자가조직화 지도 방법을 이용한 조절된 낙동강 내 동물플랑크톤 역동성의 모형화 (Patterning Zooplankton Dynamics in the Regulated Nakdong River by Means of the Self-Organizing Map)

  • 본 연구는 지난 10여년간의 (1994 ${\sim}$ 2003) 주간격의 자료를 이용한 자가조직화 지도 (SOM) 방법으로 낙동강 하류역 (물금: 낙동강 하구언으로부터 27 km 상류지점)에서 동물플랑크톤 군집 동태에 대한 계절별 유형화 분석을 하는데 목적이 있다. 담수생태계내의 먹이망에서 동물플랑크톤 군집의 역할은 매우 중요하나, 다른 군집 구성원들과의 비교 연구는 다소 미진하게 진행되었다. 비선형 모형 알고리즘인 SOM을 동물플랑크톤 군집 역동성과 강 환경 인자들과의 상관관계 파악을 위하여 적용하였다. 육수학적 환경 인자 (수온, 용존산소, pH, 세키투명도, 탁도, 클로로필 a 농도, 유량 등) 들을 동물플랑크톤 군집 구조(윤충류, 지각류 및 요각류)의 계절적 변화 유형파악을 위하여 사용하였다. 학습된 SOM 모형은 육수학적 환경인자와 연관 지어 지도상에 동물플랑크톤을 배치되었다. 동물플랑크톤의 주요 세 군집들은 계절별 변화 유형에 있어서 높은 유사성을 가지고 있었다. 다양한 육수학적 환경인자 중, 수온은 동물플랑크톤 군집 역동성과 매우 높은 연관관계를 나타내었다(특히, 지각류). SOM 모형은 여름기간 증가된 강 유량에 의해서 동물플랑크톤을 매우 저해하는 요인으로 표현되었다. 클로로필 a 농도는 우점한 초식성 동물플랑크톤 활성도에 의해 지도상에서 구획되었다. 본 연구는 비선형 방법을 이용한 육수학적 환경요인과 동물플랑크톤 역동성을 연관 지어 소개하였으며, 이러한 정보는 먹이망이라는 관점에서 볼 때, 강 생태계 관리에 유용한 정보로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

한국내 물류서비스에 드론 활용을 위한 연구 (Study on Utilization Drones in Domestic Logistics Service in Korea)

  • Purpose - In the year of 2015 and 2016, one of the items that got attention in CES was a drone. It has been 100 years since a drone emerged, but most were used for military purposes. As its use became diverse as of 2010, it got attention of the general public. In Korea, it was in 2011 that a drone was known to the public through an aerial video shooting for television program. This study tried to come up with suggestions by comparing domestic with overseas cases, and tried to consider the related technologies and systems with applying the role of drones in logistics service. Research design, data, and methodology - The overseas cases were regarded as drone's logistical purpose. The Prime Air service by US Amazon is still not commercialized and under pre-testing due to Federal Aviation Regulations, although it started in 2013. In Germany, DHL succeeded in delivering service testing which is called Parcelcopter, but it is not commercialized yet. Other than these, there are more attempts to prepare logistics service in China with Taobao, in France with Geopost's test, and in Africa. In Korea, CJ Korea Express tested delivery with a self-developed drone Results - In order to study for utilizing drones for logistics as the prerequisites, some overseas and domestic cases, which are currently considered, were reviewed. Also, the technologies and institutional requirements to commercialize drones for logistical purpose were reviewed. The reasons for using drones in logistics is to ensure the price competitiveness by reducing cost. The empirical test also will be needed because drone pilot areas are designated by ministry of land, infrastructure and transport. Conclusions - In order to utilize drones in logistics and foster the industry, this study would like to suggest the followings. First of all, size of drones for logistics needs to be fixed and their operating system should be standardized. Centralized investment resources are needed through standardization to ensure the market occupancy. Secondly, it is necessary to get the converged businesses that do research, develop and commercialize drones with the investment of private sector. Example can be found in Korea aerospace Industries. We can respond to the rapid growth of the market with intensive investing by integrating the private sector investment. Thirdly, institutional arrangements are needed to be established quickly. In the case of high-technologies like drones, institutional support often does not follow the rapid development of the technology. The problems can be found in securing drones-only airspace, creating drone-specialized pilot's license, matters related to remote controller and complementary regulations for drones in Aviation Act. If these regulations are not prepared or complemented at the right timing, technologies cannot be commercialized even though the development is completed. Fourthly, there is a need to secure the transparency regarding possible privacy and personal information protection problem while operating drones. Finally, in order to foster this new industry, government should focus on supporting R&D more in the long term than short term outcomes.

