In modern times, pluralistic social phenomena in which various values are pursed and recognized appear. The modern society called hyper-connected, intelligence information and zero marginal cost society in which shared value is commonly emphasized faces a paradigm shift to shared society system. In particular, sharing-based activities related with intelligence information sectors more prominently emerge in the high-tech informatization which has been accelerated. The purpose of this study is to understand design factors related with how attribution of the sharing culture is expressed in library spaces and examine how sharing infrastructure is established in users' spaces. As a research method, it initially conducted theoretical consideration of the sharing culture and information spaces, which can be regarded as sociocultural phenomena in modern times. Then, it drew sharing culture-based spatial design factors-access, openness and plurality. It analyzed configuration of spaces for sharing information-Cultural Commons (CC), Information Commons(IC) and Learning Commons (LC) - and infrastructure of information spaces, for library cases-five domestic and foreign public libraries-. The findings show that modern library spaces reflect historical needs for the sharing culture and actively serve their roles through spatial infrastructure including contents (programs) and services for sharing knowledge. The study is determined to be valuable as basic data in establishing the infrastructure of information spaces reflecting modern social trends and cultural phenomena, in expecting spatial structures in which knowledge is reproduced and planning spaces of libraries in the future.

To reduce mobile network deployment costs and expand service coverage, mobile infrastructure sharing is becoming increasingly important. This paper introduces the concept and potential benefits of mobile infrastructure sharing as documented in the existing literature. Then, the current status of significant cases of mobile infrastructure sharing in major overseas countries is examined. Finally, sharing 5G infrastructure in rural areas in Korea is introduced. The Korean case is expected to complete national 5G coverage successfully without involving negative competition.

SCM(Supply Chain Management) have been introduced in many companies for integrated management and improvement of business process. Recently, as internet and e-business concept are spread globally, the SCM concept is expanded from one internal company process to inter-company process, it makes a Global SCM concept. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of the Global SCM concept using e-business infrastructure, and propose SCM portal models. Four types of the SCM portal model are discussed, which are forecasting information sharing model, e-Marketplace-typed model, collaboration model and logistics information sharing model. The major concept of the SCM portal is to share information of supply chain process, it provide merits of scale to company. The result of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, the information sharing is very useful in the Global SCM. Second, the e-business infrastructure, especially e-Marketplace can be usefully used for implementation of SCM portal. Third, the M2M(Market to Market) function of e-Marketplace is a major function for implementing SCM portal.

This study empirically tested a research model and hypothesis extracted and based on IT governance and knowledge sharing theories. In this study we targeted CIO and IS managers to find the effects of the degree of knowledge sharing between CEO and CIO regarding five areas of IT governance decision-making: IT principles, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, business application needs, and IT investment and prioritization, on IT and business alignment. Additionally we studied the effects of business alignment on the effectiveness of information systems. Results showed that the degree of knowledge sharing in CEO and CIO on IT principles, IT infrastructure, IT investment and prioritization had a positive influence on IT and business alignment, ultimately showing a positive influence on the effectiveness of information systems. This research has shown that fording the preferable relationship between IT and business affected by performing high quality decision making based on knowledge sharing and consequently it also is a basis to provide a positive influence to the effectiveness of the information system.

웹 서비스는 모든 사용자에 대해 동등한 접근 권한을 부여하여 서로의 자원을 공유할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서는 인터넷을 통한 다양한 공격에 따른 취약성이 예상되므로 본 논문에서는 자원 공유를 위해 연결을 요청하는 사용자들에게 "SPKI (Simple Public Infrastructure) 인증서"를 발행하여 접근 권한을 지정하고, 정보 요청자는 자신에게 주어진 접근 권한에 따라 제한적으로 정보 제공자의 자원을 사용할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

전기차 카셰어링은 친환경차량인 전기차를 여러 사용자들이 함께 이용함으로써 교통부문의 온실가스 발생량을 감소시키고, 동시에 자가용 증가로 인한 공간 및 환경문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 아직 도입단계에 불과하기 때문에 전기차 카셰어링 시스템의 효율성이나 사업가능성에 대한 연구나 분석이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구에서는 전기차 카셰어링 시스템의 운영상태와 결과를 분석이 가능한 모형을 개발하였으며, 현재 실시되고 있는 시범사업 내용을 반영하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 전기차 카셰어링 시스템 운영과 관련된 변수들 사이의 관계와 운영효율을 최대화 할 수 있는 최적용량 등을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 분석에서는 차량대수와 충전기수가 증가할수록 서비스 제공율은 계속 증가하다가 일정수준에 도달하면 증가폭과 그 효율이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 카셰어링 시스템 운영에 따른 수익과 비용을 분석하여 연간 운영 이익을 최대화 할 수 있는 최적 차량대수 및 최적 충전기 수를 도출하였다.

Recently, a lot of domestic construction companies have implemented Knowledge Management System. However, most of the knowledge in the construction fields still cannot written down on papers, and it is just locked in people's heads. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current situation of knowledge sharing in the construction fields. For this research, questionnaires were distributed and the results of this study was as follows; the essential factor of successful knowledge sharing is not introducing a high quality of electronic system but developing culture of knowledge sharing. When positive culture of knowledge sharing is combined with technical infrastructure, knowledge sharing will be actively promoted.

많은 인터넷응용에서 인증 및 메시지 무결성을 제공하기 위해 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) 기반 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그리고 몇몇 연구에서는 PKI 기반의 P2P 서비스를 제안하기도 하였다. 그러나 P2P 응용의 경우 P2P의 open, dynamic, heterogeneous, autonomous 한 특성상 PKI의 적용이 어려우며, 특히 국가간 상호운용성을 지원하지 못하는 것도 P2P에의 적용을 현실적으로 어렵게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 PKI를 사용하지 않으면서도 MITM 공격에 안전한 P2P 신뢰전송 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 메커니즘에서 각 피어는 자신의 공개키/비밀키 쌍을 자체적으로 생성하고 분배한다. 이 경우 MITM(Man in the Middle Attack) 공격에 취약하다는 문제가 있으나, 제안한 메커니즘은 MITM 공격에 대한 안정성을 제공한다. 본 메커니즘은 P2P 기반의 파일공유, IPTV, 분산자원 공유 등 다양한 분야에 응용이 가능하다.

본 연구에서는 해운회사와 컨테이너터미널 간 전자적 정보공유를 촉진하고 활성화하는 요인들을 관련 이론 및 선행연구를 통해 추출하고 실증적으로 검증해 보는 것과 해운회사와 컨테이너터미널 간 전자적 정보공유의 정도가 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 해운회사의 입장에서 실증연구를 통해 규명해 보고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 전자적 정보공유의 결정요인으로 최고경영자의 지원정도, 정보기술 인프라수준, 몰입, 의존성이 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타냄으로써 이러한 요인들이 해운회사와 컨테이너터미널 간의 전자적 정보공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증된 반면, 신뢰는 전자적 정보공유에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 해운회사와 컨테이너터미널 간의 전자적 정보공유가 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
