과수, 전작물 및 잡초의 노린재에 관한 국내 연구 현황 (Review on True Bugs Infesting Tree Fruits, Upland Crops, and Weeds in Korea)

  • 최근 들어 벼, 田作物, 과수 등에서 노린재류에 의한 피해가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 지금까지 우리 나라에서 이루어진 연구내용을 조사$.$정리할 필요가 있어서, 우리 나라에서 출판되는 각종 학술지에 게재되어 있는 벼를 제외한 작물, 과수, 잡초를 가해하는 노린재류에 관한 논문을 수집하여 분야별(\circled1 분류 및 형태, \circled2 발육과 성장, \circled3 곤충상, \circled4 피해수준, \circled5 발생소장, \circled6 방제, \circled7식물병 매개)로 정리하였다. \circled1에서는 한국산 노린재류의 종류와 명아주노린재과에 속하는 Piesma spp.의 난과 약충의 형태, 억새노린재의 외부생식기의 형태, 홍줄노린재와 주둥이노린재의수정방의 형태에 관한 연구를 간략히 정리하였다. \circled2에서는 명아주노린재, 장수허리노런재, 큰허리노린재의 온도별 발육과 성장분석에 대한 보고를 요약하였다. \circled3에서는 콩, 단감, 유자, 감귤, 포도, 국화, 백하수오 등의 작물과 참쑥, 망초 등의 잡초에 발생하는 노린재류에 관한 문헌을 정리하고, 계룡산과 경기도 수원시 여기산 지역의 노린재류 상에 관한 조사보고를 소개하였다. \circled4에서는 콩, 단감, 유자, 포도 등에서 노린재류에 의한 피해정도를 정리하였고, \circled5는 단감원에 발생하는 노린재류, 국화의 주요 해충인 애긴노린재,한약재인 백하수오에 발생하는 십자무의긴노린재, 콩 포장에 발생하는 수종의 노린재류의 발생소장에 관한 문헌을 정리하였다. \circled6에서는 단감원, 포도원 및 콩밭에서 실시한 약제방제 효과에 관한 문헌을 조사하였으며, 몇 가지 살충제의 실내 생물검정에 대한 논문도 정리하였다. \circled7마지막으로 오동나무빗자루병의 병원체인 micoplasma-like organism이 썩덩나무노린재와 담배장님노린재에 의해서 일일초로 전파된다는 논문을 소개하였다.

  • 우리나라 사과나무 잎의 주요해충인 사과굴나방(Phyllonorycter ringoniella)의 발생예찰을 위한 성페로몬조성을 이해하기 위하여 그들의 인공사료 개발가능성, 생식행동, 성페로몬샘의 구조 및 성페로몬성분을 분석하였다. 사과굴나방 유충을 위한 인공사료를 다각도로 검토하였었지만 거의 돌아다닐 수 없는 1령유충에 인공사료를 어떻게 잘 공급할 수 있느냐 하는 문제와 미생물의 오염을 극복하는 문제가 중요한 과제로 나타났다. 사과굴나방 암컷들의 산란에는 사과잎 추출물이 유인효과가 좋았으며, 산란기질로 사용하는 종이의 재질에 따른 차이는 별로 없었다. 성충들의 유인 행동과 교미는 불이 켜진지 30분 이내에 가장 왕성하였으며, 우화 후 3-4일 된 성충들의 교미율이 가장 높았다. 성페로몬샘은 성충 암컷 복부의 8번째와 9번때 마디 사이에 고리 모양을 이루고 있었으며, 가스 크로마토그래피와 GC-mass spectrometry를 이용한 암컷 복부의 8번째와 9번째 마디 사이에 고리 모양을 이루고 있었으며, 가스 크로마토그래피와 GC-mass spectrometry를 이용해 암컷 복부 추출물을 분석해 본 결과 (E, Z)-4, 10-tetradecadienyl acetate가 성페로몬의 주성분으로 나타났고, 그 외에 (Z)-10-tetradecenyl acetate로 예상되는 물질이 탐지되었으나, 정확하게 확인할 수 는 없었다.

