온실 내 잉여 태양열을 이용한 공기열원 히트펌프 성능향상 (Performance Improvement of an Air Source Heat Pump by Storage of Surplus Solar Energy in Greenhouse)

  • 본 연구에서는 온실 내부의 태양 잉여열과 외부의 공기열을 선택적으로 열원으로 이용함으로써 히트펌프의 성능을 향상시키고, 온실의 환기 지연을 통해 이산화탄소 시용비용을 절감할 수 있는 온실 공조시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 시스템의 축열 과정은 태양 잉여열을 이용하는 내부순환모드와 외기열을 이용하는 외부순환모드가 온실 내부온도에 따라 자동으로 절환되도록 구성하였으며, 히트펌프 가동, 축열모드 절환, 난방 가동을 위한 6개의 온도값을 입력함으로써 축열과 난방이 자동으로 수행되도록 설계하였다. 단동온실을 대상으로 무환기 조건에서 기초시험을 수행한 결과, 태양 잉여열을 이용한 축열은 약 11시부터 시작되어 평균 3시간 30분 정도 유지되었으며, 주간의 온실 내부온도는 환기를 수행하지 않음에도 대부분 약 $20{\sim}28^{\circ}C$ 범위를 유지하였다. 주간 내부순환모드에서 시스템의 난방성능계수는 약 3.35로 야간 외부순환모드의 2.46 및 주간 외부순환모드의 2.67에 비해 각각 36% 및 25% 향상됨을 확인하였다. 본 시스템의 개선사항으로 태양 잉여열의 효율적 이용을 위해 축열조 관리온도를 상승시킬 수 있는 고효율 히트펌프의 적용이 필요하며, 온실의 무환기 운용에 따른 과습환경의 조성을 방지하고 태양 잉여열 수준이 높은 시기에 온실의 온도상승을 방지하기 위해 강제환기를 운전모드에 추가할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

응축기용 낮은 핀관의 내부 나선 홈에 의한 응축 열전달 성능과 압력손실에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Condensation Heat Transfer and Pressure Drop in Internally Grooved Tubes Used in Condenser)

  • Heat transfer performance improvement by fin and groovs is studied for condensation of R-11 on integral-fin tubes. Eight tubes with trapczodially shaped integral-fins having fin density from 748 to 1654fpm(fin per meter) and 10, 30 grooves are tested. A plain tube having the same diameter as the finned tubes is also used for comparison. R-11 condensates at saturation state of 32 $^{\circ}C$ on the outside tube surface coded by inside water flow. All of test data are taken at steady state. The heat transfer loop is used for testing singe long tubes and cooling is pumped from a storage tank through filters and folwmeters to the horizontal test section where it is heated by steam condensing on the outside of the tubes. The pressure drop across the test section is measured by menas pressure gauge and manometer. The results obtained in this study is as follows : 1. Based on inside diameter and nominal inside area, overall heat transfer coefficients of finned tube are enhanced up to 1.6 ~ 3.7 times that of a plain tube at a constant Reynolds number. 2. Friction factors are up to 1.6 ~ 2.1 times those of plain tubes. 3. The constant pumping power ratio for the low integral-fin tubes increase directly with the effective area to the nominal area ratio, and with the effective area diameter ratio. 4. A tube having a fin density of 1299fpm and 30 grooves has the best heat transfer performance.

파이프(Annular) 형상 제품의 사출성형 조건에 따른 수축 변형에 관한 연구 (A study on shrinkage deformation according to injection molding conditions of pipe (annular) shaped products)

  • The 3 dimensional Pipe (Annular) Shaped Products was selected as a test sample, then a attribute of a molding shrinkage according to the parameters of a injection process was examined with PC, which is the typical engineering plastic. Both the inside and the outside diameter of the Pipe (Annular) sample were shrank into the inner direction of the part. And then the comparative analysis of the samples proved that a increasing thickness led a bigger shrinkage rate in the equal outside diametric samples, and a decreasing outside diameter caused a bigger shrinkage rate in the same thickness samples. The comparative study of the cushion volume of a injection machine showed that the molding shrinkage was most affected by the pressure strength among the resin temperature, the maintenance pressure strength and the maintenance pressure duration time. Each of the shrinkage rates according to the measuring direction and the gate position was different. As a result, the injection molded sample had not a typical circular shape.

