The industrial control system (ICS) has operated as a closed network in the past, but it has recently been linked to information and communications services and has been causing damage due to cyber attacks. As a countermeasure, the Information Communication Infrastructure Protection Act was enacted, but it cannot be applied to various real control environments because there is only a one-way policy-from a control network to a business network. In addition, IEC62443 defines an industrial control system reference model as an international standard, and suggests an area security model using a firewall. However, there is a limit to linking an industrial control network, operating as a closed network, to an external network only through a firewall. In this paper, we analyze the security model and research trends of the industrial control system at home and abroad, and propose an industrial control system security model that can be applied to the actual interworking environments of various domestic industrial control networks. Also, we analyze the security of firewalls, industrial firewalls, network connection equipment, and one-way transmission systems. Through a domestic case and policy comparison, it is confirmed that security is improved. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the proposed security model can be applied to security management measures for various industrial control fields, such as smart factories, smart cars, and smart plants.
This study was conducted using text mining and network theory to extract useful information for application for occupancy and performance of permit tasks contained in the permit contents from the permit register, which is used only for the simple purpose of recording occupancy permit information. Based on text mining, we analyzed and compared the frequency of vocabulary occurrence and topic modeling in five regions, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang, Jeolla, Chungcheong, and Gangwon, as well as normalization processes such as stopword removal and morpheme analysis. By applying four types of centrality algorithms, including stage, proximity, mediation, and eigenvector, which are widely used in network theory, we looked at keywords that are in a central position or act as an intermediary in the network. Through a comprehensive analysis of vocabulary appearance frequency, topic modeling, and network centrality, it was found that the 'installation' keyword was the most influential in all regions. This is believed to be the result of the Ministry of Environment's permit management office issuing many permits for constructing facilities or installing structures. In addition, it was found that keywords related to road facilities, flood control facilities, underground facilities, power/communication facilities, sports/park facilities, etc. were at a central position or played a role as an intermediary in topic modeling and networks. Most of the keywords appeared to have a Zipf's law statistical distribution with low frequency of occurrence and low distribution ratio.
Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.
As the market for IoT devices grows, it is expected that the scale of malware attack will be considerable. Accordingly, the improvement of related legislation has been actively promoted, the recently strengthened Information and Communication Network Act was enforced. Because IoT related accidents can lead to not only financial damages but also human accidents, IoT device Security has been attracted a great deal of attention. In this paper, IoT devices provide essential security functions through legal and technical perspectives, and analyze related technologies. This can be used to a reference for the Start-up developer and IoT device designer.

Using webometric big data, this study examines the diversity of online information sources about the novel coronavirus causing the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, it focuses on some 28 countries where confirmed coronavirus cases occurred in February 2020. In the results, the online visibility of Australia, Canada, and Italy was the highest, based on their producing the most relevant information. There was a statistically significant correlation between the hit counts per country and the frequency of visiting the domains that act as information channels. Interestingly, Japan, China, and Singapore, which had a large number of confirmed cases at that time, were providing web data related to the novel coronavirus. Online sources were classified using an N-tuple helix model. The results showed that government agencies were the largest supplier of coronavirus information in cyberspace. Furthermore, the two-mode network technique revealed that media companies, university hospitals, and public healthcare centers had taken a positive attitude towards online circulation of coronavirus research and epidemic prevention information. However, semantic network analysis showed that health, school, home, and public had high centrality values. This means that people were concerned not only about personal prevention rules caused by the coronavirus outbreak, but also about response plans caused by life inconveniences and operational obstacles.

E-health services have provided interoperability between personal health devices in personal area network, based the ISO/IEEE 11073 standard. In the healthcare system, the manager handles most agents concurrently through wireless communication. However, due to the distance limitation and the increased number of agents, it may be difficult to provide continuous connectivity. Recently, body area devices have been equipped with various applicable agents, which can even handle agents on behalf of the manager. A BAD may act as an intermediary device to increase system efficiency and performance. In this study, a device called "proxy", which can be installed as software on BAD devices, is proposed. The data measured by an agent can be sent to the proxy first, and subsequently be sent to the manager again. Agents and the manager are not aware of the proxy existence and work normally without the proxy. Furthermore, a new smart proxy and modified manager are proposed. The smart proxy acts as one agent handling measurement data from several agents, which can transmit a significant amount of data at once. The proxy and smart proxy maintain compatibility with existing devices that conform to the 20601 standard. The proposed schemes are verified and the complexities of devices are analyzed. The analysis shows no significant difference among the proxy, smart proxy, and manager. Simulations exhibit that the proposed schemes can improve the system performance.

