화력발전설비 위험도 평가를 통한 기기별 정비주기 예측 (Prediction of Maintenance Period of Equipment Through Risk Assessment of Thermal Power Plants)

  • 위험도 평가 기술은 주로 플랜트의 많은 운영설비 중 대형사고나 피해를 유발할 수 있는 위험설비를 선별하는 목적으로 개발되었다. 설비의 위험도를 평가하여 위험도의 크기에 따라 순위를 정하고 이 순위를 기준으로 정비자원을 투입하는 순서나 정비작업의 시급성을 판단한다. 위험도란 고장이 발생할 확률과 고장이 발생할 경우에 수반되는 파손피해의 곱으로 정의된다. 위험도 평가방법으로는 간단한 손상 및 고장 평가기법을 이용하여 기본적인 고장확률 데이터를 확보하고 정성적인 문진을 통해 이를 보완하는 준 정량적 방법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 준 정략적 평가를 이용하여 석탄화력발전소의 보일러설비에 대한 위험도 평가를 수행하고 이를 기반으로 설비 별차기 정비주기를 선정하였다.

건설현장의 공사사전정보를 활용한 사망재해 예측 모델 개발 (Development of Prediction Models for Fatal Accidents using Proactive Information in Construction Sites)

  • In Korea, more than half of work-related fatalities have occurred on construction sites. To reduce such occupational accidents, safety inspection by government agencies is essential in construction sites that present a high risk of serious accidents. To address this issue, this study developed risk prediction models of serious accidents in construction sites using five machine learning methods: support vector machine, random forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and AutoML. To this end, 15 proactive information (e.g., number of stories and period of construction) that are usually available prior to construction were considered and two over-sampling techniques (SMOTE and ADASYN) were used to address the problem of class-imbalanced data. The results showed that all machine learning methods achieved 0.876~0.941 in the F1-score with the adoption of over-sampling techniques. LightGBM with ADASYN yielded the best prediction performance in both the F1-score (0.941) and the area under the ROC curve (0.941). The prediction models revealed four major features: number of stories, period of construction, excavation depth, and height. The prediction models developed in this study can be useful both for government agencies in prioritizing construction sites for safety inspection and for construction companies in establishing pre-construction preventive measures.

유통 한약재의 산패에 따른 품질변화 및 산패 저감화 연구 (Study on Quality Changes Caused by Rancidity and Methods to Reduce Rancidity for Domestically Distributed Herbal Medicines)

  • Rancidity changes were examined for 6 herbal medicines, namely Persicae Semen, Armeniacae Semen, Lini Semen, Trichosanthis Semen, Arecae Semen, Myristicae Semen known to have relatively high fat content. In order to reduce rancidity of herbal medicines, samples were stored at 3 different conditions of room, refrigerating and freezing temperatures, and the rancidity was measured for 10 months with every 2 month interval. Fat content was extracted by using ethyl ether, and acid values and peroxide values, which are generally accepted indicators of fat rancidity, were measured. When storing Persicae Semen, Lini Semen and Arecae Semen at room temperature, the acid values increased as the storage period increased, and it was higher than when stored in refrigeration or freezing. The measurement of peroxide value showed more significantly higher initial degree of rancidity when Persicae Semen, Trichosanthis Semen, Arecae Semen and Myristicae Semen were stored at room temperature. It was observed that storing herbal medicines in refrigeration or freezing inhibited their rancidity compared to storing them at room temperature. To investigate the quality changes according to rancidity, the analysis of aflatoxins and indicator components showed that aflatoxins B1 and B2 were detected in Armeniacae Semen, Arecae Semen and Myristicae Semen, and the amount of amygdalin was well maintained within the specification standard.

레이더법과 적외선법을 이용한 콘크리트 시공 이음부 공극의 비파괴검사 (Non-destructive Inspection of Construction Joints of Concrete Structures Using the Radar and the Infrared Thermography Method)

  • 콘크리트 시공 이음부는 콘크리트 시공시 발생되는 기술적 문제들 중의 하나이다. 이 시공 이음부는 콘크리트의 구조적 측면뿐만 아니라 누수 등의 중대한 결함을 초래하게 되는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공 이음부를 비파괴적으로 검사하기 위해 레이더법과 적외선법을 이용하였다. 대상부재로서는 콘크리트 기둥을 선정하여 본 방법들의 적용에 따른 여러 가지 형태의 시공 이음부의 검출특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과, 레이더법의 경우는 해석모델에 의한 모의해석을 실시하여 실제 측정치와 비교하여 해석할 경우, 시공 이음부에 대한 검출 정도를 보다 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 적외선법의 경우는 빛의 작용을 받지 못하는 실내조건 하에서도 측정 표면부를 사전 가열하여 측정하면 결함의 형상까지도 뚜렷이 식별하여 검출 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 이들 두 방법을 병행할 경우, 육안으로는 검사가 곤란한 콘크리트 시공 이음부에 대해 빠른 시간내에 넓은 대상의 구조물에 대해 효율적인 검사가 가능함이 입증되었다.

