  • The article proposes the process of formation of the teacher's innovative competence in the space of lifelong education the foundations of the formation of the teacher's innovative competence in the space of continuous education. The concept of the formation of the teacher's innovative competence in the space of lifelong education is proposed; it includes initial ideas, goals, objectives, patterns, principles, stages, content and technologies implementation of this process.

The organizational culture, psychological empowerment, and organization efficiency in fashion companies (패션기업의 조직문화, 심리적 임파워먼트 및 조직유효성에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effects of organizational culture on psychological empowerment and organization efficiency, and the effects of psychological empowerment on organization efficiency in fashion companies. In addition, this study analyzed the differences between organizational culture, psychological empowerment and organization efficiency across demographic characteristics. The survey was conducted among employees of fashion companies, and 320 responses were used in the data analysis. As a result, the group culture and innovative culture in fashion companies positively influenced the competence and meaning of psychological empowerment. An innovative culture and rational culture positively influenced the self-determination, and the group culture and rational culture positively influenced the impact of psychological empowerment. The group culture, innovative culture, and rational culture of fashion companies positively influenced job satisfaction, and the group culture, innovative culture, and hierarchical culture positively influenced job commitment. The group culture and innovative culture negatively influenced the turnover intention, but the hierarchical culture positively influenced the turnover intention. In addition, the psychological empowerment (competence, self-determination, impact, and meaning) positively influenced job satisfaction, and the competence, self-determination, and impact positively influenced job commitment. Competence negatively influenced the turnover intention, but the impact positively influenced the turnover intention. There was a difference in the group culture and turnover intention by ages, as well as a difference in the hierarchical culture and self-determination by work departments. The results of this study will be helpful for the establishment of the management and business strategies in fashion companies.

  • The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

  • In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.8% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs were driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Government-Supported Research Institute(GRI) can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledges and help them build technological capacities. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and GRI must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovative competences and CEO's entrepreneurship on Organizational performance in ICT small and medium enterprises, including the moderating effect of Social capital. This study adopted research variables such as Innovative competence, CEO's entrepreneurship as independent variables, with Organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of Social capital. 1,200 companies data which in the field of ICT SMEs were collected from the survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows, First, CEO's entrepreneurship was confirmed to have a significant effect on organizational performance, and social capital variables were confirmed to have a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Second, it was found that the company's Innovative competence was significantly affected the organizational performance. and also that social capital variables moderating effects. From these findings, it was confirmed that the Innovatibe competence plays an important role in influencing corporate performance.

  • In modern socio-cultural conditions, the requirements for the quality of professional training of graduates of higher educational institutions are increasing. This issue has become especially acute with the advent of pandemic conditions. The ability to apply the existing competencies in the situation of challenges of the 21st century to solve complex social and professional problems is an important criterion for the quality of higher education. Modern professional art education is undergoing many reforms and transformations. Particular attention is paid to innovative teaching methods, thanks to which future specialists experience the breath of innovative education. This issue is especially relevant during the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since students of creative specialties must also have certain competencies, within the framework of the educational process, the competence-based approach to teaching plays a key role, is the methodological basis in the system of modernization of higher professional art education. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the process of formation of professional competence among students of art institutions of higher education in the context of COVID-19. As a result of the study, the main aspects of the process of formation of professional competence among students of art institutions of higher education in the context of COVID-19 were investigated.

  • Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we showed the interest of researchers in the problem posed. The concept of competence is considered, which is interpreted as giving the key to solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. Research competence implies the ability to cooperate, enter into contacts, readiness for changes, for self-determination and is an integral quality of the individual, expressed in the readiness and ability to independently search for solutions to new problems and creative transformation of reality based on a set of personal and meaningful knowledge, skills, methods of activity and value attitudes.The article offers conditions that certify the improvement of forms and methods of training students in the formation of research competence of future specialists. The use of innovative technologies contributes to improving the level of training of future specialists: students are better prepared for classes, take an active part in the assimilation of program material in laboratory classes. It is noted that this creates a subject-subject relationship between the student and the teacher, and changes the attitude of students to classes. In the process of such organization of educational activities, students are convinced of the need for knowledge and its effectiveness, learn to compare, generalize, classify, establish cause-and-effect relationships, express opinions, defend their point of view, they ensure success in their studies, and develop research competence. It is proved that in order to apply the latest technologies, the teacher himself must know them well, that is, constantly improve himself, master new methods, techniques, ideas, which will help him create new pedagogical technologies and implement them in the educational process.

  • In the model tested here, individual innovative work behavior is considered as the outcome of two antecedent factors-empowerment and organizational supports. The relationships between those variables and innovative work behavior are analyzed form the data collected through a questionnaire survey of 389 employees in five general hospitals. Results of multiple regression analyses show that three dimensions of empowerment-meaning, competence, and impact, and supports from organizational culture have significant effects on innovative work behavior whereas the effects of choice dimension of empowerment and managerial supports are not significant. These results emphasize the importance of empowerment and innovation oriented organizational culture for individual members' innovative work behavior. Theoretical and practical Implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the cases of the multiplex cinema industry of CJ CGV, Lotte Cinema and Megabox to study what CJ CGV's innovative core competence is from a management strategy perspective. Through this, the core competence strategies, Value, Rareness, Inimitability, and Organization(VRIO) were analyzed in order to derive from the major success factors based on the expansion process of Cultureplex. According to the analysis results, CJ CGV's differentiated value roots from Cultureplex, which CJ CGV priorities in creating movie theaters a cultural entertainment hub. The ability of CJ CGV in transforming the cinema into a cultural and living playground through technological innovation is it's cutting edge from its competitors under the rareness factor. A CJ CGV attains its inimitability by establishing social brand power as an inclusive social contribution. An organization of CJ CGV is a globalization worldwide. CJ CGV is to increase the brand value of cultural experience movie theaters and enhance customer satisfaction by expanding the use of existing movie theaters and pioneering with innovative development to theaters.   • Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise.   • Literature on cluster theory and cluster policy has been focused on the differences between mature industrial areas and innovative regions. Mature industrial areas are described as possessing little competence for innovation and lacking entrepreneurship to be transferred an innovative region, say, an innovative cluster. Old industrial regions are, however, rich in social capital, local networking, and regional institutionalization. This paper compares Buchon's mature industries with Daejon's bio-sector new start-ups in terms of innovative potential, socio-economic and cultural-economic mechanisms. Policy implications such as networking and business support systems on the differential types of industrial regions are offered.
