Network optimization and design procedures often separate quality of service (QOS) performance measures from reliability issues. This paper considers channel allocation and flow assignment (routing) in a network subject to link failures. Fault-tolerant channel allocation and flow assingments are determined which minimize network cost while maintaining QOS performance requirements. this approach is shown to yield significant network cost reductions compared to previous heuristic methods used in the design of packet switched network with unreliable links.

The major worldwide communication network operators have designed and are building up the NGN with various network capabilities, which conventional Internet do not have. The open network service model makes these network capabilities available to the third party of the value added service providers through the standardized API providing users with more intelligent and enhanced services. This paper proposes the open network service model as NaaS (Network as a Service) and examines service models of several levels. It is believed that these efforts presented in this paper will make the network operators expand their service ranges through the opening of invested network resources producing more various communication services for users.

OneM2M's domain is divided into Device, Network, and Application domain, and data generated from various devices is collected through IoT/M2M gateway, it is delivered to appropriate IoT/M2M Infrastructure through Core/Access Network. However, access to the Core/Access Network is also required if the device transmit data to an Infrastructure located within the same area. In this paper, it propose data transmission based on region gateway that judge and transmit local information of data by adding a concept of region network domain to oneM2M domain, prevent access to unnecessary Core/Access Network.

Regional INformation Network Center has constructed integrated VAN among the heterogeneous computers and core technical information database for machinery & materials-oriented enterprises in the Changwon & Masan Industrial complex. As the result of RINNet project, regional industrial companies can take advantage of getting core technical information for developing new technology and strengthening competitive power. Accordingly, RINNet(Regional INformation Network for science & technology) makes regional industrial companies possible to collect, acquire and use technical information rapidly and motivates regional society to form the rapid technical interchange system and cooperative system among industrial-educational-institutal complex.

This paper describes the software download framework for SDR(Software Defined Radio). SDR is expected to solve the compatibility problem among various mobile communication standards so that people can use the same device for different wireless network. We integrated the SDR software download process into Jini architecture, and modified Jini's several functions. We implemented this proposed framework on a Linux and windows operating systems with Java programming language. With Java platform, we can easily transfer this framework into hand-held devices.

This paper deals with an automatic and precision alignment technique for proximity printing in x-ray lithography, using two pairs of moire gratings, with moire signals from each pair being 180.deg. out of phase with each other. We constructed an automatic and precision alignment experimental system which could measure both transmitted moire signals and reflected moire signals at the same time. The automatic alignment was achieved using transmitted moire signals and also reflected moire signals as a control signal for a stage driver. The alignment position of the system was monitored not only by a control signal but also by a non-control signal. The effect of transmitted and reflected moire signals upon alignment accuracy was discussed. We concluded that the technique using diffracted moire signals is a viable automatic and precision alignment technique.

In this paper, we use the modular neural network and recurrent neural network structure to implement the artificial brain information processing. We also select related adaptive learning methods to learn the entirely new input in the existed neural network. With this, a part of information process in brain is implemented as and autonomous and adaptive model by neural network and further more, the entire model for information process in brain can be introduced.

In this paper, we design and implement the public key certification the structure of assure information security which play an important role in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). The structure of assure information security consists of Root-CA, Home-network and Foreign-network. CA will going to gave the mandate to Home-Agent or Foreign-Agent when they request. The structure of assure information security is various characteristic : more then high speed, mobile network, and low cost more then previous structure of assure information security.

Although the embedded network-engine is a demand of time, it is observed that up to this time the network-engines are not sufficient to control the input and output device for Video On Demand (VOD). In this paper we have proposed the wireless network-engine with the capability of controlling the input and output device.
