청소년의 도서관 인식 및 정보원 이용에 관한 조사연구 (An Exploratory Study on Adolescents' Perceptions of Library and their Information Use)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 이용자들의 도서관에 대한 인식과 정보이용을 개괄적으로 살펴보고 검색엔진 정보원과 비교한 도서관 정보원 인식, 정보원에 대한 평가 및 각 요소들의 연관성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위한 데이터는 설문조사로 수집, 기술통계 및 상관분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 청소년 집단은 검색엔진 정보원을 가장 선호하는 탐색도구로 사용하며 도서관은 책과 같은 인쇄자료의 접근을 주로 하며 도서관을 자주 이용하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 정보원 선택은 사용이 쉽거나 빨리 얻을 수 있는 정보원을 사용하고자 하였고 정보원 비교 등 각 요소들의 상관관계를 확인한 결과 상당히 많은 요소들 사이의 상호연관성이 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore that what is the consideration when using photographs as data sources for historic costume research. So in other to achieve the study, first of all, I have to think over about the new media, photography, and then review the articles and studies how they have been used by scholars outside or our field. The considerations are the followings: 1. What kind of information can be found in historic photographs? The kind of information that may only be found in historic photographs and not in any other data source. What types of photographs are there; how the information varies by type of photograph. 2. What photographs can provide as data sources? How photographs can be used quantitative versus qualitative information; how to collect this information from one or more photographs, the criteria for the use of photographs. 3. Limitations of using historic photographs and what kind of information cannot be found in historic photographs. Be sure to discuss investigating the reliability of assigned dates;the importance of and suggestions on how could be done as part of the criterial for use of photographs. So, by asking and understanding these questions, we will use photographs better as a visual resource forward.

중소기업에서의 정보요구와 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flow of Industrial Information in the Small-and Medium-Sized Industry)

  • This research attempts to verify the hypothesis that the workers in the small-and medium-sized industries use more informal information channels than formal ones do to get the information necessary to industrial activities. Information sources are divided by the internal and the external ones and these are sub-divided by their acquiring channels, publishers and holding institutions. It is intended to investigate the information sources according to the use frequency, age, origin and format of documents used. The degree of benefit to the workers in their practical work through the use of information sources and the use frequency of information sources by the department and years of experience are also investigated. The data to test the hypothesis was collected through the questionnaires distributed to the workers in 300 sampled firms from June 5 to June 20, The following facts have been verified as the result : 1. Workers in industries acquire information mainly through the contacts with the colleagues or superiors in their departments, and the junior workers depend more on the colleague and superiors than senior workers are. 2. Among the documents published internally, the ones from the research and development departments are mostly used. The documents issued by the worker's own departments are also frequently used and the senior workers, the more frequently use the internal publications than the junior workers do. 3. Among the internal documents stored in various places in the industries, the documents kept in the worker's own departments are used most frequently. The senior workers the more use privately owned documents than the junior workers do. 4. As far as the external channels are concerned, information is obtained mainly through suppliers of equipment and raw materials and the use frequency of information channels varies according to department. The senior workers the more receive information through supporting institution, seminar and exhibition than the junior workers do. 5. Among the external publication, the ones published by the industrial supporting institutions are heavily used and the workers in research and developments frequently use the external publications. 6. The documents held in governmental industrial institutions and industrial supporting institutions are heavily used compared with the ones stored in other external institutions. The holding places of frequently used documents vary according to the working departments. 7. The degree of benefit to practical work performance resulted from the internal information use is less than by the use of external information. 8. The documents published more than five years ago are more used than the ones of less than five years, Korean and Japanese documents are used frequently and catalogues, patents and standards are used to a great extent. The documents are used differently in accordance with work departments.

혜택세분화(惠澤細分化)에 따른 신세대(新世代) 진웨어의 정보원(情報員) 활용(活用)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Use Information Sources according to the Benefit Segmentation of New Kids' Jeans Wearing)

  • The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the information sources according to the benefit segmentations of New kids' jeans wearing. The subject consisted of 392 adolescents in Seoul and Honsung area. For analysis of data, confirming factor analysis, correlations, stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results were as follow ; 1. The benefit segmentation dimensions of New kids' jeans wearing were brand royalty, personality, fashionality, and utility pursuit. 2. According to the correlations between the benefit segmentation and the information sources, brand royalty was positive correlation with all information sources. Similary, both personality and fashionality were positive correlation with market initiated and neutral information. The other hand. only utility was negative correlation with neutral information. 3. In influences of the information sources according to the benefit segmentations, market initiated information is high valued in personality, fashionality, utility, and brand royalty. Neutral information is high valued in fashionality.

외래 환자들의 의약품 정보원과 선호도 분석 (Patients' Sources of Drug Information and Their Preferences in Community Pharmacy)

  • Appropriate drug information is essential in pharmaceutical care practice. In recent years, educating patients with their prescription and drug therapy is becoming an increasingly important aspect of health care. Appropriate drug information has been shown to improve patients' adherence to their medication and the results of pharmacotherapy. The purpose of this study was to study patients' sources of drug information and their preferences in Korea. This study was a 11-questionnaire survey conducted from February 8, 2010 to February 25, 2010. Major sources of drug information used by respondents, proportions of respondents who received drug information on administration, dosage, indication, or warnings and precautions, sources of drug information which patients prefer, and the reasons of their preferences were studied. Of the 303 respondents, the most common sources of drug information were pharmacists (29.7%), doctors (23.8%), and the Internet (17.2%). There were significant differences according to sources of drug information in proportions of respondents who received drug information on administration, dosage, indication, or warnings and precautions. Patients preferred pharmacists as a drug information source the most (38.9%), and the reasons were reliability (72.0%) and easy to use (28.0%). Based on the results of this study, further studies should be conducted to establish the best way to provide appropriate drug information for patients and improve the results of pharmacotherapy.

