This study reviewed communication between mothers and teachers of early childhood educational institutions and the effect of communication on mothers' satisfaction with the institution and on parenting stress. Results showed that (1) the most discussed topic pertained to children's friendships at the educational institutions. (2) Attitudes during communication were comparatively favorable. (3) Increased communication of mothers with the teachers showed increased satisfaction with the early childhood educational institution. (4) Mothers with positive understanding of communication and understanding of teachers showed higher satisfaction rate towards the early childhood educational institution. (5) Mothers showing higher satisfaction towards early childhood educational institution and positive attitudes during communication with teachers exhibited less parenting stress.

본 연구에서는 국내 금융투자기관의 효율성 분석을 위해 코참비즈에서 제공하는 재무데이터를 이용하여 2009년도 영업이익순위 30위이하의 금융투자기관을 중심으로 DEA분석방법을 적용한 CCR-I, BCC-I 효율성과 규모수익성(RTS)평가를 통해 금융투자기관의 효율성을 분석함으로써 벤치마킹의 대상이 될 수 있는 국내 금융투자기관을 확인하고, 비효율적인 기업을 위한 각 기업이 개선시켜야하는 투사 값을 제시함으로써 기업의 효율성을 위한 수치를 제공함과 동시에 분석된 자료를 바탕으로 벤치마킹의 대상이 될 수 있는 금융투자기관을 제시하고자 한다.

복사 보정에 해당하는 NUC(Non-Uniformity Correction)은 MSC 각각의 픽셀들이 가지는 상이한 특성을 균일한 이미지를 얻기 위해 보정하는 작업으로서 KOMPSAT-2 검보정 작업 중 Video Processor 의 Electrical Gain/Offset 의 보정 과 더 불어 매 우 중요한 비중을 차지하는 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 KOMPSAT-2 의 Panchromatic 밴드의 raw image 를 이 용한 NUC 보정 작업 의 과정과 그 결과에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

This research analyzes on the difference of the management performance in public health care institution, especially between provincial medical center and national university hospital. The meaningful results of this study as follow. First of all, management performance was showed the loss in both of provincial medical center and national university hospital. but national university hospital is superior to provincial medical center in management performance. Secondly, It is noteworthy that social working expenses have influence on national university hospital. Finally, It shows that personnel expenses are the most important factor in the management performance in public health care institution. We hope that these results will be useful in the performance management of public health care institution.

The vision of u-City is an implementation of ubiquitous environments that makes anybody to be able to access the source of information and knowledge in anywhere and anytime with any methods. It is necessary to study the law and institution of u-City about a role of the government and local governments to have a new growth power. We need to improve the related law and institution with standardization of u-City service to regulate and coordinate diversity of main organ and business area. In this paper, we select service modes to consider the priority order of service and suggest a reform measure of law and institution classified by service models

국내 및 국외에서도 마찬가지로 전기설비 안전점검에 대한 부분이 발전된 정보통신 기술(IT : Information Technology)에 접목 시켜 실시간으로 서비스를 제공하는 추세에 있다. 따라서 전기설비와 관련 된 전기안전 부가서비스의 활성화를 위한 방향과 새로운 고부가 비즈니스 사업 창출을 위해서 어떤 부분에서 개선 및 추가 되어야 할 부분인지에 대하여 본 논문에서 제시 하고자한다. 따라서 전력 부가 서비스의 활성화 방향에 대하여 실시간 원격 점검의 필요성, 사용자 및 전기안전 관리자의 인센티브, 전력 부가서비스로 제공할 수 있는 범위에 관하여 조사 분석 하였다.

The main purpose of the article is to analyze the practice of overcoming during distance learning of students-future teachers of a preschool education institution. The key aspects of practical activities to counter a stressful situation during distance learning of students-future teachers of a preschool education institution are identified. The research methodology includes a number of methods designed to analyze the practice of coping with stress during distance learning of students. The results of the study include the definition of the main elements of practical activities to counteract stress and stressful situations of different scales in the distance learning of students-future teachers of a preschool education institution. Further research requires the analysis of international experience in dealing with a stressful situation during distance learning of students.

Background: The purpose of this study show the degree of physical therapy service and physical therapist according to medical institution by measuring and determining the factor affecting patient satisfaction in the Gimcheon city. Methods: For this study 100 questionnaires were distributed to medical institution, Gimcheon city from Jul 20 to Aug 5, 2008. The consisted of total 28 items. The contents item divided the general characteristics into nine heads, the satisfaction of physical therapy service into nine heads, and the physical therapy into ten heads. Survey data were collected by a written questionnaire. The collected date were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA. Results: There was difference with statistic value in physical therapy according to medical security and handicapped or non-handicapped(p<.05). There was difference with statistic value in physical therapy service and physical therapist according to medical institution. The score of patient satisfaction at welfare facilities was significantly lesser than other medical institution(p<.05). Conclusion: There was difference with statistic value in physical therapy service and physical therapist according to a number of patients of physical therapy a day.

The major purpose of this study was to investigate chief's perception of institution management according to the types of the institution for the child care and education. The subjects for the analysis were 220 chiefs who actually run the institutions for the child care and education, including kindergarten, private nursery, group day care home, and private educational institute. The data were analyzed by the five different methods, which were frequency, percentage, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test, using the 7.5 version of SPSSWIN program. The major research results were that (1) the chiefs of the institutions for the child care and education have suffered many difficulties in the administrative and financial respects ; (2) the main area in need of the government's assistance is either that of personnel expenses for teachers or that of expenditures necessary for improving their status ; and (3) on the whole chief's perception of institution management differed by the types of the institution for the child care and education.
