  • Objectives: This study aims to determine fostering stress and mental health state that mothers of handicapped children perceive as primary care givers and to analyze their demand for information assistance in order to release their stress so that it can provide materials that contribute to establishment of assistance system for families with handicapped children. Methods: The research subjects were 340 mothers whose children went to a nursery for special children, 3 general nurseries and 6 special schools in Daegu, and the data were collected using structures questionnaires. The survey analyzed mothers' fostering stress, their demand for fostering information assistance, children's daily activity abilities. Component concepts of each scale was validated by adopting confirmatory factor analysis, and factors affecting demand for fostering information assistance were analyzed by adopting covariance structural analysis. Results: Younger mothers tend to have higher demand for information, and mothers with younger children or children with double handicaps also have higher demand. Mothers under 30 have the lowest demand for public health and medical care assistance and for home and community life assistance, while mothers with children with physical handicaps have the highest. The validity of component concepts was verified by categorizing as cognitive structure models fostering stress, information demand, children's daily activity abilities, and their appropriateness was evaluated through confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modelling. And then, GFI (more than 0.9), CFI (more than 0.9), TLI (more than 0.9) and RMSAE (less than 0.08) were used to evaluate the appropriateness. It was found that all the component concepts are valid, as every item is within appropriate range. The result of analyzing information demand demonstrated that children's handicap levels significantly affect their mothers' mental health, while fostering stress significantly affect mothers' metal health, information demand. As well, it was confirmed that mothers' mental health has a significant effect on information demand. Conclusions: Therefore, to reduce special children's mothers' uncertainty, helplessness and fostering burden, it is necessary to provide them with information on children's challenges, development and fostering and to offer them quality public health, medical care and welfare assistance along with family and local community life assistance.

  • To know the properties of single aerosol particle is an essential prerequisite for understanding its chemical reactions in the atmosphere. Single particle analysis has the advantage of providing a great amount of information that cannot otherwise be obtained using methods of bulk analysis. And single particle analysis needs the short sampling time and the small sampling mass for analysis. This allows for a better determination of the temporal variation of the component concentrations in aerosol particles. (omitted)

  • In this paper, we propose a dynamic document classification method which breaks away from existing document classification method with artificial categorization rules focusing on suppliers and has changing categorization rules according to users' needs or social trends. The core of this dynamic document classification method lies in the fact that it creates classification criteria real-time by using topic modeling techniques without standardized category rules, which does not force users to use unnecessary frames. In addition, it can also search the details through the relevance analysis by calculating the relationship between the words that is difficult to grasp by word frequency alone. Rather than for logical and systematic documents, this method proposed can be used more effectively for situation analysis and retrieving information of unstructured data which do not fit the category of existing classification such as VOC (Voice Of Customer), SNS and customer reviews of Internet shopping malls and it can react to users' needs flexibly. In addition, it has no process of selecting the classification rules by the suppliers and in case there is a misclassification, it requires no manual work, which reduces unnecessary workload.

  • In this Paper we present analysis of efficiency for various encapsulation methods to transport IP datagram over terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (T-DMB). The multimedia broadcasting system transmitted in one-way needs the data reliability for efficient transmission. And then It is able to select the independent data service using If encapsulation over T-DMB. We examine the compatibility in adopting T-DMB and the overhead of transmission occurring encapsulation. it also needs the full analysis of data framing because the cost of return channel is relatively higher. We do analysis based on theoretical calculation and propose an efficient, reliable and adaptable method in T-DMB.

  • This study was conducted to for the development of nursing education programs suitable for the period by identifying the unmet needs of kidney transplant surgery patients who need continuous self-care according to the elapsed period. The subjects of the study consisted of 84 inpatients and outpatients for up to 1 year after kidney transplant surgery. The data collection period was from February 17 to May 31, 2020, and the collected data were analyzed by Chi-square, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and post-test by Scheffé using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. As a measurement tool, the Comprehensive Needs Assessment Tool in Cancer(CNAT), a tool to assess unmet needs of cancer patients, was modified and supplemented to receive expert validity, and then self-report through a questionnaire consisting of a total of 57 questions. As a result of the study, the average of the total score out of 171points for the unmet needs of kidney transplant patients was 68.28(±38.88), and information and education accounted for the highest score of 17.92(±8.36) out of the eight sub-areas. The unmet needs according to the elapsed period were significantly higher in the 6 months ~1 year group(F=7.57, p=.001) compared to the 3-6 months group. Based on this, it is necessary to develop a nursing intervention program that can provide appropriate information and support at a time when the unmet needs of patients up to increase from 6 months to one year after kidney transplantation increase.

  • The needs of low-power embedded software are being increased. Along with the needs, the studies to predict the power consumption of embedded software are also being increased. Although existing studies for power analysis have been performed in source code-based, these code-based analysis have some shortages of long analysis time and much feedback efforts. Recently some studies of power analysis based on software models are prompted. This paper describes on the model-based approach using UML diagrams in embedded software development process. Specially we focus on the extension of OMG's MARTE Profile to support model-based analysis. The MARTE extension gives the possibility of power analysis using just UML diagrams without any other analysis model in embedded software development.