무병종서 생산을 위한 감자X바이러스 및 엽권바이러스에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Potato Virus X and Potato Leaf Roll Virus for Disease-free Seed Potato Production)

  • A series of experiment was carried out to study on the production of disease-free seed potatoes at the Alpine Experiment Station from 1960 to 1968, which initiated a study of comparison on degeneration of plain warm region and high altitude products and the effect of latent potato virus X (PVX) and potato leaf roll virus(PLRV) on degeneration. Particular observations were made on some aspect of the nature of potato virus disease and its control such as concentrations of PVX, range of host plants, physical properties such as concentrations of PYX, range of host plants, physical properties and carrying effect of insects, by investigating 9 different areas of the main potato producing regions (Kimhae, Taegu, Choongju, Taejoen, Suwon, Kwangju, Chonju, Cheju and Chinju). Highly purified anti-serum was separated and tested for control of the virus disease and also various method of prevention and control of PLRV were observed, using cultivation of sprouted seed tubers, early harvesting method, and systemic chemicals. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. Potato yield in the plain region decreased by 32.8~66.3% in the first year cultivation of seed potatoes from colder region, and the rate of virus infection was 92.9 to 95.4%. 2. Plants of three families including, 20 species were susceptible to the PVX, and among the plants Salvia officinalis of a habits only was the carrier while the symptom of Digitalis purpurea of Screphulariaceae was masked. Necrosis and ring spot was occurred in most pJants of the Solanaceae and ring spot symptom also was observed in Nicotiana tabacum L. var. White Burley and in N. glutinosa. 3. The 8$C_2$ strain of virus had the following physical properties; thermal inactivation point, 68-$72^{\circ}C$ : dilution inactivation point, above 1, 000, 000 dilution: ageing in vitro, 240-360 days: and ageing in dry plant tissue, 30 days. 4. Myzus persicae and Oxya spp. did not transmit the 8$C_2$ strain of potato virus. 5. Virus was purified through the ammonium sulphate isolating method, and higher titer value, 1/2048 was obtained through anti-serum test. 6. Inhibition Chenopodiacae on the virus infection of potato was remarkable, and inhibition of local lesion host also was observed. 7, By earlier planting of sprouted seed tubers, growth period could be prolonged by 10 to 12 days. 8. Earlier harvest decreased much the rate of virus infection of seed potatoes. 9. According to the results of aphid control trial using systemic soil insecticides at Kangnung and Taekwanlyung, PSP 204, Disyston and Thimet was effective to aphid control. In particular, control effect of twice treatments of PSP 204 was great. 10. Treatmental effect of those chemicals lasted about 60-70 days. However, single foliar application of emulsified chemicals was not effective to potato virus control. 11. The effect of PSP 204, Disyston, and Thimet on the control of potato leaf roll virus was great, particularly in the case of two treatments of PSP 204, at Kangnung as well as at Taekwanlyung. Higher negative correlationship between the control effect of potato leaf roll virus and potato yield was observed showing the value r=-0.85 at Kangnung, and r=-0.87 at Taekwanlyung. 12. Differences in the control effects among PSP 204, Disyston, and Thimet was not noticed.

작물생산과 농업공해 및 그 대책 (Agriculture Pollution and its Countermeasures with Special Consideration of Pesticides)

