저전력 및 설비간략화를 위한 선로전환기용 융설장치 설계 (Design of Improved Switch Point Heating System for Low Power and Simplified Equipment)

  • The turnout point system is installed to separate the main rail track from other tracks in rail load stations. It is also important to set up the switch point system to change the direction of the turnout point, to lead and change the direction of tracks. The switch point system can be negatively affected by heavy snow during winter seasons which can cause critical safety problems. Furthermore, the maintenance and repair of the conventional system is prohibitively expensive due to its complexity and high probability of failure. In this paper, an efficient switch point system is proposed which simplifies the equipment structure and lowers the cost for maintenance and repair, while improving safety and performance of the rail road system.

  • This paper presents a scheme to improve transient stability using Newton's Approach for generation rescheduling. For a given contingency, the energy margin and sensitivities are computed. The bigger energy margin sensitivity of generator is, the more the generation of the generator effects to the transient stability. According to energy margin sensitivity, the control variables of generation rescheduling are selected. The fuel cost function is used as objective function to reallocate power generation. The results are compared to the results of time simulation to show its the effectiveness.

  • Recently, as much supplied with new-renewable energy, as much invested in PV system. PV system consists of PV module, PCS and Monitering system, and also could be classified into the type and the capacity by installation method and cost etc. When various systems are installed in the field, it is needed to research for applying in the field and establish infrastructure in order to ensure stable efficiency and reliability. In this study, as the basic design of the demonstration test facility, it is designed the basic PV systems for each capacity to test each PCS. In addition, It is drew the climatic conditions such as insolation, temperature and the design parameters such as installation angle, shades for the local demonstration project and expected the generation of each PV system.

  • Due to the frequent occurrence of dangerous wild animals in rural or mountainous areas. it has been increasing damage of crops in every year. Fight bell or electric fence is typically installed to chase those wild animals. But there are problems that it is impossible to drive out birds and spends high installation and maintenance cost. In addition, it is inefficient to the risk of electric shock effect. In this study, the proposed system can drive out hazardous wildlife and birds regardless of installation location through realtime detection with the multi-sensing based IoT platform technology. This study showed a very large significance effect that can reduce crop damage by wildlife and birds.

  • The explosionproof apparatus is a devices that is enclosed in a case capable of withstanding an explosion of a specified gas or vapor that may occur within it and of preventing the ignition of a specified gas or vapor surrounding the enclosure by sparks, flashes, or explosion of the gas or vapor within, and that operates at such an external temperature that a surrounding flammable atmosphere will not be ignited thereby This kind of exeplosionfproof devices should be installed suitable for the characteristics of the space or process condition that should be protected to prevent explosion or fire. But, due to the lack of information and techniques on the explosionproof technology, some dangerous area is not properly protected from an explosion or it cost too much to implement the explosionproof devices. In this report, the basic guidelines and several case studies of explosionproof devices installation will be introduced to be of help to field safety engineer.

  • There are several electricity applied sterilizers such as using high frequency, ozone, high voltage, and so on. Those sterilizers feature "because of no chemical process and no secondly environmental pollution". At the power conversion part, ZVS and ZCS methods have been used that it results in reduced switching loss, miniaturized size, and lightened weight. Besides, the current in the propose device is smaller than that of existing method. Thus, it is expected that the cost of sterilization process, when quality of the device is measured by power consumption, will be reduce. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to solve the sterilization problems of existing powder with high voltage and field to and more economical and effective way, and to suggest mere improved sterilizer.

  • 본 논문은 구조가 간단하고, 고속, 고정밀 위치결정이 가능하기 때문에 OA 및 FA시스템에 대한 적용이 급속히 확대되고 있는 선형직류전동기의 최적 설계에 관하여 제안하였다. 최적 설계 방법은 통계적 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 2수준 요인실험계획법을 이용하여 목적함수에 대한 설계변수의 영향력을 분석하였으며, 다음으로 반응표면분석 법을 이용하여 이들 인자의 최적치를 구하였다. 이 방법을 적용함으로써 짧은 시간과 낮은 비용으로 설계변수의 최적 값을 도출 할 수 있었다.

  • Transparent conductive oxide (TCO) is an important part in the construction of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) because of its low sheet resistance, sufficient light transparent ability and high photoelectrical response as a porous photo-electrode material of DSCs. However, the use of TCO for the two DSC electrodes can result in significant cost increase for the less effective DSCs compared to Si based solar cell. Therefore, the replacement of TCO is required for the commercial production of DSCs. In this study, TCO electrodes are replaced by stainless steel mesh. The 3.44[%] efficiency of the prepared TCO-less DSCs sample was obtained.

  • 본 논문에서는 저가형 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 형광등용 안정기의 인버터 구동회로를 설계하였다. 인버터 안정기의 고속 절체 주파수에 따른 스위칭 손실 및 모멘트 저하를 방지하기 위하여 소프트 스타트 기법이 사용되었으며, 설계된 전자식 안정기는 PWM 제어를 통한 스위칭 펄스의 안정화를 통해 안정기의 안정도 향상 및 형광등의 조도특성 개선이 가능하였다.

  • The existing leg-rest for transmission line construction was established on the ground as a structure. As a result of that, it caused some problems such as, a tremendous forest damage, excessive construction costs and the long time of construction period. In order to solve these problems, we suggest the protective net for an air installation. It is a new method of construction which has a dielectric strength with a light-weight and high-strength. And it's not influenced by a geographical feature. This excellent method doesn't affect a forest and can reduce tremendously the construction cost and period.