The government enacted and promulgated the 'Severe Accident Punishment Act' in January 2021, and is enforcing the law for workplaces with 50 or more full-time workers. However, the number of industrial accident accidents in 2021 increased by 10.7% compared to the same period of the previous year, and chemical gas Safety accidents due to leaks and explosions also occur frequently. Therefore, in high-risk industrial sites, comprehensive Safety measures are urgently needed. In this study, BLE Mesh networking in industrial sites with poor communication environment apply technology. The complex sensor AIoT device recognizes a dangerous situation as a gas sensing value, voice, and motion value, and transmits it to the server. The server monitors the risk situation in real time through information value analysis and judgment through artificial intelligence LSTM algorithm and CNN algorithm for AIoT transmission information. Through this study, through the development of AIoT devices capable of gas sensing, voice and motion recognition, and AI-applied safety management systems, It will contribute to the expansion of the social safety net by expanding its application.

With the cyber incidents increasing every year, opinions are being raised that legal system relating to incident reporting needs to be revised to improve the cyber incident reporting rate, etc. Accordingly, this paper suggests a legal improvement to enhance the effectiveness of cyber incident reporting. First, by analyzing domestic media coverage, this paper defines the problems which need to be improved regarding an incident reporting system as "unreported" and "not timely reporting". Then, this paper finds four requirements for legal improvement like "a reporting entity", "a starting point of reporting", "a reporting deadline" and "a protection of reporting information" by analyzing the relationship between reporting relating problems and issues published by overseas institutions and additionally by analyzing the need to revise the law. Finally, through an analysis of legislative cases, this paper suggests a legal improvement for the requirements.
Greater use of mobile phone devices seems inevitable because the health industry and cancer care are facing challenges such as resource constraints, rising care costs, the need for immediate access to healthcare data of types such as audio video texts for early detection and treatment of patients and increasing remote aids in telemedicine. Physicians, in order to study the causes of cancer, detect cancer earlier, act in prevention measures, determine the effectiveness of treatment and specify the reasons for the treatment ineffectiveness, need to access accurate, comprehensive and timely cancer data. Mobile devices provide opportunities and can play an important role in consulting, diagnosis, treatment, and quick access to health information. There easy carriage make them perfect tools for healthcare providers in cancer care management. Key factors in cancer care management systems through a mobile phone health approach must be considered such as human resources, confidentiality and privacy, legal and ethical issues, appropriate ICT and provider infrastructure and costs in general aspects and interoperability, human relationships, types of mobile devices and telecommunication related points in specific aspects. The successful implementation of mobile-based systems in cancer care management will constantly face many challenges. Hence, in applying mobile cancer care, involvement of users and considering their needs in all phases of project, providing adequate bandwidth, preparation of standard tools that provide maximum mobility and flexibility for users, decreasing obstacles to interrupt network communications, and using suitable communication protocols are essential. In this busy world actually stress is continuously grow up in research and monitoring social websites. The social interaction is a process by which people act and react in relation with each other like play, fight, dance we can find social interactions. In this we find social structure means maintain the relationships among peoples and group of peoples. Its a limit and depends on its behavior. Because relationships established on expectations of every one involve depending on social network. There is lot of difference between emotional pain and physical pain. When you feel stress on physical body we all feel with tensions, stress on physical consequences, physical effects on our health. When we work on social network websites, developments or any research related information retrieving etc. our brain is going into stress. Actually by social network interactions like watching movies, online shopping, online marketing, online business here we observe sentiment analysis of movie reviews and feedback of customers either positive/negative. In movies there we can observe peoples reaction with each other it depends on actions in film like fights, dances, dialogues, content. Here we can analysis of stress on brain different actions of movie reviews. All these movie review analysis and stress on brain can calculated by machine learning techniques. Actually in target oriented business, the persons who are working in marketing always their brain in stress condition their emotional conditions are different at different times. In this paper how does brain deal with stress management. In software industries when developers are work at home, connected with clients in online work they gone under stress. And their emotional levels and stress levels always changes regarding work communication. In this paper we represent emotional intelligence with stress based analysis using machine learning techniques in social networks. It is ability of the person to be aware on your own emotions or feeling as well as feelings or emotions of the others use this awareness to manage self and your relationships. social interactions is not only about you its about every one can interacting and their expectations too. It about maintaining performance. Performance is sociological understanding how people can interact and a key to know analysis of social interactions. It is always to maintain successful interactions and inline expectations. That is to satisfy the audience. So people careful to control all of these and maintain impression management.