  • Because of the continuing rapid increase in pesticide usage in Taiwan, much attention has been focus on pesticide contamination of food and effect of pesticides on human and environmental health. The Plant Protection Center (PPC) conducts safety evaluation of pesticides usee! in Taiwan. The pesticides are classified into different groups based on their acute toxicities. Pesticides which are classified into extremely toxic group are not allow to used on short term crops or the continuously harvest crops. The acute toxicity of pesticides to the beneficial insects are also studied, special attention has been paid to the two predators of rice brown planthopper. 60% of cultivated land in Taiwan are paddy field; therefore, acute fish toxicity was taken into consideration when a pesticide was applied for registration to be used in the paddy. Fish toxicities were evaluated by the dangerous rating value which is the amount of pesticide residue in the field water over the TLM value. Mutagenicity of pesticides was continuously evaluated by using Arne's microbial testing method. Island wide survey of residual levels of pesticides of known pollutants such as chlorinated hydrocarbon . insecticides, mercurial compounds in soil, water and biological samples were carried out constantly. The potential of a new1y Imported esticides to pollute the environment were studied by using model ecosystem. Ecological magnification (EM) of a chemical was calculated from model ecosystem. A chemical was considered as a pollutant when its EM value over 5000. In order to ensure the levels of pesticides residue of the crop within the safety limit. The 'tolerance' of pesticides on different crop groupings were established base on 1) acceptable daily intake value of individual pesticides, 2) average daily consumption of each crop groupings by Chinese person, 3) Actual residues of pesticides. on different crops obtained from supervised trials. Total about 79 pesticides for which the tolerances have been established on different crop groupings. Because the intensive agricultural system was adopted in Taiwan. The phytotoxicity of pesticides to the non-target crops was therefore become one of the important factor in the safety evaluation of pesticide usage. These will include 1) direct injury, 2) injury caused by pesticide polluted irrigation water, 3) injury caused by the pesticide polluted soil, 4) reduction of growth caused by the effect of pesticide on the soil microorganisms. This paper will reviewed all the aspects mentioned in the previous .paragraphs. Most the works have done in Taiwan by the PPC.y the PPC.

액상 및 반고체배지 발효에 의한 Bacillus thuringiensis 살충제의 제조 (Formulations of Bacillus thuringiensis Insecticides by Liquid and Semi-Solid Fermentations.)

  • Microbial insecticide formulations were prepared by liquid and semi-solid fermentations using Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki, HL-106 (BTK-HL106), B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis HL-63 (BTI-HL63) and B. sphaericus 1593 (BS-1593) strains. The liquid fermentation medium contained molasses 2%, dextrose 1.5%, peptone 2%, D-xylose 0.025%, CaCl$_2$ 0.1%, K$_2$HPO$_4$ 0.1%, KH$_2$PO$_4$ 0.1%, MgSO$_4$$.$7H$_2$O 0.03%, FeSO$_4$$.$7H$_2$O 0.002%, ZnSO$_4$$.$7H$_2$O 0.02%. The composition of the semi-solid fermentation medium was rice bran 45.2%, zeolite 31%, yeast powder 0.02%, corn powder 5%, dextrose 3%, lime 0.3%, NaCl 0.06%, CaCl$_2$ 0.02%, and H$_2$O 15.42%. Insecticide formulations produced in the liquid fermentation named BTK-HL106, BTI-HL63 and BS-1593 pesticides and those in the semi-solid fermentation were designated as BTK-HL106-1, BTI-HL63-1 and BS-1593-1 pesticides, respectively. The number of spore (endotoxin crystals) was 2.65${\times}$10$\^$9/ spores per $m\ell$ in the BTK-HL106 and 3.5${\times}$10$\^$10/ in the BTK-HL106-1 3.8${\times}$10$\^$9/ spores in the BTI-HL63 and 7.0${\times}$10$\^$10/ in the BTI-HL63-1, and 7.5${\times}$10$\^$9/ in the BS-1593 and 1.4${\times}$10$\^$10/ in the BS-1593-1. The spores in the BS-1593 formulation was produced two times more than the other formulations. The spores in the BTI-HL63-1 were contained twice than those in the BTK-HL106-1, and five times than those in the BS-1593-1. The results indicated that spore (endotoxin crystals) productions in the semi-solid fermentation increased about ten times than those in the liquid fermentations. $LC_{50}$s of the BTI-HL63 and BS-1593 were 4.5 $\mu\textrm{g}$, and those of the BTI-HL63-1 and BS-1593-1 were 1.5 $\mu\textrm{g}$. $LC_{50}$ of the BTK-HL106 was 1.5 mg and that of the BTK-HL106-1 was 0.9 mg. The $LC_{50}$s of the formulations in the semi-solid fermentations showed about two to three times higher than those in the liquid fermentations.

