Modern society has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution beyond the information age. In other words, technology innovations such as life science, unmanned automobiles, drone, artificial intelligence, big data, robot technology, Internet of things, and nano-technology are leading the change of the world. In these technologies use and delivery of information is playing a key role, and the field of information security for the safe use of information has become an indispensable discipline. In this sense, it is necessary to standardize the curriculum of universities to foster security manpower to meet the needs of the era. In this paper, we develop and present a model to standardize the curriculum in the field of information security. Using this model, each educational institution will be able to select the necessary track or field to guide the students and cultivate information security manpower effectively.

Recently, the importance of the role of the university information security department in nurturing security experts to defend against cyber attacks is increasing day by day. The current university security curriculum has a problem in that the proportion of theoretical education is high and the professionalism of practical education is relatively low. This study analyzed the recent educational programs of domestic and foreign security education institutions for the purpose of improving the practical ability of the Department of Security, designing a class model suitable for the core specialization process, and suggesting the direction. The proposed model improves the existing problems of basic class connection and security practice curriculum roadmap, and additionally explains the practice program of the five core specialized subjects. This study intends to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the curriculum and educational model of each university's security department.

If students are not aware of the information security, they easily let others know their information or they use others' information with no sense of guilt. The information security education is necessary to protect and prevent students from cyber crime. However, South Korea's information curriculum has no specific information security education course and it has led a school or teacher to teach contents of information ethics superficially. The purpose of this paper is to find the factors affecting the information security practice of the elementary school students. For an empirical analysis, questionnaire survey was conducted and the Partial Least Square(PLS) was used to analyze the research model. The analysis results show that the information ethics awareness and the information security awareness have a positive impact on the information security practice. The results of this study are expected to help choose the specific information security curriculum required for the information security practice of elementary school students.

The spreading of internet, combined with the computerization of industry and the life whole has created an incereased demand on the private life protection and information portection, but due to the lack of specialty manpower on the information protection industry field there are many difficulties. Therefore, in this paper a curriculum for an information protection specialty manpower training is proposed. The proposed curriculum indispensability 1,2 and classified with a selection 1,2 and classified with a selection 1,2. The information protection application field into 9 segments of domains, and to carry out the curriculum in a ring structure. The curriculum based on the information security field's 9 domains and related field practical business, and the course offered after graduation to deepen the specialty, need to be carried out by each domain in order to continuously carry out the information security deepening process.

National Competency Standards (NCS) need to be introduced to train newly hired staff and to gradually improve employees' work performance in the information security industry. In particular, the introduction of a new NCS curriculum for new hires is important in order to retain and efficiently manage professionals in the information security field. However, the legacy NCS is not clearly designed for the information security field. So a formal curriculum has been suggested for institutions training the information security workforce. Therefore, this study establishes a competency unit based on the types of personnel, their duties, and required knowledge. To select the competency unit, this study reviewed prior research to understand the required skills and work knowledge, and reviewed recruitment-based NCS that public agencies and public and private companies have carried out, including them in the study. The selected competency unit was classified into a required competency unit and an elective competency unit based on the importance of the duties and the demands of training. Through a verification process for the new, licensed career path model in the NCS information and communications field, this study suggests updated NCS competency units and required courses to provide an appropriate NCS curriculum for newly hired employees in the information security industry.

Although various information and communication technologies occupy a place in daily life in the face of the fourth industrial revolution, the contents related to information security in elementary and secondary education courses are mainly related to personal information protection, and the contents and countermeasures of rapidly changing security threats are low in textbooks, and they are far behind the changes. To improve this, this paper suggests that education contents related to information security are included in elementary school real and middle school information textbooks, educational contents related to wireless network and PC security are included to cope with rapidly changing security threats that may arise from the age of the Internet of Things, non-face-to-face classes, and case-based information ethics education can be organized to eradicate curiosity about hacking. Through this paper, we will help prevent information security accidents by establishing basic security measures on our own and strengthening security awareness in the information age.

Recently, cyber attacks are continuously threatening the cyberspace of the state across the border. Such cyber attacks show a surface which is intelligent and sophisticated level that can paralyze key infrastructure in the country. It can be seen well in cases, such as hacking threat of nuclear power plant, 3.20 cyber terrorism. Especially in public institutions of the country in which there is important information of the country, advanced prevention is important because the large-scale damage is expected to such cyber attacks. Technical support is also important, but by improving the cyber security awareness and security expert knowledge through the cyber security education to the country's public institutions workers is important to raise the security level. This paper suggest education courses for the rise of the best security effect through a short-term course for the country's public institutions workers.

Due to exponentially growing threats of cyber attacks, many organizations have begun to recognize the importance of information security. There is an explosion in demand for experienced ISMs(Information Security Managers) and ISSDs(Information Security System Developers). To educate ISMs and ISSDs, identifying the specific knowledge and skill for information security professional is critical. This paper identifies 15 items of knowledge and skill for ISMs and ISSDs using a simplified Delphi technique and categories them. The results of this paper could be used in determining what kinds of knowledge and skill should be included in the curriculum of information security programs.

The development of IT technology emphasizes the importance of training IT professionals, and the need for education for elementary and secondary education as well as adult education for training technical talent is expanding. In particular, information curriculum will be added as an essential course from the 2015 revised curriculum, and IT technology will be understood in the curriculum for elementary and secondary schools and will be required to develop applicability to solve problems based on understanding. Currently, research is under way to integrate IT technologies to provide new services, and if the use of personal information is required in the process, thorough security for the leakage of personal information is pre-empted. It also prevents the identification of personal information in the process of transmitting data to the outside world. In this paper, we propose a training method for elementary school subjects to understand the non-identification process that occurs in the process of transferring data using pipe games so that they can understand the principles of non-identification and develop applications to solve real-life problems.

This study aims to explore the status of e-learning in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. A survey was conducted to collect data from students and teachers regarding their awareness, access, and use of e-learning resources. The results showed that although there is a widespread use of the internet and mobile devices for accessing information, there is a lack of awareness and access to e-learning resources. Barriers to accessing e-learning content and a lack of familiarity with e-learning content development technologies were also identified. The study concludes that there is a need for improved e-learning facilities and curriculum in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. Recommendations are provided for developing a correctness-centered e-learning based curriculum that is tailored to the specific needs of the students in the region. It is hoped that the findings of this study will inform efforts to improve the teaching and learning process in the region and provide students with greater flexibility and access to study materials.