동북아 물류중심국가 추진전략에 관한 연구 (Practical approaches to becoming the logistics hub of Northeast Asia)

  • Purpose - The Northeast Asian Logistic Hub strategy was established to create a national competitive advantage in northeast Asia. Countries in this region are competing fiercely to become the central base distribution port as the volume of container shipping continues to increase due to the northeast Asian (especially Chinese) economic growth. The primary method by which shippers are improving their customer service and distribution is enhancing profits by minimizing call ports on the key route through strategic affiliations and the use of large vessels. Each nation is planning large-scale investments in the construction of sea ports that can accommodate large vessels. This paper proposes ways by which the logistical strategies of domestic corporations can keep pace with changes in government policy concerning the Northeast Asian Business Hub policy. It examines the logistics system in the Northeast Asian region, analyzes the government's Northeast Asian Business Hub policy, and suggests logistical strategies for domestic corporations through an analysis based on a questionnaire designed to grasp domestic firms' needs and goals. Research design, data and methodology - The purpose of this study is to determine how shipping companies establish partnerships with third-party logistics providers and draws out the implications of the results. The survey methods used were personal interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample population through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, of which 165 were returned. Among these, ten were excluded due to insufficient content; ultimately, 155 were used for the sample. The statistical data collection process was analyzed through data coating and a statistical package program. Results - This study argues that greater flexibility in policies, administration, and systems will be needed to significantly improve established business practices. In this dissertation, we primarily identify that in order to become a center of northeast Asian logistics, Korea must adopt a new paradigm and abandon the existing systems that are based on the economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be necessary to improve business practices. Domestic corporations must establish a strategic logistics hub and related network while simultaneously pursuing value-added logistics businesses by increasing their manpower and building a logistics information system. This will strengthen their competitive edge and lead to system improvements. Conclusions - Domestic corporations must adopt a new paradigm and use more reasonable business laws, systems, and policies that are based on market-driven flexibility and transparency. Moreover, social norms and regulations should be established to help ensure political and social security. Korea must also develop a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. Finally, the paradigm defining the policy governing the development of the capital city and its satellite cities in this context must be changed.

김밥의 자가품질검사 항목설정의 합리화 방안 (Ways to Improve the Efficiency of the Self Quality Inspection Analysis for RTE Kimbab)

  • 이 논문은 즉석섭취식품으로 분류되는 김밥용 김에 관한 자가품질검사의 개선안을 제시하였다. 김밥용 김에 적용하는 검사항목 중 장염비브리오균은 3가지 측면에서 적합하지 않다. 첫째, 선행연구 가운데 김밥용 김에서 장염비브리오균을 발견한 사례가 전무하다. 둘째, 전수조사 성격의 자가품질검사 부정합 내역(2015~16년)에 김밥용 김이 적시된 적이 없다. 셋째, 국제기준인 CODEX 규정은 해조류에 장염비브리오균 검사 의무를 부여하지 않는다. 끝으로, 수출용 김과 조미김 및 기타 수산물가공품 유형에 해당 검사가 면제된다. 이에 따라 김밥용 김에 대한 장염비브리오균 검사의무의 면제는 타당하며 그에 따른 경제적 이득은, 특히 영세업체에 클 것으로 추정된다. 2018년 3월 중 총 75곳의 자가품질 검사기관에 대한 전화 및 서류조사 결과 업체당 수수료 절약 규모는 업체당 연평균 13만 원에 이를 것으로 산출하였다. 또한, 검사의 투명성과 효율을 제고하기 위해서는 검사기관 간 수수료의 조화가 필요할 것으로 판명되었다.

중국의 동북아 물류중심화 현황과 발전전략에 관한 연구 (A Study of China's Condition as the Logistics Hub of Northeast Asia and a Development Strategy)

  • Purpose - Korea has a better geographical location than other nations in the Northeast Asian region. This means that Korea has an opportunity to become the center of international physical distribution in Northeast Asia. Korea should take advantage of this opportunity by exploring appropriate strategies to achieve this goal, assuming government willingness, with a view to capitalizing on the geographical advantage of the Korean peninsula and constructing a comprehensive physical distribution network system. If we prepare for this scenario, Korea could become the center of international physical distribution in Northeast Asia. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has the purpose of determining how shipping companies form partnerships with third-party logistics providers, and the relevant implications. The survey methods used were personal interview and a questionnaire distributed through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, out of which 285 were returned. Of the collected questionnaires, 10 were excluded because of insufficient content, leaving 275 to be used in the study as available valid samples. The data that was collected from these samples was analyzed using the data coating process and by employing a statistical package program. Results - Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be needed to create better business practices. In this dissertation, first and foremost, the results reveal that in order to become the center of Northeast Asian logistics, Korea must transition into a new paradigm based on the current economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and egalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be required to create better business practices. Domestic logistics corporations need to occupy a strategic logistics hub, create a logistics network, and activate value-added logistics business strategies by ensuring significant manpower and by building a logistics information system to strengthen their competitive edge, creating an improved system. Conclusions - In this dissertation, first and foremost, we point out that in order to become a center of North East Logistics, Korea should change to a new paradigm from the old one based on current economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and egalitarianism. More reasonable business laws, systems, and policies based on market-driven flexibility and transparency should be created. Moreover, social norms and rules should be reasonably established, to accomplish political and social security. Korea has to cultivate a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. This involves a change of paradigm for the development of the capital city and satellite cities. It will take a powerful task force or organization to plan and execute the vision that aims to meet these needs, accomplish the necessary goals, use the appropriate system effectively, and make Korea a key country in the field of Northeast Asian logistics.

