The Role of Innovative Activities in Training Students Using Computer Technologies

  • Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창업교육에 있어 중요한 창의적 문제해결역량에 관한 연구를 살펴보고, 해외의 창의적 문제해결역량교육 관련 정책과 우수 대학의 교과과정 사례를 분석하여 국내의 창의적 문제해결역량교육의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 교육의 프레임워크 및 대학의 역할에 대하여 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이에 문제해결 역량에 관한 기존 연구들과 해외 국가 및 대학의 문제해결 교육 정책 및 교육과정 사례를 중심으로 창의적 문제해결역량교육을 위한 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 창의적 문제해결역량교육 프레임워크는 크게 문제정의, 문제해결방법, 결과적용의 체계로 다음과 같은 구성을 포함한다. 첫째, 창의적 문제해결 교육의 첫 번째 단계인 이론기반 교육과 지속적인 지도와 멘토링의 구성이다. 둘째, 해외대학에서 교육의 주요 정책으로 내세우는 팀기반 학습법이다. 셋째, 체계적인 교육과정평가 개발이다. 넷째, 현장 연계형 및 융합형 패러다임의 구축이다. 이러한 프레임워크를 통해 국내 창의적 문제해결역량교육의 시사점을 국가, 대학, 교과과정 설계차원으로 제시하고, 창업교육과의 상호관계 및 융합의 중요성을 제시한다.

  • The article deals with the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution by means of information and communication technology as a prerequisite for his ability to act competently and objectively evaluate actions and understand the interaction of forms and content of preschool education. The article aimed to study the effectiveness of information and communication technologies in the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution. To achieve the objectives, the methods of comparative and systematic analysis were used to compare different views on the problem under study, namely, the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution by means of information and communication technologies. The authors of the article determined that the use of information and communication technologies in the preparation of future heads of preschool educational institutions is of great importance and is an indicator in the structure of managerial competence. The priority directions of the use of various software products for the study of the modern Ukrainian language, methods of teaching the Ukrainian language contribute to the intensification of learning material. It is noted that the current state of development of information technologies and their widespread use in education satisfies the requirements of the objectivity of the assessment obtained the quality of the control process of forming the managerial competence of the future leader in the context of the general problems of pre-school education. It is noted that the means of information and communication technologies play a leading role in creating new educational policies and projects, as they motivate the way of access to knowledge.

  • The rapid development of science & technology and the globalization of society have accelerated the fractionation and specialization of academic disciplines. Accordingly, Korean colleges and universities are continually dropping antiquated courses to make room for new courses that better meet societal demands. With emphasis placed on providing students with a broader range of choices in terms of course selection, compulsory courses have given way to elective courses. On average, 4 year institutions of higher learning in Korea currently offer somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000 different courses yearly. The classification of an ever growing list of courses offered and the practical use of such data would not be possible without the aid of computers. For example, if we were able to show the pre/post requisite relationship among various courses as well as the commonalities in substance among courses, such data generated regarding the interrelationship of different courses would undoubtedly greatly benefit the students, as well as the professors, during course registration. Furthermore, the GT system's relatively simple approach to course classification and coding will obviate the need for the development of a more complicated keyword based search engine, and hopefully contribute to the standardization of the course coding scheme in the future..Therefore, as a sample case project, this study will use GT to classify and code all courses offered at the College of Engineering of K University, thereby developing a system that will facilitate the scanning of relevant courses.

간호사 핵심역량 개발 및 타당도와 중요도 대비 수행도 분석 (The development of nurses' core competencies and the analysis of validity and importance-performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop nurses' core competencies and sub-competencies and to verify the validity and importance-performance of core competencies. Methods: The core competencies of nurses were derived through an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as a literature analysis of domestic and foreign accreditation institutions. Validity and importance-performance analyses were conducted on the core competencies derived from nursing colleges nationwide. Results: Six core competencies of nurses were revealed: integration of knowledge and nursing skills, critical thinking, communication, leadership, safety management, and global competency. Further, eighteen sub-competencies were derived. The content validity ratio values for the core competencies were higher than 0.74. Communication skills among multidisciplinary teams and communication skills among nursing teams were shown to be the most important competencies to be improved. Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful in terms of how the core competencies of nurses were derived and evaluated for the fourth cycle of nursing education accreditation according to the changes of time and culture.

