신경회로망을 이용한 재형상 비행제어법칙 설계 (Design of Reconfigurable Flight Control Law Using Neural Networks)

  • 항공기 비행 시, 조종면에 고장이 발생하였을 때 이를 검출하여 제어기를 수정하거나 다른 제어기로 전환하는 방식을 주로 사용한다. 본 논문은 작동기에 고장 발생시 임의의 고장검출 알고리듬을 사용하여 고장을 검출하여, 제어기를 수정/전환하는 방식을 사용하지 않고, 신경회로망과 PCH(Pseudo-Control Hedging) 기법을 이용하여, 발생된 고장정도에 따라 제어기 스스로 판단하여 대체 조종면으로 보상해 주는 재형상 비행제어법칙을 제시한다. 제어시스템은 DMI(Dynamic Model Inversion) 기법을 적용한 내부루프(SCAS : Stability Command Augmentation System)와 Coordinate Turn을 위한 Y축 가속도 피드백 외부루프로 구성한다. 특히 고장 보상을 위해 작동기 포화를 방지하는 PCH 기법을 이중으로 적용하였다. 끝으로 몇 가지 고장상황에 따른 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • A new RMRAC scheme far the PMSM current regulation is proposed in a synchronous frame, which is completely free from the parameter's uncertainty. A current regulator of PMSM is the inner most loop of electromechanical driving systems and plays a foundation role in the control hierarchy. When the PMSM runs in high speed, the cross-coupling terms must be compensated precisely for large system BW. In the proposed RMRAC, the input signal is composed of a calculated voltage defined by MRAC law and an output of the disturbance compensator. The gains of feed forward and feedback controller are estimated by the proposed modified gradient method, where the system disturbances are assumed as filtered current regulation errors. After the compensation of the system disturbance from error information, the corresponding voltage is fed forward to control input to compensate for real disturbances. The proposed method robustly compensates the system disturbance and cross-coupling terms. It also shows a good realtime performance due to the simplicity of control structure. Through real experiments, the efficiency of the proposed method is verified.

  • Whereas the linear PID controller is widely used for control of industrial servo systems a high precision positioning system is not easy to control only with the PID controller due to uncertain nonlinear dynamics such as friction backlash etc. As a viable means to overcome the difficulty a learning control scheme is proposed in this paper that is simple and straightforward to implement. The proposed learning controller takes full advantage of current feedback capability of the inner-loop of the control system in that electrical motor dynamics as the well as mechanical part of X-Y positioning system is included in the learning control scheme, The experimental results are given to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness in terms of convergence precision of tracking and robustness in comparison with the conventional control method.

가속도제어에 의한 4축 시스템의 정밀 위치동기제어 (Precise Position Synchronous Control of Four-Axes System Based on Acceleration Control)

  • In this paper, we deal with a precise position synchronous control of four-axes system which is working under various load disturbances. Each axis driving system is consisted of a speed controller and an acceleration controller as an inner loop instead of conventional current control scheme. The acceleration control plays an important roll to suppress load disturbances quickly. Also, each axis is coupled by a maximum position synchronous error comparison to minimize position synchronous errors according to integration of speed differency. As a result, the proposed system enables precise synchronous control with good robustness against load disturbances during transient as well as steady state. The stability and robustness of the proposed system are investigated through its frequency characteristic and numerical simulations. Finally, experimental results under load disturbances demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system fur four-axes position synchronous control.

고안정 전류제어 전원장치 (A Highly Stable Current-Controlled Power Supply)

  • A design of a highly stable current-controlled power supply combining the phase-controlled rectifier (PCR), passive filter and active filter is investigated. A digital phase-looked voltage control (PLVC) with a capability of compensating the thyristor firing angles under unvalanced power source is proposed` otherwise the PCR output voltage has low-order subharmonics whose suppression requires a bulky passive filter. The digital PLVC has a fast dynamic characteristics as an inner control loop of the PCR. To suppress further the output ripple, an active filter using a transformer is introduced and its design is described through the frequency domain analysis. An optimal integral, proportional and measurable variable feedback (IPM) controller is designed using the time-weighted performance index based on the time domain analysis. The design method based on the time-weighted performance index gives better response characteristics than that based on the conventional performance index. It is also shown via experimental results that the proposed scheme gives better response characteristics than that based on the conventional performance index.   • 직접토크제어 기법은 벡터제어계 설계 및 운전시 요구되는 복잡한 좌표변환과 전류제어루프가 불필요하며, 빠른 토크응답을 얻을 수 있기 때문에 벡터제어 기법에 버금가는 유도전동기의 고성능 제어기법으로 인정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직접토크제어 기법 적용시 중요한 어려움의 하나로 지적되고 있는 저속영역에서의 자속저하 및 이로 인한 전류고조파의 증가 문제를 해결하기 위한 대책으로서 퍼지 가변 스위칭섹터 기법과 이 기법의 실시간 적용을 위한 실현방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 스위칭섹터 기법을 포함한 유도전동기 제어시스템의 실험적 성능을 고찰하기 위하여 DSP를 이용한 제어보드를 제작하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험 결과는 제안된 퍼지 가변스위칭 섹터 기법을 도입함으로서 유도전동기 드라이브의 성능이 현저히 개선됨을 보여준다.