터보 냉동기용 핀 튜브에 관한 연구 (III) -압력 손실에 관하여- (A Study on Finned Tube Used in Turbo Refrigerator(III) -for Pressure Drop-)

  • Heat transfer and pressure drop measurements are made on low integral-fin tubes in turbulent water flow condition. The integral-fin tubes investigated in this paper are nominally 19mm in diameter. Eight tubes have been used with trapezoidally shaped integral-fins having fin density from 748 to 1654 fpm and 10, 30 grooves. Plain tube having same diameter as finned tube is also tested for comparison. Experiments are carried out using R-11 as working fluid. The refrigerant condensates at a saturation state of $30^{\circ}C$ on the outside tube surface cooled by coolant. The amount of noncondensable gases present in the test loop is reduced to a negligible value by repeated purging. For a given heat input to the boiler and given cooling water flow rate, all test data are taken on steady state. The heat transfer loop is used for testing single long tubes and cooling water is pumped from a storage tank through filters and flowmeters to the horizontal test section where it is heated by steam condensing on the outside of the tube. The pressure drop across the test section is measured by means of pressure gauge and manometer. Each tube tested is cleaned with sodium dichromate pickling solution and well rinsed with water prior to installation in the test section. The results obtained in this study is as follows : 1. Based on inside diameter and nominal inside area, heat transfer of finned tube is enhanced up to 4 times as that of a plain tube at constant Reynolds number and up to 2 times at constant pumping power. 2. Friction factors are up to 1.6~2.1 times those of plain tube. 3. At a given Reynolds number, Nusselt number decrease with increasing pitch to diameter. 4. The constant pumping power ratio for low integral-fin tubes increase directly with the effective area to the nominal area ratio, and with the effective area diameter ratio.

산화전분 코팅에 의한 골판지 상자의 물성 변화 (Effect of Coating of Liner Components with Oxidized Starch on Properties of Corrugated Box)

  • The effect of coating of liner components with oxidized starch on the properties of corrugated box was examined . Coating was carried out on liner components of B flute, single-wall corrugated board(SK180/S120/K200) , and corrugated box was made from the treated corrugated board. Box was made in a regular slotted container (RSC) style, and box compression strength was determined in the direction of top-to-bottom compression. The compression strength of box coated on outside liner component showed 15.4% improvement for 1.58g㎡ coating. On the other hand, the strength of box coated on outside liner component showed only 1.45% improvement for 1.41g/㎡ coating and 3.46% improvement for 2.32g/㎡ coating. Coating on inside liner component with oxidized starch at low coating weight more significantly improved box compression strength than coating on outside liner component, and the improvement was marked at the coating weight of 1.5-2.5g/㎡. In estimating top-to-bottom box compression strength, the experimental values were closer to the calculated values from McKee's equation suing edgewise compression strength of the combined board measured by column crush test than those from Kellicutt's equation using compression strength of component paperboards measured by ring crush test.

보온재를 사용한 고강도 매스 콘크리트의 품질관리에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study on Quality Management of Strength in High Strength Mass Concrete Structure Using Thermal Insulation Material)

  • This study is a basic experiment on quality management of the compression strength of high strength concrete, aiming. at quality management of high strength mass concrete by giving the temperature hysteresis of the mass test pieces to managerial test pieces. Different from ordinary concrete, high strength concrete generally shows the temperature high rising caused by hydration heat inside the concrete. It is known that, in mass concrete, thermal stress occurs due to the difference in temperature between the inside and the outside, which causes a significant difference in compression strength between structure beams and managerial test pieces. It is also reported that there is a large difference between the compression strength of cylindrical managerial test pieces of standard underwater curing and the strength of structure beam concrete. Thus, this study made concrete test pieces in an optimal mix ratio for each strength level, and also created thermal insulation curing box and managerial test pieces. Then it carried out comparative analysis in relation to core strength and suggested equipment and a technique that can control the strength of high strength concrete mass more conveniently and accurately.