서호(西湖)의 수질 , 저니토(底泥土) , 붕어중(中) Polychlorinated Biphenyls 및 유기염소계(有機鹽素系) 살충제의 잔류평가(殘留評價) (Evaluation of Polychlorinated Biphenyls and Organochlorine Insecticide Residues in Waters, Sediments and Crucian Carps in Soho Lake)

  • 서호 환경시료 수질(西湖 環境試料 水質) 22점(點), 저니토(底泥土) 20점(點), 붕어 19점(點)을 $1981.9.{\sim}1982.4.$ 간 채취(間 採取)하여 PCBs 및 유기염소계 살충제(有機鹽素系 殺蟲劑)를 GLC로 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1) 환경시료(環境試料)의 잔류분석(殘留分析)에 간섭(干涉)하는 원소황(元素黃)은 copper powder를 첨가(添加)하여 제거하였다. 2) 서호 환경시료중(西湖 環境試料中)에 존재(存在)하는 PCBs잔류분(殘留分)은 Aroclor 1254인 것으로 판단(判斷)되었으며, $SbCl_5$로써 PCBs를 DCB로 전환(轉換)시켜 최소서출량(最少徐出量) 0.04 ng 수준(水準)에서 PCBs잔류분(殘留分)을 분석(分析)하였다. 3) PCBs는 전 시료(全 試料)에서 검출(檢出)되었으며 그 잔류수준(殘留水準)의 범위(範圍)는 수질(水質)에서는 $0.015{\sim}0.15ppb$, 저니토(底泥土)에서는 $0.037{\sim}0.088$ ppm, 10㎝내외의 붕어에서 0.091 ppm이 있다. 4) 중앙(中央) 및 유출구(流出口)의 저니토(底泥土)를 제외한 전 시료(全 試料)에서 PCBs의 잔류수준(殘留水準)이 전(全) p,p'-DDT의 수준(水準)보다 높았다. 5) 수질중(水質中) PCBs의 잔류수준(殘留水準)은 유출구별(流入口別) 차이가 있었는데 우측 유입구(右側 流入口)의 잔류수준(殘留水準)이 좌측 유입구(左側 流入口)의 수준(水準)보다 3배나 높았다. 그러나 서호 환경시료(西湖 環境試料)에서 관찰(觀察)된 PCBs 오염원(汚染源)은 확실(確實)치 않았다. 6) 국내 환경시료(國內 環境試料)에서 PCBs의 오염(汚染)을 처음 양성적(陽性的)으로 확인(確認)하였다.

신규 Naxibacter sp. CY6에 의한 Chlorpyrifos (CP) 분해 및 토양에서 CP 분해능 (Biodegradation of Chlorpyrifos (CP) by a Newly Isolated Naxibacter sp. Strain CY6 and Its Ability to Degrade CP in Soil)

  • 채소 재배 비닐하우스 토양으로부터 chlorpyrifos (CP) 분해능을 지니고 있는 CY6 균주를 분리하였다. 형태학적 특징 및 16S rRNA 염기서열의 계통발생학적 유사성을 기초로 CY6 균주는 Naxibacter sp.로 확인되었다. CP는 Naxibacter sp. CY6 의해 탄소 및 인의 단일원으로 이용되었다. 우리는 액체배양에서 Naxibacter sp. CY6의 다른 OP 살충제 분해 양상을 살펴 보았다. Naxibacter sp. CY6는 parathion 및 methyl parathion, diazinon, cadusafos, ethoprop를 분해할 수 있었으며, 이 때 이들은 탄소 및 인의 단일원으로 제공되었다. 또한, CP (100 mg/kg)가 함유된 토양에 Naxibacter sp. CY6 ($10^8$ CFU/g)를 접종한 것이 접종하지 않은 토양에서 보다 약 90%의 높은 분해 정도를 나타냈었다. Naxibacter sp. CY6는 살충제가 오염된 토양의 정화에 사용할 수 있는 잠재성을 지니고 있다.

