최근 기업차원뿐 만 아니라 국가적 차원에서도 정보기술에 대한 투자 및 활용에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 노력이 과연 가시적인 경제적 효과를 가져오는가를, 정보화수준과 생산성의 관계를 통해 알아보고자 한다. 특히, 거시적 차원에서 국가의 정보화수준이 국가경제생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해, 주요 국가들의 정보화와 생산성에 관한 제반 통계자료를 수집하여 정보화지수 성장률과 총요소생산성(TFP : Total Factor Productivity) 및 노동생산성 성장률 등을 측정하고, 이들 개념간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민들의 어려움이 지속되는 상황에서 이들의 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 디지털정보화수준과 사회적 자본의 영향력을 살펴보고, 디지털정보화수준과 생활만족의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2021 디지털정보격차실태조사에 참여한 679명의 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과를 통하여 북한이탈주민의 디지털정보화수준과 사회적 자본이 생활만족에 미치는 직접적인 영향력과 함께 디지털정보화수준과 생활만족의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 북한이탈주민의 생활만족을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제언하였다.

Due to the rise of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) adoption in many fields, it is necessary to diagnose the informatization situations of corporations in agriculture and give suggestions for improvement. For this goal, surveys were designed and conducted to understand the current informatization situations of agriculture corporations in Korea. The survey covers the plan for utilizing information technology, the establishment of infrastructure for information technology, IT application status, and its effect on their performance. The specific focus of our research is to segment the corporations by their type of industries and their level of sales and give differentiated managerial implications for each segment. This is because the type of informatization and information technology assistance they need highly depends on their industry type and sales level. 본 연구는 첫째 정보화의 진전 초기에는 정보화 현상의 공간적 집중화가 이루어지며, 둘째 경제가 발전함에 따라 복지적 차원의 지역간 격차보다 앞으로 지역의 경제 활성화에 상당히 영향을 줄 것으로 예상되는 정보화 차원의 지역간 격차가 클 것이라는 가설을 세워 연구를 진행하였는데 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보화 차원의 사회.문화 발전 수준은 서울과 다른 지역간에 격차가 상당히 크게 나타나고 있으며, 서울 및 수도권으로의 집중화가 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 정보화가 진전되면서 나타나는 지역에의 영향을 살펴보기 위해서 지역경제의 자족성을 나타내는 지표인 복지수준과 정보화 수준의 지역간 격차를 비교한 결과 정보화 수준이 복지수준의 격차에 비해 크게 나타나고 있다. 그 동안의 경제발전에 의해 나타난 지역격차를 줄이기 위해서 도입된 정보화는 하부구조가 잘 갖추어진 대도시 중심으로 이루어져 왔기 때문에 지역간 격차를 더욱 증가시키는 결과를 초래했다. 따라서, 이런 지역격차를 줄이기 위해서는 중앙정부뿐만 아니라 자치정부를 중심으로 한 체계적인 지역정보화 정책이 필요하다.

The introduction and application of IT(Information Technology) to a company has become to be viewed as a key factor for the business competitiveness and improved productivity. This study presents an approach to evaluation of a company's informatization level, which is especially appropriate for small and medium enterprises. The proposed evaluation method, based on the traditional questionnaire approaches, considers the various characteristics of the company, e.g., types of business, characteristics of customers, and locations of supply chains etc. A web-based system was developed to enable users to obtain the evaluation results from the evaluation method. The system also provides a function to produce valuable strategies for informatization by utilizing the case base which will be cumulated by repetitive evaluation requests. Finally, a real case was analyzed in order to verify the practicality of the evaluation system.

Indicators measuring performance and the level of informatization of construction companies have recently been developed. Construction companies' investment in informatization, however, is still relatively low compared to that of other companies in different industries, since it has been difficult in quantifying the effect of informatization on total performance. This study, therefore, conducted an industry survey using indicators provided by previous studies, and used them to calculate performance and informatization indices for construction companies. Finally, it suggested a quantitative analysis of the effect of informatization on these companies' performance.

우리 군은 미래 전장개념인 네트워크 중심전(NCW) 환경 구축을 위해 장기적으로는 국방개혁 기본계획의 완성시점을 축으로 삼아 많은 노력과 투자를 기울이고 있다. 군 조직차원에서는 선진 프로세스를 도입하여 군의 지휘통제 시간을 단축시키고 이와 더불어 업무 프로세스를 향상시켜 의사결정 시간을 단축시키고자 한다. 또한, 정보체계 차원에서는 전장관리정보체계를 이용한 자동화된 지휘통제 체계 구축 및 자원관리정보체계를 통해 효율적인 자원관리를 하려고 노력하고 있다. 디지털기술의 발전과 혁신적인 IT환경에 맞추어 군에서도 객관적인 정보화 수준에 대한 지표를 통해 군이 지향하는 미래 목표대비 현재 어느 수준에 도달해 있는지에 대한 수준평가가 이루어져야 한다. 정보화를 추진함에 있어 정확한 개선 분야의 식별이 가능하고, 환류를 통해 보완될 사항들이 점검되며 향후 정책방향 도출이 체계적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 주요 수준평가 모델 분석과 정보화 수준평가 이론에 대한 선행연구를 통해 워크숍 및 전문가 토의를 거쳐 군 조직의 특성을 체계적으로 반영하는 수준평가 프레임워크 및 지표 개발 사례를 소개한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 정보화 수준평가 프레임 워크는 작전사급 이상의 부대를 대상으로 한 파일럿 테스트로 측정 가능성 및 실효성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 수준평가 프레임워크를 통해 우리 군의 정보화 수준을 객관적으로 진단함으로써 한정된 예산과 자원을 적시 적소에 투입하고 정보화 분야별 취약점을 보다 신속하게 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 사업체수의 99%와 고용의 88%를 차지하는 중소기업의 중요성을 고려하여 정부는 정보화 지원정책을 시행하여 왔다. 그러나 한정된 예산과 민간 시장의 정보화 역량 상승으로 인해 정보화 지원 패러다임의 전환과 새로운 정책 방향이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 중기청의 정보화 지원 정책을 정보화 발전단계 모델과 비교하여 평가하고 향후 지원방향을 모색하였다. 정보화 발전단계 모델은 정보화 활용 수준을 정보화 도입부터 전략적 혁신에 이르기까지 5단계로 구분한 모델이다. 중기청의 정보화 지원 정책은 정보화 발전단계 중 단위 정보화나 기업내 통합 단계에 집중되어 있고, 기업간 통합단계나 전략적 혁신 단계는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 향후 중소기업의 정보화 정책을 위한 3가지 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 정보화 발전단계 상 전략적 혁신 단계로의 지원 중심의 이동이 필요하다. 둘째 정보화 발전단계에 기반한 정보화 도입 로드맵을 수립함으로써 중소기업이 로드맵에 따라 자체적인 정보화 역량을 육성해 나가도록 할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 공급자 중심이 아닌 성과에 기반한 정책을 수립하여 정보화 지원의 실효성을 제고하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.
