우리 나라의 도시생태계 평가제도는 도시계획법에 의해 시행되는 제도와 환경관련떱에 의해 시행된는 제도로 구분된다. 도시계획법에 의한 평가제도는 개발행위허가기준과 도시계획 환경성검토가 있으며, 환경관련법에 의해 시행되는 제도는 환경영향평가와 사전환경성검토가 있다. 도시생태계 평가제도는 그 동안 개발지향적인 토지이용정책으로 인해 체계적인 발달이 이루어지지 않았으며, 평가기법도 입목본수도 및 녹지자연도 등을 제외하고는 객관적인 평가기법이 개발되지 알았다. 또한 평가 결과 보전가치가 높은 지역에 대한 보전대책 및 계획과정과 사후에 대한 평가가 부족하다는 문제점을 가지고 있다 우리 나라의 도시생태계 평가제도가 활성화되기 위해서는 다음과 같은 개선방안 마련이 필요하다. (1) 비오톱지도와 같은 객관적인 도시생태계 평가기법 개발, (2) 평가결과 보전가치가 높은 지역에 대한 보전지구 지정 및 훼손에 대한 보상 방안 마련, (3) 도시개발계획과 생태계 보전계획 수립의 병행 및 사후평가 시행

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction towards clinical training institution according to clinical practice contents in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 382 dental hygiene students of five colleges in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do from August 20 to September 30, 2013. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program for t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The questionnaire consisted of the general characteristics of the subjects and the satisfaction towards the clinical training institution. The satisfaction was composed of 44 questions including the general satisfaction, practice contents, practice guide, training time of practice, training environment, practice evaluation, and personal relationship by Likert 5 point scale. Results: The students were most satisfied with the practice contents of the dental university hospitals. The dental hospital and dental clinics were the most satisfied choice in the personal relationships. Public health center dental clinics bestowed the students with the most satisfied practice guidance, time, environment, and evaluation. Practice contents and practice time were the most influential factors to dental hygiene department satisfaction to the students. Conclusions: In order to enhance the clinical practice satisfaction, it is necessary to have the continuous relationship with the clinical training institution. The practice satisfaction is influenced by the contents and environment of the clinical training institution.

Purpose: The study aimed to extract the space mentioned in the criteria for evaluation and certification of psychiatric institutions in which the most specific standards for medical services of psychiatric institutions are prepared, and to organize and analyze the requirements. Method: The implied space is derived by analyzing the evaluation and certification criteria. The derived space is re-classified by departments of the hospital, and the requirements are organized and analyzed. Results: First, a total of 41 spaces were derived. The derived spaces can be considered as spaces to be treated as important in psychiatric institutions. Second, as a result of reclassifying the derived space by department, 10 spaced for the hospital as a whole, 10 for wards, 12 for central/outpatient departments, 5 for pharmaceutical departments, 2 for catering facilities, and 2 for facilities. Third, if organized by psychiatric institution, there is a total of 40 spaces for psychiatric hospitals according to certification criteria, and according to evaluation criteria, there is 38 spaces for psychiatric hospitals and departments and 19 spaces for the clinics. The difference between the certification and evaluation criteria of psychiatric hospitals is insignificant. In order to promote the qualitative improvement of psychiatric institutions, it is necessary to gradually strengthen from the certification criteria. Fourth, the requirements reflecting the characteristics of a psychiatric institution were very limited to emergency exits and treatment rooms. It is necessary to prepare the space requirements for other rooms in consideration of the behavior of the mentally ill. Implications: The derived spaces and requirements can serve as practical reference materials for practitioners preparing to receive certification and evaluation of psychiatric institutions. In addition, it has meaning as a basic data for estimating the level of space and requirements of psychiatric institutions that are currently required in Korea.

핵심 사업에 독점적 지위를 보장받는 공기관은 비효율적인 경영의 소지가 많다 역대 정부는 공공기관의 혁신을 위한 다양한 노력을 했다. 참여정부는 기획예산처를 통해 공공기관의 혁신을 추진하였으며, 공공기관 경영혁신의 문제점은 다음과 같다. 즉, 혁신에 대한 공감대 형성 부족과 의식전환 미흡, 경영혁신을 위한 시스템 혁신과제보다는 점진적 과제추진, 다양한 성격의 공공기관에 대한 특성 고려 미흡, 평가제도의 중복과 평가지표의 추상적 설계 등이다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 새 정부가 추진해야 할 과제는 다양하다. 즉, 획기적인 경영인식의 전환과 직원들의 자발적인 참여, 공공기관의 관리체계 개선, 공공기관의 과감한 영역조정, 경영평가제도의 개선, 내부경쟁 활성화 및 성과중심의 경영시스템 구축 등이다. 특히, 국민적 지지와 공감을 얻으면서 성공적으로 안착하기 위한 새 정부의 공공기관 혁신방향은 효과적인 실천전략과 실질적인 과제가 뒷받침 되어야 한다.

