education was accomplished without a difference among provinces. 2) The average study duration in the study participation was about one hour and a quarter minutes a week, and number of access to lecture notes was 65.8 times. But in a discussion room and a cooperative room, the system using rate was very low, so we considered the idea to come up with a more effective application way. 3) The participant's lecture evaluation of cyber education were generally satisfied about the quality of lecture, time, contents etc. Conclusion: This study shows the possible implication for nursing fields using a web-based learning program for reeducation in a variety of fields, so nursing cyber application can be considered to come up with this more effective method.

This study was to investigate the effects of mathematical history-based mathematics teaching on mathematical communication and attitudes of elementary students, through selecting mathematical history content to apply to elementary mathematics and devising an instruction model to use effectively. For this purpose, while the experimental group received instruction using mathematical history and the comparative group lecture-based instruction using the common textbook, both quantitative and qualitative methods were employed to analyze gathered data. To conclusion, first, instructions using mathematical history were helpful for increasing the student's participation in communication, and secondly helped the students justify their opinions to others with mathematical logic.

In Web Based Instruction, as evaluation of learning process means individual student's learning activity, it demands data on learning time, pattern, participation, environment in a specific learning contents. The purpose of this paper is to reflect analysis results of individual student's learning status in achievement evaluation using the most suitable web log mining to settle evaluation problem of learning process, an issue in web based instruction. The contents and results of this study are as following. First, conformity item for learning status analysis is determined and web log data preprocessing is executed. Second, on the basis of web log data, I construct student's database and analyze learning status using data mining techniques.

The purpose of the research is to assure the effect of learner-centered instruction driven from the constructivism. The school in participation of the research is one of them called "achievement increase intensive school". Quasi-experimental design is applied for the research. Some conclusions were drawn from the research. Experimental group' achievements of both "learned contents" and "none learned contents" were more superior than ones gained from comparative group with statistically significant difference. The results implied that learner-centered instruction is effective for students who have low achievements from standards tests.

In this research, as an educational tool in the Refrigeration instruction, a project learning method was applied which enables active hand on practice and encourages a more active participation of students with an increased level of interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to present project learning method as an educational tool that can arouse interest and motivation of students by an active hands-on learning process. This will aid in the enhancement of understanding of educators and students in the project learning method, and assist in development of project learning method that can increase intuitiveness and originality of students. For the purpose of the study, the following questions were asked. First, what is the level of existing knowledge pertaining to Refrigeration Training Program of students? Second, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the level of motivation and interest of students? Third, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the study habits of students?

The purpose of this study is to explore how the practical knowledge used by an elementary school science teacher during learner-centered science instruction can promote elementary students' construction of positive emotion. Using an auto-ethnographic approach over a period of three months, the researchers collected students' interest diaries, post interviews with students, video recordings in science classes, and students' personal diaries and analyzed them by means of the constant comparative method. In this way, the researchers categorized the structure of the practical knowledge held by the teacher and explained how it was applied in learner-centered science instruction to promote students' construction of positive emotion. Three images of an elementary science teacher's practical knowledge emerged and can be categorized under the following headings: 1) 'From science classroom to science $caf{\acute{e}}$', 2) 'Pleasant experiment class for all students and the teacher', and 3) 'A science class for students who were marginalized'. These images were backed up by principles and rules, and the teacher came to embody these images as he implemented these rules. This study also discusses how the impact of a science teacher's practical knowledge on students' construction of positive emotions can be interpreted as promoting positive outcomes rather than negative sanctions, meeting students' expectation from lab activities, and meeting the specific needs of marginalized students in a science class.

Over the past few years, training professionals have become more pragmatic in their approach to technology-based media by using it to augment traditional forms of training delivery, such as classroom instruction and text-based materials. This trend has led to the rise of the term blended learning. Blended learning, an environment of e-learning, is a powerful learning solution created through a mixture of face-to-face and online learning delivered through a mix of media and superior learning experiences. In this article we design and implement an e-learning environment for blended learning. The environment focused on following factors: learning activity and participation of learners, and real time feedback of instructor.