국방데이터 품질관리를 위한 대상 체계 선정 기준 (Selection Criteria of Target Systems for Quality Management of National Defense Data)

  • 국방부 또는 공공기관에서 관리하는 모든 데이터베이스 및 시스템의 데이터는 일정 품질 이상 보장하는 것이 원칙이나 대부분 다수의 정보시스템을 구축·운영하기 때문에 현실적으로 모든 시스템에 대한 데이터 품질관리는 한계가 있다. 국방데이터는 업무의 특성상 공개되지 않는 데이터가 대부분이고 군에서 업무의 필요 및 중요도에 따라 전략적으로 개발되거나 통합되어 관리하는 시스템이 많다. 또한, 무기체계에서 발생하는 센서데이터, 비정형데이터, 인공지능 학습데이터 등 데이터 품질관리가 필요한 다양한 유형의 많은 데이터가 축척되고 생성되고 있다. 그러나, 국방데이터를 위한 데이터 품질관리 가이드 및 품질관리 대상 선정에 대한 가이드가 부재한 상황이고, 공공데이터 품질관리 매뉴얼의 기준에 따라 국방데이터의 품질관리 대상 데이터베이스 및 시스템을 선정하기에는 선정 기준이 모호하며 실무 담당자에 의존적이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국방데이터의 품질관리를 위한 대상 체계 선정 기준에 대하여 제안하며, 제안한 선정기준들과 기존 매뉴얼의 선정기준과의 관계성에 대하여 기술한다.

Formation of New Approaches to the Use of Information Technology and Search For Innovative Methods of Training Specialists within the Pan-European Educational Space

  • European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

헬스케어 정보 수집을 위한 딥 러닝 기반의 서브넷 구축 기법 (Subnet Generation Scheme based on Deep Learing for Healthcare Information Gathering)

  • 최근 IoT 기술이 발달함에 따라 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하는 많은 의료기관에서는 IoT 기술을 이용한 의료 서비스가 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 사용자 신체에 부착된 IoT 센서의 갯수가 증가하면서 서버에 전달되는 헬스케어 정보는 점점 복잡해져서 서버에서 사용자의 헬스케어 정보를 분석하는 시간이 증가하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자에 부착된 IoT 장치를 통해 전달되는 다량의 헬스케어 정보를 서버에서 의료 목적에 맞게 헬스케어 정보를 수집 및 처리하기 위한 딥 러닝 기반의 헬스케어 정보 관리 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 서버에 전달된 헬스케어 정보에 속성값을 부여하여 속성값에 따른 서브넷을 구축한 후 서브넷간 연계 정보를 시드로 추출하여 계층적 구조로 그룹화 한다. 제안 기법은 서버에서 그룹화된 헬스케어 정보를 딥 러닝에 적용하여 사용자의 치료 및 처방에 대한 관찰 속도 및 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있어 최적화된 정보를 추출할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 성능평가 결과, 제안기법은 헬스케어 서비스 모델에서 동작되는 의료 서비스의 처리속도가 기존기법에 비해 평균 14.1% 향상되었고, 서버의 오버헤드는 기존 기법보다 평균 6.7% 낮았다. 헬스케어 정보 추출에 대한 정확도는 기존 기법보다 평균 10.1% 높은 결과를 얻었다.

1880-1945 년간의 한국 생물교육의 역사 (History of Biology Education in Korea During the Periord of 1880-1945)