항공사 승무원의 진정성리더십이 긍정심리자본 및 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 -긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Authentic Leadership on Positive Psychological Capital and Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Flight Attendants -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital-)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로 진정성리더십이 긍정심리자본 및 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 특히 승무원의 진정성리더십과 변화지향 조직시민행동의 관계에 있어 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 진정성리더십 연구의 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 국내 두 대형항공사의 객실승무원을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 편의표본추출을 통해 390부의 설문지를 항공사 승무원을 대상으로 회수하였으며, 결측치가 있는 자료를 제외하고 377부를 활용하였다. SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0을 통해 자료 분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 진정성리더십은 이론적 고찰을 통해 자기인식, 관계적 투명성, 내면화된 도덕관점, 균형적 정보처리의 하위요인으로 구분하였으며, 이 중 자기인식과 내면화된 도덕관점이 긍정심리자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 변화지향 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진정성리더십과 변화지향 조직시민행동의 관계에 있어 긍정심리자본의 매개효과는 부분적으로 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 자료를 활용하여 항공승무원의 인식 및 행동에 영향을 미치는 진정성리더십을 강화할 수 있는 교육프로그램을 마련을 통해 항공승무원들의 긍정적인 업무태도의 활성화 추구가 필요하다.

오가닉 코튼[Organic Cotton]을 이용한 지속가능한 패션디자인 (A Study on the Sustainable Fashion Design by Organic Cotton)

  • By the turn of the century, our society has been gradually more interested in environmental problems than any other time. Ecological change spurred by industrial pollution is occurring beyond the borders of nations, and has emerged as a global issue. Such change is resulting in exhaustion of natural resources and energy, and serious climatic change. In this study, main focus regarding the process of the fashion product design system was placed on the sustainable fashion design of organic cotton as a positive and alternative suggestion. It is expected that the results of this study contribute to the fashion design planning not only for future generation but also for the present time. This study researched on brands that produced their fashion products using organic cotton. The following cases proved to possess sustainability in their product system. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, sustainable design in organic cotton products has been a progressive ere-design in 2000s. It is mainly focus concerned with recycling and re-use of materials to protect environment. It is not chemical dependant and takes a particular care in eliminating waste water and energy in the dyeing process. It is an environmentally sustainable design better than all the other design processes. Secondly, it is a design that cares for the common good of society and the global system of fair trading. The fair trading of organic cotton products induced a change in the structure of production system, while defending human rights. It also gave benefits by promoting development in local society and progress in traditional skills. Not to mention that it contributed to building up the concept of transparency in the global economic system. Lastly, the brands emphasize their social responsibility and management ethics to observe environmental policy which is established to protect our nature and people. Their public information reminds customers of the importance of protecting the environment from diverse pollution. Moreover, they hold social events to promote public awareness for environmental Issues. This study dealt only with the organic cotton, a small subset of the subject of sustainable design. It can be extended and applied to various other sustainable fashion design as a solution for global environmental issues.

자금 세탁 방지를 위한 블록체인 기반 스마트 컨트랙트 메커니즘 설계 (A Study on the Design of Smart Contracts mechanism based on the Blockchain for anti-money laundering)

