The present work is an attempt to provide an overview, about the status of R&D and current trends in Hydrogen Production using High Temperature Reactors. Bibliographic references from the INIS database, the Science Direct database and the NTIS database were downloaded and analyzed. Ten year data on the subject, published between 2001 and 2010, was selected for the study. Appropriate qued ry formulations on these databases, resulted in the retrieval of 621 unique bibliographic records. Using the content analysis method, all the records were analyzed. Part One of the analysis details Scientometric R&D indicators, Part Two is a subject-based analysis, grouped under: A. International Initiatives and Programmes for Hydrogen Production; B. European R&D initiatives for Hydrogen production; C. National Initiatives and Programmes for Nuclear Hydrogen Production; D. Reactor Technologies for Nuclear Hydrogen production; E. Fuel Developments; F. Hydrogen Production Processes using HTRs and G. Materials Consideration for Nuclear Hydrogen Production. The results of this analysis are summarized in the study.

To understand structural and functional basis of loaded energy in the metastable native structure of inhibitory serpins (serine protease inhibitors), we characterized mutations that decreased the loaded energy of ${\alpha}$$_1$-antitrypsin and simultaneously influenced its inhibitory activity. Various folding defects such as side-chain locking, buried polar groups in unfavorable hydrophobic environment, and cavities were found as the structural basis of the metastability of ${\alpha}$$_1$-antitrypsin in a region presumably directly involved in the formation of complex between the inhibitor and a target protease.(omitted)

This work is based on the experience of active and successful organic marketing initiatives, and aims to provide advice for genuine and practical sustainability. To make successful marketing possible we describe, on the one hand, the main challenges of the market and policy environment for organic marketing initiatives and, on the other hand, key factors for management. Management planning is a key issue for successful marketing and is therefore the focus of special attention in this work. This paper summarises and highlights those key factors which influence the operations of an organic marketing initiative. These include the role of key individuals, the role of innovation, the importance of strategic planning and clear objectives, the role of coherence, motivation and identity, brand policy, the role of networks, the importance of market research, public funding, economies of scale, systematized cooperation, hazards and risks in general.

The overall focus of this study was to identify marketing and promotion strategies that can maintain and enhance environmentally friendly farm and organic production and processing activities. This is particularly important as the volume of environmentally friendly farm and organic produce that is generally available is increasing, and significant players, such as Organic Marketing Initiatives(OMI) and conventional marketing co-operatives, are becoming involved in the market. The rapid increase in production of environmentally friendly farm products and organic food is creating new and more complex challenges for marketing, from vegetable box schemes large co-operatives supplying the precise quality and volume required by supermarkets. A possible strategy for many farmers is to co-operate in regionally or nationally operating marketing initiatives. The main objective of any public relations(PR) activity should to enhance publicity and to improve an OMIs image. No promotion, no perception of OMI performance.

Smart tourism technologies are becoming ever more pervasive and an increasing number of destinations and hospitality establishments are investing in smart tourism initiatives. However, while governments and businesses around the world are aggressively pushing the smart tourism agenda forward, smart tourism research initiatives are still in their infancy and seem to not fully cover the whole spectrum of smart tourism-related issues and questions. This paper conducts a systematic review of existing smart tourism literature to determine the status quo of smart tourism research and to identify research gaps. Considering the steep growth of smart tourism initiatives starting at the beginning of this decade, this paper reviews publications on smart tourism over the last 8 years. All publications for which the keyword "smart tourism" appears in the title, keywords or abstract were included in the sample.

최근 국내에서도 secure coding 제도화가 처음으로 마련되었다. 개발보안의 체계적 정착을 위한 중요한 첫걸음이라는 점에서 높이 살만하다고 하겠다. 그럼에도 현 제도의 실행 과정에서 예상되는 이슈가 제기되는 등 향후 보완할 점도 제법 있다. 이런 상황에서 본 연구에서는 생태계 차원의 분석을 시도한다. 즉, 개발 보안 제도를 생태계 차원에서 묘사하고, 이를 토대로 현상적 이슈와 문제점을 분석한다. 이런 문제와 이슈의 극복을 위해 향후 강구되어야할 대안을 몇 가지 제시한다.

The effect of stabilizing single ammo acid replacements at the sites of Phe 51, Ala 70, and Met 374 on the folding of $\alpha$$_1$-antitrypsin was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The residues Phe 51 and Met 374 are located in the hydrophobic core of the molecule, B $\beta$-sheet.(omitted)

The native forms of common globular proteins are in their most stable state but the native forms of plasma serpins (serine protease inhibitors) show high-energy state interactions. The high-energy state strain of a ${\alpha}$$_1$-antitrypsin, a prototype serpin, is distributed throughout the whole molecule, but the strain that regulates the function directly appears to be localized in the region where the reactive site loop is inserted during complex formation with a target protease.(omitted)

Despite competing strategical interests over Southeast Asia that have emerged in the last decade, with the launch of wide scope geopolitical strategies Chinese and Japanese initiatives have been characterized by a certain degree of implicit coordination, particularly in offering support to the Myanmar state's territorializing strategies for economic development. The case of the Thilawa Special Economic Zones (SEZ) is exemplary, as it was a Japan-led project which became a model and benchmark example for similar development initiatives supported by the People's Republic of China.
