This study was conducted to analyze the status of apartment informationalization through the research of distribution of super express network, apartment home pages and Inhabitants awareness. 1st. The construction business launched the full-scale apartment informationalization in 1999. Since then, the infomationalization has been developed multilaterally while the apartment home pages are playing a major role in cooperation with construction business and Internet business. The academic interest and research on the informationalization, however, are not enough. 2nd. The distribution of super express network, which is based on the informationalization is accelerated by the government policy. Especially in our country where the apartment is the major type of housing, we have favorite environment for the informationalization and can create our own housing culture. 3rd. The number of the apartment home pages now is increased to over 6,000, but its contents, know-how, and technique to build the system have not been advanced enough. 4th. So far the home pages have not been able to function well enough to strengthen the community awareness and are likely to result in the unbalanced informationalization. 5th. The study shows that residents interest in the computer and the Internet is fairly high. The utilization of the Internet is varied according to the age, sex, occupation, academic background, income and so forth. Especially they are not as interested in the housing informationalization as in the general information, but the preference of the apartment home pages and the super express network is so tremendous that its distribution will keep the momentum.

In current complex nature of management with task-structures, a method to reach the enterprise's informationalization success is not common. To satisfy these various requirement, improving the usability of information technology (IT) is a key factor which defining the level of organizational requirement first. Imposing an IT-solution which has excess service of the organization's previous task-environment, procedure and scope is not effective to SME-level unit, which unit could not have a formal organization structure and task structure. SME level informationalization will be success if each function realizes easier on the task-employee's viewpoint. Achieving this objective, a solution provider or department must reflect their work characteristics of nature which has least level of work performing resistance. It is most useful system for SME level unit, if a provider develops single programs which based on task activities, and each program can configure network-linking.

호남문화의 정체성과 문화발전을 확보하고 이를 세계화하며 동시에 경제적 가치를 창출하기 위해서는 호남문화를 정보화해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 호남문화 정보화의 사회 문화적 가치와 경제적 가치를 살펴보고 호남문화의 정보화 과정을 3단계로 부류하여 설정하였으며, 호남문화의 정보화를 담당할 인력 양성과 호남문화 교육 및 정보문화 교육을 실시하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 호남문화 정보화를 위한 가상 정보문화학부 설립에 관한 구성체제 및 교육과정을 제안하였다.

As information and communication technology advances driving the rapid evolution of e-commerce and e-business becomes on effective marketing means for both business and institutions, the industry deals with these changes and has a profound, positive impact on production and operations management. But the construction industry falls behind compared with other industries in productivity, informationalization, automatization and globalization. Especially even though the informationalization is inevitable in any developing society, a number of construction industries can hardly cope with it properly. As the construction industry gets informationalized and advanced, the introduction of PMIS (Project Management Information System) is making progress actively for the effective construction project control and productivity improvement in construction. With the government officials' political promotion and the rising desire for construction informationalization of enterprises, many are attempting to develop integrated systems or to replace a previous system with a more advanced alternative. Construction Industry, however, has the peculiar properties that the period for the completion of construction is limited and on top of that, most of its data processing systems are seen as being an early stage in the design of management information systems. As a result, there are extremely few applications in the construction industry. In this paper, we propose the PMIS system based on new model 4CM that improves on previous models.

소프트웨어 영역이 빠른 속도로 확장되고 있는 시점에서 고품질의 소프트웨어를 생산하는 것이 효과적인 정보시스템 구축을 위한 필수조건이다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 소프트웨어 품질을 개선하기 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있으며 현재 소프트웨어 개선 및 평가에 사용되는 프로세스 가장 광범위하고 효과적인 프레임워크 중의 하나가 바로 카네기멜론 대학교의 소프트웨어공학 연구소에서 개발한 CMM이다. CMM은 조직의 업무 수행능력을 진단은 물론 지속적인 개선을 통하여 소프트웨어의 생산성 향상과 품질을 개선하는데는 큰 성공을 거둔 반면, CMM의 여러 CMM 모델들을 하나의 프로그램에 사용할 경우 분석의 논점을 어지럽혀 혼란을 야기시킬 수 있다는 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본고에서는 CMM과 그 한계를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 CMMI의 등장배경과 CMM과의 차이점 등에 대해 살펴보고, 국방정보화 평가 영역에서 CMMI의 활용방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to examine the perception of usefulness and the use degree of search and purchase about internet shopping of housewives. Specifically, this study analyzes the trend of the perception of usefulness and the use degree of internet shopping, and closely examines the influential factors. The major findings are follows: (1) Those who are college-educated, employed, positive about household informationalization, internet-educated, highly capable of the internet, and comfortable with an issue of an effluence of personal data showed high perception of usefulness of internet shopping. (2) Those who are young, college-educated, and employed showed the high use degree of search. Those who are age 20 to 30, college-educated, employed, and at the early stage of family life cycle showed the high use degree of purchase. In addition, those who are positive about household informationalization high in the tendency of innovation and the awareness of time constaints, exposed to the internet education, high in the internet capability, and low in a burden of the internet bills and the effluence of personal data showed the high use degree of search and purchase.

본고에서는 국방 정보체계구축시 표준준수 및 체계통합을 이룩하여 효율적인 합동전력의 운용이 가능한 C4ISR체계의 구조설계방법과 상호운용성을 구현하기 위한 전략을 소개하고자 한다. 이와 함께 국방정보체계 구축시 적용되는 C4ISR 구조설계방법을 Zachman 구조설계방법과 대비하여 향후에 민간부문에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the informationalization over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitve power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top manager's support, well structured communication channel, strategic plan's connection and inner informationalization level. And IS organization ＆ human resources, IS discipline ＆ training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LIS's main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working process's, institution's imperfection and system's interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.
