  • This paper studied the safety management network system of infrastructure which constructed smart sensors, closed-circuit television(CCTV) and monitoring system. This safety management of infrastructure applied to bridge, cut slop and tunnel, embankment etc. The system applied to technologies of standardization guidelines, data acquirement technologies, data analysis and judgment technologies, system integration setup technology, and IT technologies. It was constructed safety management network system of various infrastructure to improve efficient management and operation for many infrastructure. Integrated safety management network system of infrastructure consisted of the real-time structural health monitoring system of each infrastructure, integrated control center, measured data transmission using i of tet web-based, collecting data using sf ver, early alarm system which the dangerous event of infrastructure occurred. Integrated control center consisted of conference room, control room to manage and analysis the data, server room to present the measured data and to collect the raw data. Early alarm system proposed realization of warning and response within 5 minute or less through development of sensor-based progress report and propagation automation system using the media such as MMS, VMS, EMS, FMS, SMS and web services of report and propagation. Based on this, the most effective u-Infrastructure Safety Management System is expected to be stably established at a less cost, thus making people's life more comfortable. Information obtained from such systems could be useful for maintenance or structural safety evaluation of existing structures, rapid evaluation of conditions of damaged structures after an earthquake, estimation of residual life of structures, repair and retrofitting of structures, maintenance, management or rehabilitation of historical structures.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 R&D 활동에 도움이 되는 다양한 과학기술 지식인프라를 통합적으로 서비스하기 위한 통합서비스 구축 방법을 정의하고 실제 구축 사례를 보이는데 있다. 아이디어 생성/개발, 펀딩파악, 과제수행, 성과창출 확산 등 R&D 전주기별로 산재되어 있는 지식인프라들을 서비스·기능·정보·데이터 측면에서 세분화하여 연계, 융합함으로써 한 곳에서 이용자가 원하는 지식인프라를 적시에 제공할 수 있는 통합시스템 구축 방법을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 통합서비스가 개별 지식인프라 서비스의 물리적 통합이 아닌 논리적 연계·통합을 고려하여 통합서비스 분류체계, 통합수준모델, 통합아키텍처, 이용자 통합인증체계를 정의하여 통합서비스 구축의 효율성과 유사 통합서비스 구축시 참조모델로의 확장성을 고려하였다.

  • Delay, cost overrun and inferior quality in public works are common in Nepal and Cambodia. Almost 90 percent of the civil construction engineers working in the industry were one-degree graduates without appropriate training. The civil engineering education had provided elemental engineering knowledge to the graduates however integrated engineering and management knowledge and skill are essential for efficient infrastructure development. ODA in developing countries had been concentrated in hard infrastructure development without improving the quality of higher education. Integrating ODA to engineering education system would help develop qualified technical manpower and appropriate technology domestically, and improve the efficiency in infrastructure development in developing countries.

  • This paper describes a multi-computer system developed for CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system, which combines single board computers and personal computers by using RS422/485 communication and LAN. The system adopts a concept of hot run back up system based on dual CUP system of host and supervisor structure. The dual CPU system and the single board computer are respectively developed using 32 bits microcomputer and 16 bits microprocessor. 8097BH. The multi communication between two types of system is done by using RS 422/485, and also data logging computers are linked with LAN.

  • A nuclear power plant (NPP) is a highly complex system-of-systems as manifested through its internal systems interdependence. The negative impact of such interdependence was demonstrated through the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. As such, there is a critical need for new strategies to overcome the limitations of current risk assessment techniques (e.g. the use of static event and fault tree schemes), particularly through simulation of the nonlinear dynamic feedback mechanisms between the different NPP systems/components. As the first and key step towards developing an integrated NPP dynamic probabilistic risk assessment platform that can account for such feedback mechanisms, the current study adopts a system dynamics simulation approach to model the thermal dynamic processes in: the reactor core; the secondary coolant system; and the pressurized water reactor. The reactor core and secondary coolant system parameters used to develop system dynamics models are based on those of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. These three system dynamics models are subsequently validated, using results from published work, under different system perturbations including the change in reactivity, the steam valve coefficient, the primary coolant flow, and others. Moving forward, the developed system dynamics models can be integrated with other interacting processes within a NPP to form the basis of a dynamic system-level (systemic) risk assessment tool.

  • This is a research of an adaptive longitudinal control system for situated cognition in wide range, traffic accidents reduction and safety driving environment by integrated system which graft a road infrastructure's information based on IT onto the intelligent vehicle combined automobile and IT technology. The road infrastructure installed by laser scanner in intersection, speed limited area and sharp curve area where is many risk of traffic accident. The road infra conducts objects recognition, segmentation, and tracking for determining dangerous situation and communicates real-time information by Ethernet with vehicle. Also, the data which transmitted from infrastructure supports safety driving by integrated with laser scanner's data on vehicle bumper.

지문 인식 기반의 개인키 위탁 시스템의 설계 (Design of a Private Key Escrow System based on the Fingerprint Identification)

  • There are some problems on the system that uses a password comprising a digital signature to identify the secret key owner under the public key infrastructure. For example, the password can be difficult to remember or easy to be disclosure, and users should make more complex password to protect it. A number of studies have been proceeded in order to overcome these defects using the fingerprint identification technologies, but they need to change the current standard of public key infrastructure. On the suggested private key escrow system, the private key can be withdrawn only through the enrollment and identification of a fingerprint template after it is saved to a reliable third system. Therefore, this new private key escrow system can remove previous inconveniences of managingthe private key on current public key infrastructure, and it exhibited superior results in terms of the evaluation items when compared with the integrated method of the existing fingerprint identification and public key infrastructure.

  • The charging methods of electric vehicles are divided into wired charging and wireless charging. Restrictions on the use of charging infrastructure for wireless charging vehicles currently exist because most charging infrastructure uses the wired charging method. Thus, wired and wireless integrated charging system has been studied. In this system, a wireless charging system especially requires a control method for high-efficiency operation in consideration of a change in a coupling coefficient. Therefore, this paper introduces two control methods for the high-efficiency operation of wireless charging that can be applied to wired and wireless integrated charging systems. In addition, loss analysis is performed through PSIM simulation to select a more advantageous method for high-efficiency operation among the two control methods. To verify the simulation-based loss analysis result, the two control methods are applied to the actual wireless charging system, and the efficiency is compared through the experiments Based on the experimental results, a control method suitable for high-efficiency operation of the wireless charging method is selected.

  • With due to the recent development of USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technology, a monitoring system has been developing for assuring the structural integrity of infrastructure through normal or long term measurements during their lifetime. An accident such as a collapse of infrastructure may cause not only loss of life but also damage to the economy of the nation. In order to enhance the availability of infrastructure and to be able to maintain their lifetime, it is necessary to monitor and to evaluate continuously the structural integrity throughout their entire lifetime. The purpose of this paper is to develop a monitoring system integrated with evaluation function based on the ubiquitous technology. The most essential part of this study is focusing more on developing a specific module convertible to A/D, which is to enhance the applicability of sensors that had not been applied to existing monitoring systems. Conclusively it has been successfully enhanced to make more diverse the number of sensors and measuring techniques for the monitoring system.
