This review organises the fragmented management literature on platform business according to a conceptual map and a meta-theoretical scheme. Since the early 2000s, numerous researchers have examined platform business and two-sided networks with platform business and strategy being an important business innovation model for many industries, creating value primarily by enabling direct interactions. Platforms such as Google or Amazon contain a common set of rules and components in most user transactions. Thirty-two core papers and books on Strategic Management Journal, Industrial Economics and Operation Management-related disciplines are reviewed, with further observations on how cumulative research streams on the platform are carried out independently from each academic perspective. The first of the two arguments in this paper is that because interactive relationships bridge the platform and stakeholders such as end-users and developers, it is crucial for platform companies to be aware of their relationship with stakeholders in order to support and sustainably provide content to their platform. The second is that integrative perspectives are essential due to the low number of interdisciplinary investigations conducted thus far. The paper's final section deals with implications for theory and practice, concluding that integrative studies and interactive relationship studies should be the main research streams in future platform research.

본 연구는 금융기관의 디지털플랫폼 역량과 고객지향성이 활용·탐색을 통하여 서비스혁신행동에 미치는 영향의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구모형 검증을 위하여 금융기관종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 280부의 설문지를 SPSS 25와 SmartPLS 2.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 디지털플랫폼역량은 활용과 탐색에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 고객지향성은 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 탐색에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 활용과 탐색은 모두 서비스혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 금융기관의 서비스혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 디지털플랫폼역량과 고객지향성의 관계를 새롭게 조명하였으며, 실증연구를 통한 연구의 범위를 확대하였다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 변수 및 연구표본을 대상으로 한 연구의 시도가 필요하다 하겠다.

The Republic of Korea developed a national project to construct a new administrative capital, Sejong city and to relocate administrative organizations of the central government for improvement of overpopulated capital, Seoul and regional balanced development. By the way, to relocate the central administrative organizations was not a sufficient condition for the sustainable development of the city. An industrial infrastructure development has been tried to attract universities, enterprises and research institutions in the region as a demand for internal growth power of the city was increased. In addtion, a basis for regional endogenous growth through projects to establish innovation system based on industry-academia cooperation was prepared as well. This paper reviews the major contents of the development plans for Tech-Valley project and looks into major introductory functions, characterization plans, strategies for fostering strategic industry, cooperation system of the inside and outside the region, and a strategy for building innovation platform. This case can be regarded as a significance of constructing technology infrastructure for the sustainable growth by preparing foundation for establishing innovation system and a cluster based on this system in the process of building and developing new city which did not have any industrial platform in the region.

To secure national future competitiveness, the Korean government announced the 『National Ultra-High Performance Computing (HPC) Innovation Strategy (2021.5.28.)』 and set three innovation strategy goals throughout establishing an innovation ecosystem. This study presented a heterogenous data-based strategic support framework that allowed to understand both the current status of domestic & foreign R&D areas and domestic industrial economy areas in terms of strategic fields related to ultra-high performance computing, and the empirical research was conducted in the life science and public health area. The HPC innovation ecosystem platform based on the connection of heterogeneous data (domestic R&D project-technology-industry-overseas R&D project) presented in this study provided useful and essential information that allowed establishing a specific action plan for the national HPC innovation strategy and contributing to vitalizing the innovation ecosystem. Since the evidence-based policy assumes that a more reasonable consensus is reached through a non-biased decision- making process among stakeholders, the proposed platform may contribute to enhancing policy momentum by increasing legitimacy and trust of planning of the national HPC strategy.

The global market for medical devices is huge, and it will continue showing remarkable growth in the future. However, due to the entry barrier to develop medical devices, many domestic companies have technical problems in entering the medical device industry. In this paper, we introduce an open platform that can help with research and development for companies in the healthcare industry. This open platform consists of a hardware part and a software part. A hardware part is combined into CPU, base and other modules that are easy to replace and assemble. A software part is based on application software for development developed by Bionet. We test the performance of the open medical device platform using a biosignal processing algorithm.

Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.

전통적인 경제 모델과 달리 공유 경제 모델에 있어 "공급"과 "소비"의 관계에서 가장 큰 변화는 공급자가 비표준화 된 개인 공급자가 되어 다양한 개인화 서비스를 실현할 수 있다는 것이다. 반면에 개인 서비스 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰 문제도 있을 수 있다. 본연구에서는 에어비앤비를 연구대상으로 공유 홈스테이 모델에 따른 개인화 서비스와 편의성이 소비자의 구매 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와, 플랫폼 신뢰를 형성하는 소비자의 혁신적 성향의 조절역할을 조사한다. 연구결과, 공급자의 개인화 서비스와 편의성은 공유 경제 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 신뢰와 지각된 가치에 대한 매개 효과를 통해 소비자의 최종 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 소비자의 혁신적 성향은 지각된 가치와 플랫폼 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 개인화 서비스과정에서 긍정적인 조절역할을 하였다.

본 연구 논문에서는 건물 설비 관리자의 임무로 부여되어 수동적으로 관리되고 있는 주거환경 및 건물환경 관리 시스템에 대한 감시와 점검, 성능 및 고장 진단, 에너지 사용량 관리 시스템을 안드로이드 기반 통합제어 플랫폼을 통하여 관리함으로서 사용자의 접근이 쉽고 개발성 및 확장성에 대한 편의를 제공하도록 구현한다. 그리고 센서기반 스마트 홈 관련 제품은 데이터 교환 방식이 서로 다르기 때문에 이를 통합 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발하여 이기종간 네트워크 제품을 쉽고 연결하고 외부 데이터 전송 시 보안처리된 데이터 통신의 통합 작업이 가능하도록 지원하였다.

This study describes the 3D design and analysis of a composite insulation boom of an aerial work platform for electric work. Structural analysis of the composite insulation boom was performed using ANSYS and the total deformation, equivalent stress, and normal elasticity were investigated at 150 mm, 500 mm, 1,000 mm, and 1,500 mm using a mounted strain gauge. The results of the analysis and test were similar in a linearly increasing slope and the difference in the strain value was about 10%. This difference depends on the compressive force in the manufacturing process.

As Shapiro and Varian argue the open approach generates bandwagon effects and facilitates the diffusion of a standard thanks to network externalities. However, the open approach is not linked automatically to economic benefits as suggested by some famous cases as the IBM PC history. On the contrary, the closed approach enables a tight control over a technology and its development, and insures the appropriation of economic benefits. As Shapiro and Varian suggest, a firm can also decide to mix an open approach with tight control over improvement or extentions. Patent pool is to offer fair, reasonable, nondiscriminatory access under a single license to patents that are essential for the use of standards-based or other platform technologies. patent pool offers only one license to everyone, Since each patent is essential, the royalty rate and thus the value is the same whether a licensee uses one or more patents.