남성소비자의 패션의식에 따른 쇼핑행동연구 -구매행동, 쇼핑성향, 정보원활용을 중심으로- (The study on the Shopping behavior according to fashion consciousness of Male Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study is to research male consumers' shopping behavior according to their fashion consciousness. For the purpose, the data collected were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test X2-test, and Pearson's correlation. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Male consumers' fashion consciousness were classified into 4 groups-Impulse Buying Consciousness Group, Brand Consciousness Group, Style Consciousness Group, and Fashion Indifference Group-by the following 6 factors: Impulse Buying Consciousness, Brand Consciousness, Style Consciousness, Trend Consciousness, Price Consciousness, Consumption Expenditure Consciousness. 2. There were significant differences existed among each group according to clothing purchase behavior, shopping orientation, and use of information sources. 3. There were a relationship among male consumers' fashion consciousness, their use of information sources, and their shopping behavior including clothing shopping orientation.

청소년의 불법음원사용에 대한 결과기대와 사용행동 간의 관계: 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석의 이중매개효과 (The Relationship between Outcome Expectancy and Adolescents' Illegal Use of Music Sources: Double Mediating Effects of Reward Sensitivity and Social Dilution of Responsibility)

  • 이 연구는 청소년의 불법음원사용에 대한 결과기대와 사용행동 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석이 병렬적으로 이중매개 하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 그런 목적을 성취하기 위해 수도권에 거주하는 302명의 남녀 고등학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모델 4로 이중매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 결과기대는 고등학생의 보상민감성, 사회적 책임감 희석 및 불법음원사용과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석도 불법음원사용과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 보상민감성과 사회적 책임감 희석이 결과기대와 불법음원사용 간의 관계를 병렬적으로 이중매개 하고 있었다. 이 결과는 청소년의 불법음원을 사용하게 하는 내적 심리기제가 중요할 수 있음을 시사하고, 청소년이 불법으로 음원을 사용하지 않게 할 수 있는 전략을 마련하는 데에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

국제연합 전문기구의 정보원과 이용에 관한 연구 (Information Sources and Use of the UN Specialized Agencies)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국제기구 연구의 기초가 될 주요 정보원과 정보서비스의 특징을 분석하여 국제기구 정보원에 대한 접근 및 이용의 효율성을 증진시키는데 있다. 경제, 환경, 문화, 교육, 보건 및 관련 분야의 국제협력을 도모하고 있는 16개 국제연합 전문기구를 대상으로 각 기구의 목적과 기능을 개관하고, 웹상에서 확인할 수 있는 각 기구의 문서 및 출판물의 종류와 주제별 특성, 도서관 정보서비스 그리고 그 정보원의 식별과 접근을 도와주는 도구 및 시스템들을 살펴보았으며 효율적인 전문기구 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안들을 논의하였다.

고등학생들의 정보이용환경(IUEs)에 관한 연구 (A Study on High School Students' Information Use Environments)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보이용환경 모형을 적용하여 교육열 높은 지역 고등학생들의 특성과 전형적인 정보문제들을 확인하고 그 문제해결을 위한 정보원, 그리고 이용환경을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 K구 소재 중산층과 사교육기관이 밀집한 지역 3개 고교 220명의 학생들에게 설문지를 배포하고 188부의 유효응답 설문지를 회수하였고, SPSS24를 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, T-검증, 카이제곱 교차분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 하였다. 수집된 데이터를 사람들, 정보문제, 문제해결, 이용환경의 네 요소로 나누어 분석한 결과, 이 지역 고등학생들은 학교교육, 대학진학, 변화와 혁신에 대체로 긍정적인 태도를 갖추고 있으며 여러 정보원 중에 인터넷커뮤니티와 포털을 가장 선호하였다. 학생들의 전형적인 정보문제는 7개 자아범주의 21개 문제임이 도출되었으며 이들은 감정적 자아와 인지적 자아 범주의 문제들을 가장 중요하다고 인식하였다. 이 두 자아범주의 문제해결을 위해서는 부모, 형제, 자매가 주요정보원이었는데 이 결과는 학생들이 가장 선호하는 정보원이 인터넷 커뮤니티와 포털이라는 조사 결과와는 달라 흥미롭다. 학생들의 주중 일상적 이용환경은 집과 학교이며 그 외 스마트기기, 사교육학원, PC 또는 노트북 등의 순이었고 학생들의 주말 일상적 이용 환경은 집 외에 사교육학원, 음식점, PC 또는 노트북 등의 순이었다. 또한 이용환경은 성별과 학년에 따라 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 후속 연구를 위해 연구 결과로부터 파생된 여러 연구 질문을 남겼으며 다양한 맥락에 적용가능한 정보이용환경 모형을 교육열이 높은 지역 고등학생들에게 적용했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Information Sources for Investment Decisions of U.S. Elderly Consumers

  • Using data from the 2007 SCF, this study examined the use of information source for investment decisions of elderly consumers. The results indicated that many elderly consumers (about 88%) involved savings /investment decisions. The elderly used 'Experts' (39.48%) as a major information source for their investment decisions, followed by 'Friends' (24.18%). The results of the multinomial logit analysis suggested that the perceived value, the cost for search, knowledge, risk and some of the demographic factors were significantly related to the choice of the information sources for investments by elderly consumers.