수문용 대형 유압실린더의 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability assessment test for heavy sluice gate of hydraulic cylinder)

  • These Study are for the development of the reliability assessment test code and test equipment and test procedures of the heavy sluice gate hydraulic cylinder. Because there is no reliability test code for the heavy sluice gate hydraulic cylinder inside and outside of the country, the modified reliability test code is made reference for the related existing standards like as ISO, JIS, MIL, TUV, DIN, KS and etc. In this study, the novel method is proposed to evaluate efficiency of the heavy sluice gate hydraulic cylinder on the loading conditions and established the conditions of the acceleration life test to reduce the testing time and cycles. The testing equipments for life test, lode operating test, high and low temperature test and salt spray test have been established for 8 month, and the reliability tests are accomplished. The test results of the heavy sluice gate hydraulic cylinder which is produced and tested initially in Korea are satisfied the durability life cycle on the using conditions.

모래지반에 타입된 모형 개단강관 말뚝의 지지력 분석 (Bearing Capacity of Model Open -Ended Steel Pipe Pile Driven into Sand Deposit)

  • 말뚝이 설치되는 동안과 하중이 재하되는 동안에 유발되는 관내토의 거동과 관내토가 개단 말뚝의 지지력에 미치는 영향, 그리고 관내토의 하중전이 메카니즘 등을 알아보기 위하여, 개단말뚝의 단면부에 작용하는 지지력과 관내토에 의한 지지력 및 외주면마찰력을 분리하여 측정할 수 있도록 제작된 모형 개단강관말뚝과 압력조절이 가능한 토조를 이용하여 모래지반을 대상으로한 모형말뚝실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과로부터, 개단말뚝의 폐색정도는 폐색길이비(PLR)보다는 특정회수율(${\gamma}$)에 의하여 더 정화히 성의될 수 리음을 알 수 있으며, 내주면마찰력의 대부분은 말뚝 선단부로부터 말뚝내경의 3배까지의 영역에 존재하는 관내토에 의하여 발생되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 지지력에서 내주면마찰력이 차지하는 비율은 외주면마찰력이 차지하는 비율보다 상당히 크기 때문에, 개단말쪽의 지지력 산정시 내주면마찰력은 필수적으로 고려되어야 한다.

초음파를 이용한 추진제/라이너 미접착 및 추진제 미세 크랙의 결함 검출 기법 (Ultrasonic Inspection Technology of Defect Detection of Propellant/Liner Debond & Propellant Microcrack)

  • 초음파를 이용한 추진기관의 비파괴검사는 X-ray 검사에 비하여 경제성이 우수하고, X-ray 검사 시 취약한 미접착, 손상 등의 결함 검출이 우수한 편이다. 그리고 전용 시설 없이 현장에서 실시간으로 검사가 가능하며 방사선 작업에 비하여 안전한 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 고체 추진제에 대한 초음파 특성을 분석하고, 추진제/라이너 미접착에 대한 내측과 외측 검사 방법 및 추진제 손상에 의한 미세 크랙 검출에 대하여 실험 및 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 추진제/라이너 미접착에 대한 내.외측 검사에 있어서 검출 가능성을 보였으며, 그리고 손상에 의한 추진제 미세 크랙도 초음파의 감쇠특성을 이용하여 검출 가능함을 보였다.

폴리머 시멘트 슬러리 도장철근의 내굴곡성 (Bend Resistance of Polymer Cement Slurry Coated Reinforcing bars)

  • The bend resistance of coated reinforcing bar is greatly influenced by adhesion strength of bar and coating materials and transformation of coating materials to the bar. Expecially, tearing state or a limited microscopic cracks are predicted on the inside and outside of bending angle because of adhesion strength and elongation is very different with types of polymer materials using bar coating, and these parts are accelerated corrosion as penetration of bar corrosion effects factor. In this study, cement modified polymer are prepared four types and differ from polymer cement ratio of 50% and 100%, coating thickness of 250$\mu$m and 450$\mu$m, coating number, curing age of 3, 7, 14 and 280days, and then tested bend resistance as bending angle $90^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$ for observe the microscopic demage effect according as bar bend. From the test results, when is used cement modified polymer as coating materials of bar, St/BA is showed excellent bend resistance than a polyacrylic emulsion and SBR because of softness. But it is to need attention because as coating parts are pressed down and tearing, also experimental study is proceeded to corrosion potential on the inside and outside of coated reinforcing bar.