Design and Realization of a Digital PV Simulator with a Push-Pull Forward Circuit

  • This paper presents the design and realization of a digital PV simulator with a Push-Pull Forward (PPF) circuit based on the principle of modular hardware and configurable software. A PPF circuit is chosen as the main circuit to restrain the magnetic biasing of the core for a DC-DC converter and to reduce the spike of the turn-off voltage across every switch. Control and I/O interface based on a personal computer (PC) and multifunction data acquisition card, can conveniently achieve the data acquisition and configuration of the control algorithm and interface due to the abundant software resources of computers. In addition, the control program developed in Matlab/Simulink can conveniently construct and adjust both the models and parameters. It can also run in real-time under the external mode of Simulink by loading the modules of the Real-Time Windows Target. The mathematic models of the Push-Pull Forward circuit and the digital PV simulator are established in this paper by the state-space averaging method. The pole-zero cancellation technique is employed and then its controller parameters are systematically designed based on the performance analysis of the root loci of the closed current loop with $k_i$ and $R_L$ as variables. A fuzzy PI controller based on the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is applied to regulate the controller parameters self-adaptively according to the change of $R_L$ and the operating point of the PV simulator to match the controller parameters with $R_L$. The stationary and dynamic performances of the PV simulator are tested by experiments, and the experimental results show that the PV simulator has the merits of a wide effective working range, high steady-state accuracy and good dynamic performances.

  • Direct torque control (DTC) scheme provides a very quick torque response without the complex field-orientation block and inner current regulation loop. DTC is known as an appropriate scheme for high power induction motor drives because it can be used at lower switching frequency There are a major drawbacks with the application of DTC schemes it is large current harmonics due to flux drooping in a low speed range. In order to solve the problem, the fuzzy variable switching sector scheme are adopted in this paper. A meaningful contribution of this paper is to propose a simple realization scheme of the fuzzy variable switching sector technique. Experimental results show the effectiveness of this proposition.

고정익 항공기의 자율 곡예비행 (Autonomous Aerobatic Flight for Fixed Wing Aircraft)

  • 고정익 항공기가 3차원의 복잡한 경로를 추종하기 위해 필요한 비교적 간단하며 효과적인 유도 제어 방법을 제시한다. 소개되는 방법은 비선형 경로 추종 유도 기법을 외부 루프로 사용한다. 외부 루프는 원하는 경로와 함께 항공기의 현재 위치와 속도를 바탕으로 비행 경로를 변화하기 위한 가속도 명령을 생성한다. 가속도 명령은 중력과 벡터적으로 결합되어 Specific Force Acceleration을 만든다. 이렇게 생성된 Specific Force Acceleration은 내부 루프를 위한 명령으로 쓰이는데, 이는 항공기가 가속도 자체보다는 Specific Force Acceleration을 더 직접적으로 제어할 수 있기 때문이다. 나아가 배면 비행이나 Slow Roll, Knife-Edge 등과 같은 옆미끄럼짐 기동을 하기 위해 필요한 롤 자세 제어 기법도 제시한다. 마지막으로 표준이 되는 여러 가지 곡예비행 경로들에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써 제시된 기법의 성능을 검증한다.

  • This paper proposes a confronting feedback control structure and controllers for positive output elementary super lift Luo converters (POESLLCs) working in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). The POESLLC offers the merits like high voltage transfer gain, good efficiency, and minimized coil current and capacitor voltage ripples. The POESLLC working in DCM holds the value of not having right half pole zero (RHPZ) in their control to output transfer function unlike continuous conduction mode (CCM). Also the DCM bestows superlative dynamic response, eliminates the reverse recovery troubles of diode and retains the stability. The proposed control structure involves two controllers respectively to control the voltage (outer) loop and the current (inner) loop to confront the time-varying ON/OFF characteristics of variable structured systems (VSSs) like POESLLC. This study involves two different combination of feedback controllers viz. the proportional integral controller (PIC) plus sliding mode controller (SMC) and the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) plus SMC. The state space averaging modeling of POESLLC in DCM is reviewed first, then design of PIC, FLC and SMC are detailed. The performance of developed controller combinations is studied at different working states of the POESLLC system by MATLAB-Simulink implementation. Further the experimental corroboration is done through implementation of the developed controllers in PIC 16F877A processor. The prototype uses IRF250 MOSFET, IR2110 driver and UF5408 diodes. The results reassured the proficiency of designed FLC plus SMC combination over its counterpart PIC plus SMC.
