모바일 웹 환경에서의 정보 이용이 증가함에 따라 과거에 개발된 특정 플랫폼만을 고려한 웹 정보기술들이 점차적으로 이용 가능하지 못하게 되고 있다. 이러한 기술들은 정보의 상호 운용성을 보장하는 웹표준 기술로의 교체와 더불어 새로운 모바일 환경에 요구되는 인터페이스 개발을 필요로 한다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 배경에 모바일과 데스크톱 환경을 고려한 웹 지리정보 서비스를 구현하기 위한 관련 표준들을 검토하였다. 검토된 결과를 토대로 오픈소스로 구성된 지리정보 서비스 시스템을 설계하고 더불어 모바일과 데스크톱 환경을 위한 ExtJs 기반의 웹매핑 클라이언트를 구현하였다. 이 논문에서 구현하고 제안한 방법은 새로운 웹표준 환경변화에 대응할 수 있도록 데스크톱 환경 뿐만 아니라 모바일 정보 환경에서 지리정보 서비스를 구현하는데 참고 될 수 있는 사례로 활용될 수 있다.

Under the concept of global economy, the enterprises are assigning design and production environments around the world in different areas. In shipbuilding companies, a serious problem of information exchange emerges as companies use traditional hardware and very distinct softwares appropriate to their field of expertise. To overcome the decreased productivity due to the interruption of information, the concept of simultaneous engineering and concurrent design becomes very significant. In this article, the concept of collaborative design based on internet environments is described. Especially, the core technologies to achieve collaborative design environments among shipbuilding companies, ship owners, ship classification societies, model basin, and consulting companies are adopted.

The vision of ubiquitous computing is becoming a reality now .Service discovery in ubiquitous environment, as well as adding semantics to the data is quite established. But, not many researchers have thought about the management of these devices. We envisage that by integrating SNMP with service discovery protocols, we could leverage the use of management factors (like performance, fault and security management etc) in the business, organizations, and other multi-user environments.

VANET 환경에서 서비스가 안전하게 활용되기 위해서는 보안성 확보가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 VANET 환경에서 사용자의 익명성을 보장하는 요금 결제 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 후불 카드를 결제 수단으로 사용하도록 설계하고 사전 등록 과정과 갱신 과정, 요금 결제 과정으로 진행된다. 사전 등록 과정과 갱신 과 정을 통해 사용자의 익명성을 제공하고 요금 결제 시 이동 차량에서의 연산 부하를 줄여 빠른 연산 처리가 제공 된다.

Cloud computing technologies are utilized and merged in various domains. Cloud computing technology-based personal cloud service technologies provide mobility and free access by using user centered storages and smart devices such like smart phones and table PCs. Therefore, we should overcome limits on the storage by solving the capacity problems of devices to provide security services in the personal cloud environments It can be addressable to provide the convenience of various security technologies. However, there are some security threats inherited from existing cloud environments and the possibilities of information leakage when devices are lost or stolen. Therefore, we designed a framework for providing secure cloud services by adding objects, such as user authorization, access tokens, set permissions by key generation, and key management assignments, for user management in personal cloud environments. We analyzed the stability of the proposed framework in terms of irreverent use and abuse, access to insiders, and data loss or leakage. And we evaluated the proposed framework in terms of the security with access control requirements in personal cloud environments.

The Mobile agent-based distributed systems become obtaining significant popularity as a potential vehicle to allow software components to be executed on heterogeneous environments despite mobility of users and computations. However, as these systems generally force mobile agents to use only common functionalities provided in every execution environment, the agents may not access environment-specific resources. In this paper, we propose a new framework using Aspect Oriented Programming technique to accommodate a variety of static resources as well as dynamic ones whose amount is continually changed at runtime even in the same execution environment. Unlike previous works, this framework divides roles of software developers into three groups to relieve application programmers from the complex and error prone parts of implementing dynamic adaptation and allowing each developer to only concentrate on his own part. Also, the framework enables policy decision makers to apply various adaptation policies to dynamically changing environments for adjusting mobile agents to the change of their resources.

The recent emergence of new Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) has resulted in a gradual improvement in the performance of positioning services. This paper verifies the degree of improvement in positioning performance of Assisted-GNSS (A-GNSS) receivers using assistance information compared to standalone-GNSS receivers that do not use assistance information in various urban environments in Korea. For this purpose, field tests are performed in various urban and indoor environments in Korea. The assistance information is provided by u-blox's AssistNow Online and low-cost commercial receivers are used for mobile station receivers. Through experiments, the Time to First Fix (TTFF), acquisition sensitivity, and position accuracy performance improvement are analyzed. The results of the experiments show that using assistance data improved the performance in all experiment locations, and, in particular, a significant performance improvement in terms of TTFF.

In a packet based wireless system, an adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) scheme is often employed with the use of channel quality information (CQI). However, the AMC can be operated improperly due to delayed CQI, causing performance degradation. In this paper, we consider the use of predicted CQI for the AMC considering the feedback delay and channel characteristics. We also consider the use of a hybrid automatic repeat request scheme with the proposed AMC for further improvement in high mobility environments.

본 논문은 어린이와 청소년들의 학습을 위한 정보이용에 관한 주요 연구들을 조사 분석하여 자연스런 정보이용의 패턴을 종합적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 어린이와 청소년들이 직접 연구에 참여한 현장중심의 연구들을 통해서 어린이와 청소년들의 정보이용은 정보문제의 성격, 접근도구의 질적 수준, 접근 도구와 정보 문제에 대한 어린이들의 경험과 지식, 그리고 어린이와 청소년들의 인지적 능력간에 밀접한 관계가 있다는 것을 재차 확인하였다. 본 논문이 연구자들에게는 후속연구에 대한 실마리를 제공하고 실무자들에게는 학습을 위한 효과적인 정보이용의 환경 설계와 서비스 기획에 근거를 제공하기를 바란다.

본 논문에서는 기업이나 학내망 등 제한된 공간에서 특수한 분야에 국한된 무선 LAN의 사용이 점차 보편화되고 그 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 현재 보급화되고 있는 2.4GHz 대역 무선 LAN의 전송방식 및 구조에 대해서 살펴보고, 또한 다양한 User 환경에서 Packet 신호의 전송특성 및 속도에 관한 실험과 분석을 통하여, 다양한 이용자 환경에서 최적의 신호 전송레벨을 알아보았다.