본 연구는 취약점 분석 평가 수행 시 N/A 점검항목이 보안 수준 결과에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문에서는 취약점 분석 평가 범위 및 점검항목과 정량적 산출 방식을 이용하였으며, 항목의 중요성에 따른 등급과 가중치를 부여하였다. 또한, 주위 환경과 IT 기술 발달로 기관은 항상 위험에 노출되어 있으므로 위험 허용 수준을 적용하여 실증적 분석을 수행하였다. 분석한 결과, N/A 점검항목이 보안 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 증명되었다. 즉, 취약점 분석 평가 수행 시 기관 특성상 연계성이 없는 점검항목은 제외시켜야 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 실증검증을 토대로 기관 특성과 연계성을 갖지 않는 항목을 제외한 후 보안 수준 평가를 수행해야 함을 시사 하였으며, 기관 특성을 고려한 취약점 분석 평가 점검항목 정립 모델 연구가 필요함을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 노인장기요양시설 평가지표개발과 관련된 선행연구의 평가현장 적용성 및 실효성이 미흡하다는 문제의식하에, 노인장기요양기관(시설급여) 평가의 품질향상을 위한 평가지표를 개발하는 데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2018년도 노인장기요양기관(시설급여) 평가지표에 대한 분석적 고찰, 일본의 노인특별요양홈 평가지표에 대한 분석, 한국의 노인장기요양시설 종사자와 일본의 노인특별요양홈 종사자를 대상으로 한 평가지표 및 평가체계에 관한 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 하여 이용자가 양질의 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 지원하는 측면에서 평가지표를 개발하였다. 노인의 특성, 즉 유지 및 호전되기 어려운 노인성 질환의 특성과 기관운영의 방향 및 투명성, 그리고 종말기 케어의 필요성 등을 반영하였다. 기관운영, 환경 및 안전, 수급자 권리보장, 급여제공과정, 급여제공결과를 포괄하는 43개의 평가지표를 제시하였다. 또한, 중복되고, 불필요한 평가과정을 개선하여 평가의 과정 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 4단계 다층평가시스템을 제안하였다.

Success in Knowledge Management depends critically on the evaluation system that managers of an organization evaluate objectively performance of members of the organization. In particular, the differences in the standard of Performance evaluation used by managers in Governmental Institution or Agency of make an issue of the standardization of Performance evaluation. Therefore, in this paper we propose the alternative evaluation method, which minimizes the bias resulted from the different standards by measuring ranking of knowledge workers, instead of quantitative analysis, using Median Rank method in Reliability and verify our proposition using the analysis of examples.

h-지수는 개인의 연구성과를 측정하는 지표로 지수의 강건성과 계산의 용이성 등이 인정되면서 이를 보완하는 다양한 변형지수들이 연구되었으며, 이 지수들을 이용하여 연구자 개인의 영향력 평가는 물론, 저널, 학과, 대학, 연구소 등 기관단위 평가를 하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. h-지수를 이용한 기관단위의 평가 방법으로는 기관 h-지수, 평균 h-지수, 메타 h-지수 등 세 가지가 있으며, 본 연구에서는 국내 10개 경영대학을 대상으로 h-지수 및 변형지수들의 특징 및 상관관계를 살펴 본 후, 위의 세 가지 방법을 모두 적용하여 각 방법론을 비교 분석하였다.

This paper evaluates the stability of the terminal group for he inter-vehicle communication (IVC) network with an autonomous relay access scheme. Some stability criterions such as updating rate, terminal group convergence probability and total path average holding time have been conducted by computer simulation. As the results, dynamic moving of the terminal is the serious problem that can degrade the stability of the terminal group and directly affect to overall performance of the IVC network.

Today, the principle of competition is being applied to Non-profit sector also. It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.
