The rapid development of information and communication technologies has resulted in rapid increase in the qualitative and quantitative information that can be accessed by information technology. Furthermore an enormous amount of information is provided in various formats. However, there are a group of people who are not able to even approach to targeted information due to physical or environmental problems. Visually handicapped users constitute a class of these users. In this paper, a method of developing user interface for web-based education service is described for the visually handicapped users to access information more efficiently. First, this paper analyzed the problems of visually handicapped users to access information targeting representative domestic sites that supply education services. And based on the results of the above analyses, Nest, this paper explains the web-based education service interface implementation method according to types of the content to be delivered. Lastly, the validity of this method is provided by testing a web page based on the implementation method according to the types of content.

The primary purpose of security mechanisms in a computer systems is to control the access to information. There are two types of access control mechanisms to be used typically. One is discretionary access control(DAC) and another is mandatory access control(MAC). In this study an access control mechanism is introduced for secure access path in security system. The security policy of this access control is that no disclosure of information and no unauthorized modification of information. To make this access control correspond to security policy, we introduce three properties; read, write and create.

Some academic libraries have paper writing education as part of information literacy education. Paper writing education includes the following contents; choice of subject, information type and information location, information retrieval. citation and bibliography writing, plagiarism type and(a front) cover table of contents writing. This study investigated paper writing education of the academic libraries that have it. Upon investigation, the academic libraries put a high importance on information type, location and retrieval. On the other hand, they lacked of the education on citation and bibliography writing, especially plagiarism. And some of the academic libraries had not the education on a choice of subject and(a front) cover a table of contents writing. Improvement of teaching method was required. This study finding will give effective material to the academic libraries having education and will have education.

We are taking advantage of the information and communications technology in every field of life at the moment. At this point of view, it is necessary to verify how the information technology performing properly in the education field. This paper is to analyze it and point out the problems in the significant programing study and map out the utilizing of Robot programing education based on the computer principle education. Therefore it is contributed to raise ingenuity, ability to think, problem-solving ability for the students as replacing old programing education with Robot programing education.

The purpose of this study which was done by questionnaire survey on doctors, paramedics, radio operators, computer technicians, administrators in Emergency Medical Care Information Centers was to analyze demand on EMD education. The significant 101 data were collected in 12 Emergency Medical Care Information Centers from Dec. 17, 2003 to Jan. 31, 2004 and analyzed by using SPSS. The conclusions from this study were summarized as follows. Composition of respondents who work in Emergency Medical Care Information Centers were 40.7% 26-30 years old in age, 56.4% male in sex, 55.6% medical direction in duty, 76.2% paramedics in certificate. 54.5% out of the paramedics had two years present career, 62.3% had one year past career, 31.0% didn't receive EMD education, 39.0% wanted 5-8 hours continuing education. The paramedics received more EMD education on Introduction to Emergency Medical Concepts, Obtaining Information from Callers, Providing Emergency Care Instructions and wanted more continuing education on Providing Emergency Care Instructions, Key Questions & Pre-Arrival Instructions, Obtaining Information from Callers. This study will be helpful to build up an education system for EMDs such as continuing education, curriculum, certification.

This study has been pointed out that Information Communication Ethics Education has been mentioned only about a cognitive factor. Then the purpose of this study is verify the effects through the Instructional design of Information Communication Ethics that was compensate the problem. To achieve this, it was included all the cognitive, emotional and active factor of Integrated Character by Thomas Lickona. It has been modified that Information Communication Ethics Test of Lee Chae Young(2009) to be included all the factors of Integrated Character to verify the designed instruction. It has been designed that each steps included the component of Integrated Character using Gerlach & Ely systematic instruction model then, the designed instruction has been applied to the secondary school and verified the effectiveness. As a result, it has been proved that Experimental group is more effective than Control group.

SNS data was collected and analyzed by topic modeling techniques to examine recent trends in information education. By deriving keywords and topics for SW education and AI education, we not only attempted to discover insights ahead of the next revised curriculum but also suggested directions. According to the SNS data analysis, the contents of human resource development for software and the instructional method in schools are indicated as a high requirement. Meanwhile, SW education should be conducted through a separate curriculum from elementary school, and this was consistent with the opinion that it is necessary to be organized as a required subject. There was an opinion to support the schools since AI education is newly introduced in next revised national curriculum. The trends in SW education and AI education which are observed through SNS data analysis could be concluded to conduct the substantial operation of information education and curriculum organization.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

Many advanced technologies of computer and internet make the information communication technology education to be changed in elementary schools. The transition from the education of computer utilization to the education of computer science knowledge in ICT education area helps the child to enhance his or her logical thinking and the abilities of problem solving. In this study, we did some analysis of textbooks which have the updated information communication technology education, supporting these features. We collected six textbooks developed according to the guideline of information communication technology education since 2007. The main contents of this study are systematic analysis, quantity analysis and Romey's analysis about six textbooks. Specially, we found that 'Understanding of Information Society', 'Understanding of Information Processing' and 'Various Activity' among the ICT five area in textbooks support student's inquiry activities in elementary schools.
