Nowadays, openness and accessibility of information systems increase security threats from inside and outside of organization. Appropriate password is supposed to bring out security effects such as preventing misuses and banning illegal users. This study emphasizes on choosing passwords from perspective of information security and investigated user's security awareness affecting behavioral intention. The research model proposed in this study includes user's security belief which is influenced by risk awareness factors such as information assets, threats and vulnerability elements. The risk awareness factors ale derived from risk analysis methodologies for information security. User's risk awareness is a factor influencing the security belief, attitude toward security behavior, and security behavioral intention. According to the result of this study, while vulnerability is not related to the risk awareness, information assets and threats are related to the user's risk awareness. There is a significant relationship between risk awareness and security belief. Also, user's security behavioral intention is significantly affected by security attitude.

Social networking service (SNS) is a service that allows people to share information, manage relationships with others, and express themselves on the Internet. The number of SNS users have increased explosively with the growth of mobile devices such as smartphones. As the influence of SNS has grown extensively, potential threats to privacy have also become pervasive. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the main factors that affect users' intentions to use security functions provided by their SNS. The main theories for this study include the rational choice theory and the theory of planned behavior. This study has identified the factors that affect intention to use security functions. In addition, security function awareness and information security awareness are found to be important antecedents for intention to use security functions. The results of this study implies that when SNS providers develop security policies, they should consider the ways to improve users information security awareness and security function awareness simultaneously.

본 논문은 정보보호 인식을 매개로 기업이 정보보호 활동을 수행했을 때 정보보호 침해 사고 예방에 어떤 효과가 있는지에 초점을 맞춘다. 본 연구 모델로 정보보호 활동과 정보보호 인식이 정보보호 침해 사고를 감소시킨다는 가설을 설정하였다. 분석 대상의 일반적 특성은 빈도 분석을 실시하였으며, 측정 도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alph}$ 계수를 활용하였으며 분석 결과, 정보보호 활동과 정보보호 인식 그리고 정보보호 침해 사고의 관계에 대한 가설이 입증되었다.

조직의 정보보안을 강화하기 위해서는 정보보안설비에 대한 투자도 중요하지만 조직구성원들의 정보보안인식 역시 매우 중요하다. 이러한 정보보안인식을 높이기 위해서는 효과적인 교육이 필요하다. 하지만 대부분의 조직에서 활용하는 집체교육방식은 그다지 효과적이지 못하다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이에 대해 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이미 다양한 사례 및 연구를 통해 효과성이 입증되었고 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 조직원들의 인식을 향상시키기 위하여 게임 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 조직원들을 대상으로 교육을 수행하였으며 교육 전 후 평가 데이터 분석을 통해 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 인식 변화 여부를 조사하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 항만기업 종사자들의 정보보안인식정도와 지각된 정보보안위험 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 어떤 것들이 있는지를 실증 분석하는 것이다. 특히, 지각된 정보보안위험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 위험분석방법론을 토대로 자산, 위협, 취약성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 252개의 유효설문을 대상으로 AMOS를 이용한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 항만기업 종사자의 경우 정보자산은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의하지 않은 결과로 분석되었다. 둘째, 위협, 취약성은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정보보안인식과 정보보안교육, 정보보안인식과 정보보안의도와의 관계는 유의하게 분석되었다. 그러나 정보보안관심도는 정보보안인식에 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

This thesis implemented security systems of voice awareness which is higher accessible than existing security system using biological authentication system and is inexpensive in module of security device, and has an advantage in usability. Proposed the security systems of voice awareness implemented algorithm for characteristic extraction of inputted speaker's voice signal verification, and also implemented database of access control that is founded on extractible output. And a security system of voice awareness has a function of an authority of access control to system.