  • 1. 시대 구분을 크게 개항 이후 갑오경장 이전(1876-1894), 갑오경장 내지 한일합방 이전(1894-1910), 일제식민지시대(1910-1945)로 하여, 시대에 따른 교육관련 법령 및 시행령의 변천과 각급 교육기관의 증설 및 학생수의 증가 상태를 보았다. 2. 갑오경장이전에는 뚜렷한 교육관계 법령이 없었다. 을사조약 후인 1906년에 관립한성사범학교교원임시양성과 규칙, 사범학교령, 고등학교령, 보통학교령, 농상공부소관농림학교규칙이, 이어서 고등여학교령(1908), 사립학교령(1908), 실업학교령(1909)이 공포되었다. 1910-1945년간에는 1911년에 조선교육령이 공포된 후 제2차(1922).제3차(1938).제4차(1943) 교육령이 제정되었다. 일제는 보다 휴율적인 식미지 수탈을 위한 "황국신민화교육"을 교육령의 개정으로 가속햇다. 3. 일제는 각종 교육령에 따라 초등교육기관과 실업교육기관은 그런대로 확장해왔었으나, 고등보통교육(중등교육)과 전문.대학 교육기관의 확장을 외면하고, 한국인이 고등교육을 받는 것을 억제하였다. 예컨대 초등교육기관(보통학교$\longrightarrow$소학교$\longrightarrow$국민학교)의 경우 1912년에 330교(한국인 총학생수:42,602명)에서 1941년에 3,118교(공.사립)(한국인 총학생수:약 156만명)로 되었고, 1912-1945년간에 약 230만명의 한국인 졸업생이 나왔다고 추산된다. 초등교원 양성기관(주로 사범학교)에는 변천이 많았는데 1941년까지 한국인 약 10,100명 일본인 약 5.300명의 졸업생을 낸 것을 추산된다. 4. 관립 전문학교의 경우, 1922년에 5교(총학생수:한국인 523명, 일본인 433명). 1941년에 7교(한국인 617명, 일본인 1,327명)였고, 생물학과 가장 관계가 깊은 수원고등농림학교의 한국인 졸업생이 1906-1945년간에 총 847명이었다. 공사립 의학전문학교 및 경성제대 의학부 그리고 경성치의전, 경성약전 등 의약 관계 전문.대학의 1902-1945년간 졸업생수는 총 약 3,580명으로 추산된다. 5. 생물학 관계 교과목에 관해서, 초등학교에서는 이과, 중등 및 사범교육기관에서는 이과 또는 박물, 농업.의학 등의 고등교육기관에서는 식물학.동물학.유전학 기타 생물학과 관계가 깊은 전공 과목이 들어있었다. 6. 생물학 관계 교과용 도서에 관해서는 각 시대의 각급학교의 것을 수집하여 검토하였다. 7. 중등교육기관의 생물학관계 교원 교수의 수급의 관해서, 관공립 중등 학교에서는 거의 대부분 일본에서 교육 받은 일본인을 채요했고, 사립학교에서는 주로 국내에 있던 관사립 전문학교의 한국인 졸업자와 소수의 일본유학자 그리고 일본인을 채용하였다. 한국인 중등교원 중에는 농업전문학교 특히 수원고등농림학교 출신이 많았다. 8. 일정시에 한국내의 관공립 전문학교와 대학의 교수는 거의 모두 일본인이었다. 숭실전문학교와 이화여전에는 일본의 동북제국대학 생물학과 출신자가 있었다. 이 2교수를 제외하고도, 일본의 제국대학 식물학과.동물학과 또는 생물학괄르 나온 4명(중등학교 또는 연구기관 재직), 그리고 제국대 농학과 출신 2명도 중등학교 박물을 담당했다. 이상 각급 학교 졸업생들은 각기 주어진 정도대로 생물학 관련 지식을 수용하고 이용하고 보급하는데 공헌했고, 이것은 8.15 광복후에 이어졌다. 특히 상기 제국대학 출신자 중 5명은 1945년 8.15 광복 후 일찍부터 우리나라의 대학교에서 생물학분야 교육과 연구에 주도적 구실을 다했다.

보건진료원 직무교육 교과과정개선을 위한 연구 (A Study on Curriculum Development for CHPs)

  • The study was done to improve the job training course for Community Health Practioners (CHPs) by evaluating the level of help that the training provided to the CHPs in carrying out their work and to analyze the management activities of the CHPs in order to develop a more effective CHP training program. The methodologies used in the study were a questionnaire survey. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS Windows. The study results are as follows. 1. The total average level of help from the job training(Theory. Practice and Field Practice) for carrying out the CHP work was found to be $3.04\pm.53$ (of a possible 4), which indicates a high level of help. The average for clinical practices was $3.16\pm.60$. for theory. $3.11\pm.40$ and for field practice. $2.84\pm.60$. 2. For the theory content of the job training courses. the help level was low in the area of mother and child health management/family planning with an average of $2.65\pm.62$ and in the area of health information system development with an average of $2.62\pm.83$. The reason for these deficiencies were. in order of frequency. few opportunities to apply learning. training content that was inadequate. training methodologies which were incongruent with content. improper training items and insufficient class hours. For the practice. the clinical work in rehabilitation/orthopedics departments and in ENT/Opthalmology departments had averages of $2.96\pm.86$ and $2.97\pm.80$ respectively. This low level resulted from the lack of direct experience. lack of sincerity during the practice time. lack of practice guidance. insufficient time and lack of practice equipment. in that order. For the field practice. the delivery management averaged $2.06\pm.90$ as the lowest help level. In this case 68% of respondents replied that there were no relevant reasons for this deficiency. 21% responsed that there was a lack of direct experience, 7%, a lack of practice guidance and 4.8%, insufficient time. 3. There were significant differences for several demographic variables when comparing the help level of the clinical courses (practice and Field Practice). A higher help level was reported by older nurses as compared to younger ones, experienced nurses as compared to scholarship nurses, and married over single. Also for nurses who had finished more other programs and were qualified or licensed in several areas the level was high. Although it was not statistically significant the level was higher if the work area was in a rural county, not a city, and if one had more recently completed the job training(P<,05). 4. Of the respondents 58.6% replies stated the period of job training for the CHP was adequate, but 51.7% reported that the period for theory courses was too short while an other 48.3% responded that it was sufficient. For practice locations, 50% responsed that it was good to practice in medical institutions(primary, secondary and tertiary) at the same time. While 48.3% agreed that doing theory and practice simultaneously was good, and 56.9% agreed that field practice should be done after completing theory and practice training. Hence, the development of new field practice guidelines suitable for changing environments of health management are required in place of the existing ones which were considered low in help level to the practical work of the CHPs.
