  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current status and R&D activities of disabled enterprise, and to find ways to support R&D. Through this study, the company's demand for R&D and the characteristics of companies with active R&D activities were derived, and the research and development support plan was proposed by integrating them. As a result of comparing the location quotient (LQ) of small and medium-sized businesses and disabled enterprise by industry, the number of workers with disabilities showed great specialization by business type. R&D was active in companies with sales of over 2 billion won in four industries including manufacturing. As a result of the research, R&D support for disabled enterprise needs to be supported by categorizing them into field-hardened technology-oriented and innovative technology-oriented, depending on the type of business and the size of the company.

  • Single households currently account for 26.5% of all households and their number is expected to continue to rise, reaching 34.5% by 2035. An analysis of the consumption trends and needs of single households shows that they are rising as a new consumer group with a focus on investment on the individual and favouring: small but high-tech products: efficient use of limited resources: safety and peace of mind: self-improvement and leisure. Products which meet such demands are having an impact on the growth of home-furnishing market. An analysis of companies in Korea's home-furnishing market, with examples like the lifestyle company IKEA, shows a variety of brands such as SPA brand, furniture specialist, distributor and character products. And yet most are OEM products which lack differentiated product lines and compete with similar display and distribution structure. We needs the Single household consumption tendency of home-furnishing market and differentiation strategy through product analysis. In order to increase the value of companies in the home-furnishing market, in addition to differentiated design, product competitiveness must aspire to higher customer satisfaction with easy assembly, innovation in logistics, innovative sales methods such as virtual-reality simulation for products and space, individually-tailored furniture for the needs of single household and products which combine smart technology. For home-grown home-furnishing brands to have competitiveness, they must leverage on the strengths of the industry, offering differentiated and competitive products in a wider range of areas with convergence functions as well as differentiation in consumer interface and application of advancing technology; in-depth product research is called for.

  • This study aims to identify the unknown essential condition to form the blue ocean market, in addition to the innovation of customer value which does not become a sufficient condition though it is one of the essential conditions to form a blue ocean market, and induce companies to take a firm foothold in the blue ocean market after going to the blue ocean market by segmenting the market after setting up appropriate strategies. On the basis of those goals of this study, we dealt with subjects like the problem of approaching the market that possesses factors of differentiated value innovation, the segmentation of value innovative market, the problem about the major variables that shed light on the character of blue ocean optical illusion market, the strategy for following companies to enter the market, which we applied to the actual analysis based on the investigation into the literature related to value innovation and blue ocean strategy, investigation into the actual cases and objective data. We analysed a domestic refrigerator market and a domestic chewing gum market as representative examples of durables and nondurables and segmented each market on a value innovation market. We discovered the blue ocean and the blue ocean's illusive market of the two markets. I've mentioned and studied the characters of those positively.

  • The brand and product awareness of Korean electronics companies in the North American market has grown significantly and North American consumers has been recognized as an innovative technology products good performance of Korean electronics appliances. The consumer need of energy saving has led to a rise in market share because Korean electronics appliances have the excellence in energy saving aspects. The expansion of smartphones and mobile devices and the development of smart grid technology can affect electronics market. Domestic companies are continuously develop new product to provide consumers convenient with a variety of additional features combined consumer products. This study proposes a convergence model for sales prediction of electronic appliances using sales data of A company from the North American market. We develop the convergence model for sales prediction based on based on artificial neural network and genetic algorithm. In addition, we validate the superiority of the proposed convergence model by comparing the prediction performance of traditional prediction models.

Methods: This study used the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2), with independent variables such as social influence, personal innovativeness, service quality, relative advantage, and security concerns used in previous studies, for analysis. For mediator variables, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were used in this study. Results: The results indicated that social influence and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the intention to use. It was also analyzed that relative advantage has a mediating effect on perceived usefulness whereas service quality nor personal innovativeness are not statistically significant mediation. On the other hand, perceived ease of use on the intention is not statistically significant. By this, it was confirmed that the intention to use Fintech Digital Sand(D-Testbed) was to improve the business performance of fintech companies, but not because it was easy to learn and take less effort. Conclusion: The finding of the study provides valuable implications for invigorating the use of fintech digital sandbox(D-testbed) and identifying the factors that affect the perception and intention to use among employees in fintech companies in advance.

  • This study explores the effect of open innovation activities on innovation performance by dividing into two dimensions of breadth and depth of open innovation activity, and it also verifies the mediating effect of technical protection between open innovation activities and innovation performance. In order to examine the hypothesis, it has surveyed 1,403 companies of manufacturing and service with experience in producing innovative results. The results find that the breadth of open innovation activities has a positive effect on the achievement of radical innovation, and the depth of open innovation activities brings a positive effect on the achievement of incremental innovation. The verification result of the mediating effect of technology protection indicates that partially mediated between the breadth of innovation activities and radical innovation activities, and in the case of the depth, it is completely mediated. The results of this study provide the crucial implications not only for the company promoting open innovation, but especially also for the companies promoting product innovation by acquiring technology.

  • Looking at recent safety accidents in buildings, most of them due to lack of FM expertise, and this is due to human resources. In each all industry areas, some companies are competitive, representational, and leading in the market through long-term expertise and research in their respective fields. In the field of FM industry, some companies offer core-competencies in internal and external innovative building management through competition with others. However, old custom and old management form still exist in the FM field. However, an old custom and old management system still exist in the FM field; it forces cost-cutting and caused by carelessness in technical development competitiveness and safety measures. The government control by safety inspection and facility inspection through legislation of building management, but the management is still weak as a side of in the facility management section due to inspect sth as a mere formality and submit a paper report. These facts exist different kind of usage of the building have a three-party encounter between a building owner, user, and FM enterprises. In this research identify survey, especially building owner (manager)'s choice perception priority for optional factors to choose FM enterprises. Based on this, FM enterprises will be forced to seek a new dimension for better building management. In this light, the purpose of the research is to shape changes in the FM market culture safely and providing better service in building management and understanding building owner's insight through this research's information.

  • Due to the rapid development of technology compared to the past, it is becoming difficult for companies to survive in a fiercely competitive environment if they do not innovate. In order for a company to carry out innovative activities, it is very important to find new knowledge, digest it, and secure its own technological capabilities. In this study, the causal relationship between exploration and exploitation activities, technology innovation capacity, innovation performance(technical performance, product performance), absorptive capacity, and innovation performance was identified. As a result of the analysis, exploration and exploitation activities were found to affect technology innovation capacity, and technology innovation capacity, absorptive capacity, and innovation strength were found to affect innovation performance. In addition, it was found that absorptive capacity and innovation strength play a mediating role between technology innovation capacity and innovation performance. The results of this study are expected to be useful as guidelines when planning or carrying out innovation activities in companies.
