The article analyzes the features of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization to increase their competitiveness in the international market. Ukraine's position on the Global Innovation Index is assessed. The interrelation of management functions in the context of innovation and investment activities of enterprises is substantiated. The structure of sources of financing of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is analyzed. Trends in changes in the volume of foreign direct investment and capital investment in Ukraine are assessed. It is determined that the level of innovative development of enterprises is determined by the level of their investment support, which is determined by the level of their investment attractiveness. The components of the strategy of investment attractiveness of enterprises are outlined. Determining factors in the implementation of innovation and investment policy of enterprises are identified and the main stages that should include the processes of managing innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization.

오늘날 기업들은 과거에 비해서 빠르게 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 변화는 기술, 자본 시장 구조 등의 분야에서 관찰되고 있다. 빠르게 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에서 경쟁하기 위해 기업은 지속적으로 소비자의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해 새로운 혁신적인 신제품을 출시하고 있다. 그러나 이미 과거에 성공을 한 제품에 비해서 새로운 혁신적인 제품은 소비자의 기술, 정서적 요구를 충족시켜주는 면에서 높을 불확실성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 기업의 마케팅을 새로운 혁신적인 제품의 실패를 줄이기 위해서 많은 노력을 했다. 이에 본 연구는 멘탈 시뮬레이션이 혁신적 신제품 평가에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2(멘탈 시뮬레이션 : 과정 / 결과) ${\times}2$(제품 유형 : 쾌락재 / 실용재)의 집단 간 실험설계를 구성하였다. 제품에 대한 평가, 시용의도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 과정 시뮬레이션에서는 실용적 제품의 평가가 더 높게 나타났으며, 결과 시뮬레이션에서는 쾌락적 제품의 평가가 더 높게 나타났다. 시용의도와 구매의도 역시도 동일한 방향으로 나타난다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 제품 유형별로 상이한 멘탈 시뮬레이션 전략이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수가 있었으며, 고객들의 인지적 감정적 반응에 대한 숙고와 함께 혁신적 신제품의 출시 및 광고전략을 제시하여야 한다는 것을 논의하였다.

Not only emissions, but also atmospheric circulation is a key factor that affects local particulate matters (PM) concentrations in Korea through ventilation effects and transboundary transports. As part of the atmospheric circulation, air stagnation especially adversely affects local air quality due to weak ventilation. This study investigates the large-scale circulation related to air stagnation over Korea during winter and projects the climate change impacts on atmospheric patterns, using observed PM data, reanalysis and regional climate projections from HadGEM3-RA with Modified Korea Particulate matter Index. Results show that the stagnation affects the PM concentration, accompanied by pressure ridge at upper troposphere and weaken zonal pressure gradient at lower troposphere. Downscaling using HadGEM3-RA is found to yield Added-Value in the simulated low tropospheric winds. For projection of future stagnation, SSP5-8.5 and SSP1-2.6 (high and low emission) scenarios are used here. It has been found that the stagnation condition occurs more frequently by 11% under SSP5-8.5 and by 5% under SSP1-2.6 than in present-day climate and is most affected by changes in surface wind speed. The increase in the stagnation conditions is related to anticyclonic circulation anomaly at upper troposphere and weaken meridional pressure gradient at lower troposphere. Considering that the present East Asian winter monsoon is mainly affected by change in zonal pressure gradient, it is worth paying attention to this change in the meridional gradient. Our results suggest that future warming condition increase the frequency of air stagnation over Korea during winter with response of atmospheric circulation and its nonlinearity.

European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

This study is to explore one of efficient procedures in producing English textbooks for secondary school students. According to a series of changes in the National Curriculum, new textbooks have been selected and used in English classes. Textbooks are one of the fundamental factors in teaching and learning languages together with learners and teachers. So this study emphasizes the significance of textbooks and presents the practical model of producing English textbooks including activity books, from major aspects such as planning, writing, editing, selecting, etc. The current government has made continuing efforts to improve English education development by administrating innovative policies [strategies]. However, there still remain lots of difficulties in this gigantic task, which is not an exception in the matter of textbooks. Therefore, to provide students with better textbooks, the government should not only invest great funds but also renovate the present polluted system of selecting textbooks.

The advance of All-IP digital convergence is now triggering fundamental changes in the media industry. This article analyzes the evolution of the media industry based on a value chain model, with a special emphasis placed on the impact of digital technology on the structure of media production, distribution, and consumption. As the Internet has evolved into an access channel for all forms of media, the boundaries of the media industry remain unclear and open thus enabling anyone to become a creator of media. Furthermore, the scope of media continues to become more dynamic as competition grows between older and more innovative forms of media. In this light, adapting to innovative technologies and more effectively meeting the needs of customers represent key factors for the continued evolution of the media.

For the two decades, the modern furniture design has pursued a variety of conceptions characterized by the Post-modernism, new international styles called Memphism, High-tech, the Post-Industrial design and Deconstruction. Along with these trends, the development of new materials and technology has not only made possible the emergence of innovative furnitures and other ultra-modern products, but also presented a wide range of sensitive designs. The fast development of digital technology will surely bring about globalization in all industrial fields in the next century. Amid this rapid changes, high-tech will merge with handcraft in the area of furniture design to offer economical and more innovative concepts. This will ultimately lead to the small scale production system of a wide variety of furnitures. In the coming century, we can pursue more individualized designs and concepts appealing to human nature.

Purpose - This paper examines product design management, the current design focus of which has shifted to the need to produce innovation applications that can effectively respond to the market's consumption changes in a timely manner. Research design, data, methodology - This study discusses several methodologies that are widely used in experimental processes, such as fuzzy theory, multi-criteria decision-making theory, and managing decision making. The designers will better understand their customers by applying these methodologies. This study examines how the current trend in product innovation design observes customer needs, controls innovation, and stimulates design ability. Results - This paper takes innovative telephone design as an experimental case to investigate how to create a product using market-oriented and customized management concepts and creative design abilities. Conclusions - If accompanied by an innovative product value chain, a product can further the development of enterprise management, now the main element of every developed country's social and economic development.

Globalization, unpredictable markets, increased products customization and frequent changes in products, production technologies and machining systems have become a complexity in today's manufacturing environment. One key strategy for coping with the evolution of this situation is to develop or apply an enable technology such as intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing system (IMS) is characterized by decentralized, distributed, networked compositions of heterogeneous and autonomous systems. The model of IMS is inherited from the organization of the living systems in biology and nature so that the manufacturing system has the advanced characteristics inspired from biology such as self-adaptation, self-diagnosis, and selfhealing. To prove this concept, an innovative system with applying the advanced information and communication technology such as internet of things, cognitive agent are proposed to integrate, organize and allocate the machining resources. Innovative system is essential for modern machining system to flexibly and quickly adapt to new challenges of manufacturing environment.

This study embody the investigation of the winner projects of Young Architecture Program(YAP) taken place annually at front yard of MoMA PS1 since 1998. Every installation of project is experimental exhibition that have ambiguous border in the area between lightness and architecture. Thus the design have less limits as architectural space and talents can express the innovative idea strong. This paper aims to probe annual significant key words by analyzing the contemporary representative space types, materials, fabrication methods and innovative ideas, and to identify the changes of important concept of lightness and recent trend in architect design concept.