Glufosinate 제초제 중독의 실태 조사와 임상적 특성 고찰 - 다기관 연구 - (Epidemiology and Clinical Analysis of Poisoning of Glufosinate Herbicide - Multicenter Study -)

  • Purpose: To assess the epidemiology and the clinical features of Glufosinate herbicide in Korea. Methods: Data was prospectively collected during 1 year since August 2005 from 38 hospital in Korea. We analyzed the epidemiologic characters and clinical manifestations of Glufosinate poisoning. In addition, the characteristics of patients with severe central nervous system toxicity were separately analyzed to find poor prognosis relating factors. Results: During study periods, there were 715 persons of poisoning of herbicides and insecticides. 6.3% (45 persons) of the agricultural chemicals poisoning had Glufosinate poisoning. There were 36 cases of suicide attempts and 7 cases of accidental exposure, The major of poisoning route was oral ingestion (44 cases). 28.9 % of the study patients had not toxic symptoms. The most common symptoms were gastrointestinal symptoms relating surfactant irritation. 67.7% of central nervous symptoms occurred lately. 10 persons showed severe central nervous system toxicity. 4 persons of them showed poor outcomes (1 death, 3 hopeless discharged). Complications of respiratory failure and renal failure related with poor outcome. Conclusion: Majority of patients ingested Glufosinate for suicide attempt. 22.2% of patients with Glufosinate poisoning showed delayed serious central nervous system toxicity. Early supportive care of altered mentality may prevent late respiratory complications and improve the outcomes.

국내 유기인계 농약 중독 환자의 특성 분석 - 다기관 연구 보고 분석 - (Clinical Characteristics of Acute Pure Organophosphate Compounds Poisoning - 38 Multi-centers Survey in South Korea -)

  • Purpose: Organophosphate (OP) compounds insecticides are the most commonly associated with serious human toxicity all over the world. The aim of this study was to identify sociocultural factors that contribute to high incidence of pure OP poisoning and prevent OP poisoning in order to reduce the factors responsible for deaths in South Korea. Methods: This is the 38 multi-centers survey and prospective study of pure OP poisoning by structural reporting system and hospital records from August 2005 to July 2006. 238 patients with acute pure OP poisoning were enrolled. We collected patient information regarding poisoning, clinical, and demographic features. Results: The mean age was $55.32{\pm}17.3$ years old. The most frequent site of exposure was their own residence(85.7%). Frequent compounds involving pure OP poisoning were dichlorvos(22.7%), methidathion(8.4%), and phosphamidon(6.7%). Intentional poisoning was 77.9%. The most frequently route of exposure was ingestion(94.5%). The mean arrival time to hospital after poisoning was 12.7 hours and mean hospitalization duration was 12.9 days. 2-PAM was administered to 101 patients in mean doses of 6.3 g/day intravenously. Atropine was administered to 81 patients in mean doses of 74.6 mg/day (maximal 910 mg/day). The presence of lower level of GCS score, respiratory complications, hypotension, acute renal failure, and serious dysrhythmia was associated with serious and fatal poisoning. Overall final mortality in pure OP poisoning was 9.7%(23/238). Conclusion: This study highlights the problem of pure OP poisoning in South Korea as a basic national survey. Futhermore this might help the establishment of strict policies availability of OP and the statistics of OP poison exposure in South Korea.

커스타드애플(Annona reticulata L.)씨 추출물과 그 분획물의 살충활성 (Insecticidal activity of the crude extract and its fractions of Custard apple (Annona reticulata L.))

  • 커스타드애플(Annona reticulata L.)씨 추출물 및 그의 분획물을 활용하여 복숭아혹진딧물 및 벼멸구를 대상으로 살충활성을 조사하였으며, 그 결과 아세톤/메탄올 조추출물 $3000\;{\mu}g/mL$에서 복숭아혹진딧물은 100%, 벼멸구에 대해서는 92%의 살충률을 나타내었다. 이들에 대한 $LD_{50}$는 각각 $446.3\;{\mu}g/mL$$1423.6\;{\mu}g/mL$로 복숭아혹진딧물이 추출물에 높은 감수성을 나타내었다. 이들의 핵산, 클로로포름, 물 분획물에 대한 분리정제물의 경우 클로로포름 분획물이 조추출물 분획물보다 약 3배 높은 살충능이 관찰되었으며, 이는 극성분배를 통해 살충성이 높은 물질군을 선별적으로 정제할 수 있음을 보여준다. 특히 클로로포름 분획물에 대한 살충능의 경우 $137.2\;{\mu}g/mL$(복숭아혹진딧물), $1145.5\;{\mu}g/mL$(벼멸구)의 농도에서 $LD_{50}$가 관찰되었다.
