Essences, needs and features of formation of national innovative development model of Kazakhstan are proved on the basis of analysis of various research approaches to realization of the modernization that exist in the world economic theory. For studying the problems of innovative development of the country, there was a need for the formulation of a number of definitions, disclosure of their contents, changing the approaches to reform, as well as adjusting their targets. In the article the general scientific research methods used dialectic, abstraction, systemic and situational approach, empirical and theoretical and analytical methods, and logic modeling. The proposed approach to the implementation of innovative development based on the use of evolutionary and institutional approaches to the study of the problems of implementing an effective innovation policy. This approach is intended to contribute to the development of a forward strategy of modernization, innovative development and higher competitiveness of the national economy. The study proved the causes and features of the implementation of innovative development model in Kazakhstan.

This is a study concerning about the definition of the concept of industrial heritage being mentioned often lately, and considering the term's origin and changing process aiming at clarifying and improving its undertone and understanding. Especially, it's a basic study to make people understand fundamentally what industrial heritage means and differences in Korea in where any innovative affair such as industrial revolution has never occurred. Looking into the origin and changing process of the industrial archaeology & industrial heritage terms, their concepts appear ambiguously defined due to their generational, phenomenal and terminological reason. but it's detectable that their subjects and timing range have been extended. Korea, China and Japan, the Asian nations also have gone through mainly phenomenal and terminological mess in accepting the terms. Korean industrial heritage can define from the definition of industrial heritage in Nyzni Tagil charter. It, however, have to redefine about period of industrialization. This study suggest the 4 steps of modern industrialization in Korea and insist that we have to conserve industrial heritages not only in colonial period but also in 1960-80 industrialization in korea.

The article examines the economic essence and approaches to determining the efficiency of the enterprise. The author in the study considers the effectiveness and from the standpoint of qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of change and implementation of enterprise development goals. It is established that the tool for ensuring qualitative impacts on the efficiency of the enterprise is the innovative development of the economic space of the enterprise. The article considers the dominant innovations that have influenced the means and methods of production. An organizational and economic mechanism has been recommended to coordinate the costs of innovation activities in order to ensure the efficiency of enterprises. The object of management in the organizational and economic mechanism is the innovation process in the enterprise: from the design of strategic goals of innovation, search and commercialization of innovations, to building and implementing innovation potential. The efficiency of the enterprise under the condition of realization of innovative potential will be characterized by steady competitive advantages and strategically-oriented behavior in the market.

The advanced industrial economies have been suffering from rapid de-industrialization since the 1970s. In order to overcome such crisis, many countries have attempted to establish science parks and technopoles. Sophia Antipolis in France is one of the best examples of the worldly known technopoles, which was launched in the late 1960s. However, earlier evaluations on the technopole were not positive, while there were no dynamic innovative activities among institutions and firms of the technopole at least up to the early 1990s. While some changes in such circumstance have been observed since then, this paper attempts to investigate the changes and transformations occurring from the technopole since the late 1990s. Based on the review of the recent publications, statistics and expert interviews, the current paper concludes that Sophia Antipolis has been transformed into a dynamic and innovative technopole.

With a rapid industrialization, repair and strengthening methods for a damaged bridges are raised a head in face of safety and reduction of physical distribution costs of bridges. Above all, external prestressing method has the high adaptability for concrete structures and the reliable effect of strengthening. Innovative ideas for bridges strengthening were considered along with established methods. That methods are identified, described. However there is not a systematic and categorized manual for external prestressing method. This study will provide a systematic and reliable manual with investigating the arrangement shape of cable and characteristics of brackets. And the key result of this study is an extensive compilation, which can be used by practicing engineers, of the most effective techniques for strengthening existing bridges.