  • 블록체인은 네트워크 내의 모든 참여자들이 공동으로 소유하고 검증함으로서 데이터의 조작을 방지하고 무결성 및 신뢰성을 보장하는 기술이다. 블록체인은 보안성 및 확장성 투명성을 특징으로 하며 전 세계에서 이용가능하기 때문에 최근 송금을 포함하여 물류 유통, IoT 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그 중에서도 최근에는 블록체인을 기반으로 하여 다양한 형태의 계약을 체결하고 이행을 자동화할 수 있는 스마트 컨트랙트에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 스마트 컨트랙트를 활용하면 계약 사항을 미리 프로그래밍하여 작성하고, 조건이 충족되면 즉시 시행되기 때문에 디지털 데이터에 대한 신뢰도를 더욱 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 컨트랙트 설계에 관한 연구를 진행하면서 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 가상화폐의 불법적 자금 악용 등의 문제를 해결하는 방안으로써, 스마트 컨트랙트 설계 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 고객확인(KYC:Know Your Customer)과 자금세탁방지 과정을 스마트 컨트랙트를 활용해 적용해 보았으며, 자금세탁방지의 가능성을 확인 및 ASM(AML SmartContract mechanism) 설계 방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

농산물 산지유통인의 제도권 편입 방안 (Development Strategies for Local Assemblers of Agricultural Products)

  • 농산물 산지유통인들은 판로제공, 선도거래로 농가 위험의 전가, 금융제공, 영농활동, 노동력 공급, 물류, 정보 제공 등의 중요한 산지유통 기능을 수행하고 있으나, 거래 방식이 포전거래 등 비공식적인 절차에 의해 이루어지고 있어 투명성과 생산자 보호 장치가 미흡하다. 산지유통인의 투명성을 높이고 정부 정책의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 산지유통인의 법인화 등 제도권 편입방안이 필요하다. 앞으로 정부 정책 사업은 개인 산지유통인보다는 법인 위주로 추진하고, 단계적으로 법인화를 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 산지유통인의 법인화 방안으로는 먼저 산지유통인의 의식 전환 및 교육 확대가 선행되어야 하고, 우수 산지유통인 중심으로 농업법인 결성, 법인의 규모 확대, 품목농협으로 발전, 산지유통법인 계열화, 품목 전국조직 결성 및 자조금사업 추진, 산지유통인 법인화에 따른 정부지원이 필요하다. 특히 정부는 현재 지원되고 있는 다양한 산지유통조직육성 프로그램 등을 통해 산지유통법인을 육성할 필요가 있다. 산지유통인의 법인화와 더불어 포전거래 제도화 등 투명성 제고 방안도 적극적으로 모색되어야 한다. 포전거래의 투명성을 높이기 위해서는 거래의 공정성과 명확성을 높인 표준계약서사용을 확대하고, 포전거래 불공정해위 신고센터 등을 운영하여 포전거래 분쟁조정 기능을 강화시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 포전거래 증서 거래소를 설립하여 운영하며, 장기적으로는 엽채류의 선물시장 상장 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 결국 무, 배추와 같은 엽근채류 유통을 대부분 담당하고 있는 산지유통인을 법인화시키고 포전거래의 투명성을 높임으로써 산지유통인의 불공정거래로부터 생산자를 보호하고 농산물 수급안정화 정책의 실효성을 높여야 할 것이다.

노인그룹홈의 운영과 생활환경에 관한 연구 -전주시와 광주시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Management and Living Environment of the Group-homes for the Elderly -Focusing on Jeonju and Kwangju-)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the situations of group-homes for the elderly and clarify the problems of them. This study investigates the present conditions of welfare facilities and supply conditions. 4 group-homes were surveyed in Jeonju and Kwangju cities. Data was collected through various ways including the survey conducted by facility operators, the measurement of living space, and photo-takings. The major results of this study are as follows: 1) With the introduction of nursing care insurance in 2008, the increase of the demand and supply to group-home will be expected, due to less cost for recuperation. The care of elderly in homelike atmosphere is effective to the elderly suffering from dementia. Therefore, it is proper that the supply of group-homes for dementia will be needed. 2) Group-homes for the elderly are being supplied under the standards of welfare facilities in the present. Separate supply standards, however, are needed because they are not suitable for small scale group-homes. 3) To supply Group-homes for the elderly on a one-unit basis would cause various problems such as economical unreality, personnel distribution and so on. It is necessary to supply more than two units for more efficient management. 4) The management of group-homes for the elderly is financially unstable because the operating funds heavily depend on the users or people who are connected with the facilities through private networks. Therefore, additional support is needed to settle the financial problem. It would be helpful to build the public networking that provides information about the group-home for the elderly for the public. 5) In case of the increase in the supply of the group-home in a residential area, it could be helpful to promote the group-home to the public. 6) The operators state that the main problems of group homes for the elderly lie in financial difficulties and the shortage of professionals and volunteers. The financial, personnel, and material support for personnel and the supervision of management are required for the transparency and effectiveness of the facility management. In addition, the closer network and cooperation system with the community is required. 7) The present living environments for group-homes for the elderly leave much room for improvement, considering the physical condition of the elderly. The more careful selections in the color, shape, material, and equipment of the facilities should be made for the convenience of the elderly users.