국내 기후와 환경에 적합한 터널브래킷 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Appropriate Tunnel Bracket using in Korea Peninsula)

  • Tunnel bracket is used in railway tunnel area in order to maintain insulation. Insulator performance evaluation test is proceeded refer to IEC 61109 but it is impossible to reflect all the field condition where insulator installed. Korea has clear four season in climatic condition and peninsula with lots of mountain in geomorphology condition. Tunnel bracket material which used in korea are butyl rubber, polymer and silicone. Most of them were installed without any internal climatic and geomorphology condition. According to the KORAIL operation data most of the insulator break down occurs in tunnel. So interval of inspection period is shorter then any other insulator and lots of maintenance cost incurs. Most major railway advanced country such as germany and japan maintain tunnel bracket with their own experience. For example visual inspection carried out with in one or two years and detailed inspection carried out between three to five years. This paper analyzed materials and shapes of tunnel bracket to in order to find optimized one in korea peninsula. Proposed bracket were tested under regulation and experience field data. Finally it was installed at the field and evaluated until now.

Monitoring concrete bridge decks using infrared thermography with high speed vehicles

  • There is a need for rapid and objective assessment of concrete bridge decks for maintenance decision making. Infrared Thermography (IRT) has great potential to identify deck delaminations more objectively than routine visual inspections or chain drag tests. In addition, it is possible to collect reliable data rapidly with appropriate IRT cameras attached to vehicles and the data are analyzed effectively. This research compares three infrared cameras with different specifications at different times and speeds for data collection, and explores several factors affecting the utilization of IRT in regards to subsurface damage detection in concrete structures, specifically when the IRT is utilized for high-speed bridge deck inspection at normal driving speeds. These results show that IRT can detect up to 2.54 cm delamination from the concrete surface at any time period. It is observed that nighttime would be the most suitable time frame with less false detections and interferences from the sunlight and less adverse effect due to direct sunlight, making more "noise" for the IRT results. This study also revealed two important factors of camera specifications for high-speed inspection by IRT as shorter integration time and higher pixel resolution.

장기간 사용된 발전설비용 고온 스터드 암나사부 관리방법 (Managing method for stud female threads used long period under high temperature on the power plants)

  • The stud female threads for stud bolts tend to degrade faster by high temperature over 450 C. Therefore, inspection for replacement cycle of stud bolts is used to carry out many kinds of method such as ultrasonic test(UT), magnetic test(MT), wobble test, visual test and hardness test. The visual inspection among those has been only applied for stud female threads generally and wobble test is often used to apply stud bolts. In this paper, wobble test is applied for evaluation of stud female threads on the contrary stud bolts especially. It is also applied three types of inspection method included wobble test on the two sites which is used for each other different operation cycle and three kinds of acquisition data are compared with evaluation methods. From the results, we have studied the characteristic exchanging of integrity evaluation data distribution according to using time and proposed managing method for female thread of stud on the power plants.

  • The purpose of this study, which is related with local women's jacket Manufacturing companies in Seoul and Kyeong-Ki areas, is for the research of general problems, badness in those companies, noticing products' quality level, and full solutions of luxurious sewing technology and high quality products. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Most women's jacket manufacturing companies are poor and producing system is on a changing trend to the pair system. 2. A wage level of inspectors are low compared with working experiences and working period is short compared with working experiences. So, the separation rate was high. 3. The inspection form is full style, but some companies are just inspecting samples or frequent check. 4. Insperation method is highly at the rate of self-inspection and head office inspection. There are inspects in their factories and companies, but some companies don't. 5. There are lots of badness styles such as shrinking of fabric, contaminating of product, dying of fabric, pressing. 6. A work standard, workers' technical education, and giving purposes to workers are demanded for avoiding of products badness.

제약사항을 고려한 보증 유도탄 시뮬레이션 기법 연구 (Study of Simulation Method for Certified Missile Rounds Concepts with Constraints)

  • 장시간 저장 후 짧은 시간 동안 운용되는 특성을 갖는 보증 유도탄은 지속적인 신뢰도 저하를 개선하기 위해 주기적인 검사정책을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 유도탄의 저장 신뢰도 유지를 위해 주기적 검사 개념을 기초로 검사장비의 불완전성에 따라 유도탄 구성품을 정비계단에 맞추어 분류하고, 검사 시 발생하는 손상확률과 정비과정의 불완전성에 의해 손상되는 확률을 고려하여 최적의 검사주기 산출과정을 제시한 기존 연구를 검토한다. 또한 검토된 기존 연구를 바탕으로 주기검사 과정에서 유도탄이 손상되는 확률과 유도탄의 운용 형태 및 정비 형태를 고려한 제약사항을 포함하는 시뮬레이션 모델을 설정하고, 시뮬레이션 전용 패키지를 활용하여 분석함으로써 실제 운용 환경에서 최적의 보증유도탄 검사주기, 주기검사소, 정비창을 설정함으로써 유사 유도탄체계에서 활용이 가능한 시뮬레이션모델을 제안한다.

국내 청소년시설 대상 유지관리기반 안전점검 및 안전성 평가 연구 (Assessment of Degree and Safety Inspection Based on Maintenance Level in Domestic Youth Training Facility)

  • 최근 청소년을 대상으로 하는 다양한 시설물이 증가하고 있고, 그에 비해 안전기준 미흡, 사고사례 증가 및 유지관리 소홀 등 여러가지 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 청소년시설을 대상으로 최근 5년간(2015년~2019년) 수행한 안전점검 결과(총 1,858개소)를 토대로 현황을 조사하고, 주요 손상 및 결함 등 대표적 시설 특성을 분석하여 유지관리에 기반한 안전성을 평가하고자 한다. 이는 향후 청소년시설에서 나타나는 주요 손상 및 결함 특성을 토대로 경제적 관점의 보수 및 보강 방안을 제시하고자 하며, 안전 및 유지관리 차원의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.
