스핀들 회전 오차 측정의 디지틀 방법에 관한 연구 (A digital measurement method for rotational errors of a machine spindle)

  • 본 연구에서는 공작기계 생산 현장에서 직접적으로 이용될 수 있는 측정시스 템의 개발을 목표로 이제까지 이론적으로 제안된 스핀들 정밀도 측정방법을 종합 분석 하여 디지틀 측정의 기본이론을 정립하고 이를 기반으로 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 측정시스템을 실계 제작하였다.또한 실험을 통하여 본 연구에서 제안된 측정 시스 템의 성능을 기존의 애널로그 측정방법과 비교 검토함으로써 본 방법의 우수성 및 제한점을 실증적으로 입증하고자 하였다.

  • In this paper, we consider the adjustment of convergence on Color Display Tube (CDT). Convergence is a measure of how well the red, green and blue beams are physically aligned with each other to strike the same area on the screen. When misconvergence (convergence error) occurs, one way of compensating it is to attach several ferrite sheets on the inner part of Deflection Yoke (DY). We suggest an optimization model of misconvergence compensation process and report test results for 81 DY samples. As a result, more than 90% of the samples could be made to satisfy the required convergence criteria.

SI법에 의한 기설구조물의 손상평가 (Damage Assessment of Existing Structures by System Identification)

  • In this study, a method for damage assessment of existing structures is suggested using system identification approach. The natural frequencies of damaged structures are utilized to determine the size of damage. The SUMT algorithm is used to minimize error of the criterion function. The structural analysis is performed by using finite element method. Numerical examples are carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method and its computational procedures. And damage estimation of PSC beam is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. From the results, it is found that the proposed SI method can be applied to estimate damage in existing structures accurately and rapidly.

  • This paper presents the application of system identification approaches for the safety assessment of RC-T type bridge based on the result of field test. For these problems, the moment of inertia of cross-sectional area and the natural frequency of bridge were used as structural parameters, the SAP90 program for the structural analysis and the SLP method for the minimum error. As a result, it is found that the proposed algorithm for this study appears applicable to real structures with reasonable complexity. It is shown that the introduction of approximate quadratic equations is more realistic and timesaving than the common methods.

  • The equation of motion on the vehicle-bridge system is established as the simultaneous equations which are combined the equation of vehicle and bridge by the interaction elements. A vehicle element is modeled as lumped masses supported by springs and dashpots, and a bridge element with pavement roughness is modeled as beam elements. An interaction element is defined to consist of a bridge element and the suspension units of the vehicle resting on the element. By the dynamic condensation method, the degrees of the freedom are eliminated, and compared with all the degrees of freedom on the bridge, the efforts of calculation is decreased. Thus, although a very small computational error is occured, the present technique appears to be computationally more efficient. It is particularly suitable for the simulation of bridges with a series of vehicles moving on the deck.

  • In claiming for the purchased products, two types of errors can occur from the consumer's point of view. One is to accept defective products and the other one is to reject good products. Due to such errors, Claim rate for the products is expected to be different from that the producer has originally anticipated. In this paper, the probability distribution of the number of claimed products when such consumer's inspection errors are involved is derived. Then, a simple model is provided to estimate the claim rate when such errors are present.

  • The human error or error involved with human is still the major portion of the causes of marine casualties and attracting a great concern in ship operation. However, there are not so many researches conducted to investigate or develop methodologies for analyzing such causes of human error in maritime industry, which may be caused by the variety of factors affecting the performance of ship operation and the characteristics of human being. This paper aims to study the methodologies used in investigating human factors or errors in maritime field through the investigation of researches performed so far. The methodology for human factors can be usually classified into one of three types; descriptive studies, experimental research and evaluation research. Also there are many different kinds of applied researches for some specific subjects. Prior to the investigation of the root cause of marine accident related with human error, clear concept of the human factors and systematic taxonomy shall be established. Moreover, it is very important considerations in case of casualty inspection on human factors that the inspector on the accident shall have adequate knowledges, understandings on the concept of human factors including the way of research more than those of methodologies and techniques.

회전체의 효과적인 3차원 위치오차 측정방법 (A Useful Technique for Measuring the 3-dimensional Positioning of a Rotating Object)

  • A method for measuring the accuracy of rotating objects was studied. Rotating axis errors are significant; such as the spindle error of a manufacturing machine which results in the surface roughness of machined work pieces. Three capacitance type displacement sensors were used to measure the rotating master ball position. The sensors were mounted to the three orthogonal points on the spindle axis. The measurement data were analyzed and shown for rotating spindle accuracy, not only for average roundness error but also for spindle volumetric positional error during the revolutions. This method is simple and economical for industrial field use with regular inspection of rotating machines using portable equipment. Measuring and analyzing time using this method takes only a couple of hours. This method can also measure microscopic amplitude and 3-dimensional direction of vibrating objects.

지하시설물(구조물형) 데이터 품질검증방법 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improving the Data Quality Validation of Underground Facilities(Structure-type))

  • 지하공간통합지도는 2014년도에 전국적으로 발생했던 싱크홀을 계기로 15종의 지하정보를 통합한 국가공간정보로서, 2015년부터 지속적으로 구축되고 있다. 그러나 최근까지도 온수관 파열, 통신구 화재, 지반 침하 등과 같은 지하공간에서의 재난·재해가 지속적으로 발생함에 따라 지하정보의 품질 향상에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지하공간통합지도 데이터의 품질 향상을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 특히 지하공간통합지도를 통해 관리되는 15종의 지하정보 중 신규 구축 비중이 가장 높은 지하시설물(구조물형) 데이터의 품질검증 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 대부분 육안검수로 진행되고 있는 현재의 검수 방식을 개선하기 위해 품질검사 기준을 좀 더 구체화·세분화하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 품질요소, 세부요소, 세세부요소, 품질검사 기준으로 구성된 검사항목에 품질검사 방법, 품질검사 규칙, Flow Diagram, 해결 가능 오류 유형 항목을 추가하여 속성정보 뿐 아니라 도형정보까지 소프트웨어로 자동검수하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

지상 LiDAR에 의한 사면안전진단용 지형정보 취득 (A Terrain Data Acquisition for Slope Safety Inspection by Using LiDAR)

  • 최근 기후변화로 인한 폭우가 빈번하여 사면붕괴가 많이 발생하고 있으며, 이에 따른 인명과 재산피해가 해마다 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 사면붕괴는 사전에 붕괴원인을 찾아 이 원인을 제거하여 예방조치를 하는 것이 가장 바람직한 방법이며, 예방적 차원, 원인 규명, 복구 대책으로서 사면 안전진단을 시행하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전진단 대상사면에 대하여 수많은 점군 데이타로 정밀한 지형정보를 단시간에 취득하는 LiDAR를 활용한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 대상구역에 검사점을 설치하고 오차크기를 분석한 결과 수평위치오차의 RMSE는 ${\pm}2.2cm$, 수직위치오차의 RMSE는 ${\pm}3.0cm$로써, 실용적으로 양호한 결과를 얻었다. 둘째, 경제성이 아주 우수하고, 정확한 지형자료 취득이 가능하다. 셋째, 한번 스캔한 구역은 임의의 단면도를 짧은 시간에 정확하게 취득할 수 있어 전문가가 위험단면 검출에 편리하다.