Today, in the course of globalization and crisis, the world needs the new ideas, new variants and ways of development of civilizations. Due to this, the author has developed and introduced own research (know-how) without world's analogue. The main purpose of this research is to transfer Turkestan in the spiritual center (mega polis) of the international level. For the first time in history, as an example of one region, two large cardinal problems had been connected, i.e. on the one hand spiritual and cultural development of the society, on the other hand new 6th technological way to show to the world opportunity of Kazakhstan new model of spiritual-innovative development. Now a days, people are interested in tourism and leisure activity more and because of the increase of pastime and disposable income as a result of current economic growth. The importance of service industry in getting more serious thereby food industry, especially fastfood, is becoming popular in Korea. Food industry in Korea has been showing high growth rate in both quantity and quality for 10 years and fastfood chains maintains radical growth with 50% being forecasted that they will make huge market in Korea. Therefore, fastfood industry seems to be promising industry which has high potentials. This rapid growth of fastfood industry has been solving a lot of problems such as insanitation, low nutrition, and bad service quality and its positive aspects which make revolutional changes in production and sales are emphasized because it made industrialization with innovative system. So various menu development and service marketing strategy are really need to manage chains for the situation in Korea. Thus, the competitiveness of fastfood clams is dependent on the location of restaurant and the quality of various products. If the marketing strategy for fastfood industry need to established. constant studies should be done to resolve these problems.

With the discovery of metabolic mechanisms of alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation in the 1800s and 1900s, the history of traditional vinegar became a turning point for changing to the history of science and technology. Since then, innovation in vinegar production has occurred, and the era of full-scale mass industrialization has opened. The most modern method, submerged fermentation, has improved the vinegar production process to produce much higher quality vinegar and provide vinegar with high productivity and quality uniformity. Innovative research for vinegar production is underway as various approaches have been developed to increase fermentation efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten fermentation time due to the trend of combining existing technologies and advanced technologies. Now that the development of the vinegar industry is currently focused on vinegar engineering, multidisciplinary approaches in various fields such as microbiology, chemistry, food technology, process engineering, and molecular biology are needed.

Recently, the food industry has evolved into a new and innovative trend according to its globalization and change of food consumption patterns. However, it is hard for the traditional food industry in Korea to meet the changing consumers' needs because of its poorer quality control and lower industrialization technology than other advanced industries. Also the knowledges acquired through a lot of time and efforts would be lost after the human resources with tacit knowledges leave by their too much aging. Especially, the 21st century would be called as knowledge based society which means that knowledge be the important contributing factor in the economic growth. In this regard, this study aimed at proposing the knowledge based system for systematically managing or preserving knowledges of Mosisongpyun industry in Yeonggwang County to seek for the sustainable development of the traditional food industry in Korea. The knowledge based system of Mosisongpyun industry in Yeonggwang County is finally proposed as follows; First, hardware is composed with the necessary unit facilities such as interpretive center, learning and experience room, library, etc. And the integrating facilities such as Mosisongpyun theme park, traditional village, and knowledge industrialization support center are proposed. Second, software is composed with the necessary unit softwares such as the preservation manual of traditional knowledge and skill, web-site administrator, development of graded textbooks, development database software, etc. And the integrating softwares such as development of innovation and management ability in Mosisongpyun industry are proposed. Third, humanware is composed with the necessary unit programs such as exhibition, own training program, incubator support system, etc. And the integrating programs such as the farm association corporation, the testing and research institute, the institution of learning and training are proposed.

The creative economy is the industrialization era, the information age, knowledge-based economy, linking the new economic paradigm. The core words of the creative economy are stand for creativity, innovation, consumer protection and utilization of intellectual property. Creative ideas are combined with software technology will make innovative ecosystem-based structured market such as Apple, Google, Facebook. Intangible assets attributable to creativity than ever before in human history that is important as the economic value. In addition, innovative ideas, creativity and economic growth beyond the knowledge and information society is required. Because the core has a fusion of science and technology, industry, culture and industry convergence, various genres of creative activity support, and cultural and high-tech fusion industries, such as content creation and job creation through economic traction is needed. In this study, we analyze the case of the US Smithsonian Institution proposes the direction of Science Museum in creative workforce.