본 연구의 목적은 금융회사의 정보보호활동이 정보보호담당자들의 보안업무에 대한 자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 미흡한 점을 보완하기 위한 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 찾기 위한 연구이다. 연구결과, 금융회사가 정보보호교육, 침해사고 대응 및 입/출입 보안에 중점을 두고 정보보호활동을 하면 정보보호담당자의 회사에 대한 정보보호자신감 및 직원들의 정보보호의식 수준이 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Rapid progress of information technology and widespread use of the personal computers have brought various conveniences in our life. But this also provoked a series of problems such as hacking, malicious programs, illegal exposure of personal information etc. Information security threats are becoming more and more serious due to enhanced connectivity of information systems. Nevertheless, users are not much aware of the severity of the problems. Using appropriate password is supposed to bring out security effects such as preventing misuses and banning illegal users. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze a research model which includes a series of factors influencing the effectiveness of passwords. The research model incorporates the concept of risk based on information systems risk analysis framework as the core element affecting the selection of passwords by users. The perceived risk is a main factor that influences user's attitude on password security, security awareness, and intention of security behavior. To validate the research model this study relied on questionnaire survey targeted on evening class MBA students. The data was analyzed by AMOS 7.0 which is one of popular tools based on covariance-based structural equation modeling. According to the results of this study, while threat is not related to the risk, information assets and vulnerability are related to the user's awareness of risk. The relationships between the risk, users security awareness, password selection and security effectiveness are all significant. Password exposure may lead to intrusion by hackers, data exposure and destruction. The insignificant relationship between security threat and perceived risk can be explained by user's indetermination of risk exposed due to weak passwords. In other words, information systems users do not consider password exposure as a severe security threat as well as indirect loss caused by inappropriate password. Another plausible explanation is that severity of threat perceived by users may be influenced by individual difference of risk propensity. This study confirms that security vulnerability is positively related to security risk which in turn increases risk of information loss. As the security risk increases so does user's security awareness. Security policies also have positive impact on security awareness. Higher security awareness leads to selection of safer passwords. If users are aware of responsibility of security problems and how to respond to password exposure and to solve security problems of computers, users choose better passwords. All these antecedents influence the effectiveness of passwords. Several implications can be derived from this study. First, this study empirically investigated the effect of user's security awareness on security effectiveness from a point of view based on good password selection practice. Second, information security risk analysis framework is used as a core element of the research model in this study. Risk analysis framework has been used very widely in practice, but very few studies incorporated the framework in the research model and empirically investigated. Third, the research model proposed in this study also focuses on impact of security awareness of information systems users on effectiveness of password from cognitive aspect of information systems users.

This paper analyzed factors for employees to violate information security policy in financial companies based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA), general deterrence theory (GDT), and information security awareness and moderating effects of perceived sensitivity of customer information. Using the 376 samples that were collected through both online and offline surveys, statistical tests were performed. We found that the perceived severity of sanction and information security policy support to information policy violation attitude and subjective norm but the perceived certainty of sanction and general information security awareness support to only subjective norm. Also, the moderating effects of perceived sensitivity of customer information against information policy violation attitude and subjective norm were supported. Academic implications of this study are expected to be the basis for future research on information security policy violations of financial companies; Employees' perceived sanctions and information security policy awareness have an impact on the subjective norm significantly. Practical implications are that it can provide a guide to establish information security management strategies for information security compliance; when implementing information security awareness training for employees to deter violations by emphasizing the sensitivity of customer information, a company should make their employees recognize that the customer information is very sensitive data.

정보시스템의 확대 및 인터넷 사용의 급격한 증가에 따라 정보보안의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리는 정보보안의 중요성을 심각하지 않게 받아들이고 있다. 본 연구는 조직에서의 보안정책이 정보시스템 사용자의 보안의 식과 개인적 특성에 변화가 있는지 살펴보고, 보안의식과 개인적 특성이 패스워드 사용에 있어서의 보안효과를 가져다주는지 실증분석 하는 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 구조방정식 모형 기법을 적용한 본 연구모형의 분석결과에 의하면, 보안정책은 개인적 특성과 사용자의 보안의식 향상에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 또한 개인적 특성과 보안의식은 보안효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업 내의 정보보안은 보안정책을 잘 준수하고 이에 따른 개인적 특성과 보안의식 수준이 향상되었을 때 보다 안전한 패스워드의 보안효과를 거둘 수 있다.
