글로벌 경제위기와 고령화 추세 그리고 급속한 디지털 전환은 한국 사회에 큰 부담이자 위기이다. 이러한 환경 변화와 경기침체는 시니어들의 퇴직 후 창업 및 재취업에 대한 이슈가 사회적으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 시니어를 대상으로 하고 창업할 시 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 피할 수 없는 정보통신기술(ICT) 및 디지털 미디어에 대한 활용 역량에 초점을 두었다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 시니어를 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 하였다. 유효한 287개를 분석대상으로 삼았다. 통계분석에는 SPSS 24.0와 Macro Process 4.0을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 정보기술 수용에 대한 자기효능감, 개인 혁신성, 디지털미디어를 활용한 커뮤니케이션 역량은 시니어 창업 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 정보기술에 대한 지각된 유용성과 디지털미디어 기기 활용역량은 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 유의한 영향을 미친 변인 중 개인혁신성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기회 인식은 자기효능감, 개인혁신성, 커뮤니케이션 역량과 시니어 창업 의도 간에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 시니어의 창업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중에서 디지털미디어 활용역량 역시 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증적으로 검정했다는 점에서 학술적 및 실무적 의미가 있다.

This study aims at investigating the effect of product innovation accounting on the market success of instant food and convenience food businesses in Thailand with customer response capability as the mediator. In addition, it examines the effects of management accounting systems, marketing intelligence, and technology orientation on product innovation accounting. The sample for this study is 258 instant food and convenience food businesses in Thailand. To test the research relationships, a structural equation model is used. The results of this study show that product innovation accounting has a significant effect on both customer response capability and market success. Similarly, customer response capability significantly leads to market success while it mediates the product innovation accounting-market success relationship. Testing the antecedents of the research relationships, management accounting system, marketing intelligence, and technology orientation potentially affect product innovation accounting. Accordingly, product innovation accounting is a key source of competitive advantage. Product innovation accounting must be recognized by company management as a strategic tool for competing in markets and environments. They must invest their resources and capabilities to create and develop product innovation accounting principles, as well as encouraging their staff to implement and use these principles in the workplace.

This study aims to come up with the elements that have influence on the outcomes of technology transfer in a multi-divisional way by making analysis of the interactive relations among technology transfer factor, technology transfer procedure factors, and technology transfer outcome factors through the Structural Equation Model(SEM). And the sample companies are restricted to the ones that have the records of technology transfer to China for the past five years For research model, technology success factor model of Choi and Lee (2000) and technology receptive capability and technology transfer outcome model of Lin, Tan and Chang(2002) were adopted. The research model was divided into an external variable, technology transfer factors and an internal variables, technology transfer procedure factors and technology transfer outcome factors. Research hypothesis was divided into technology transfer factors and technology transfer procedure factors; and technology transfer outcomes. As a result of analysis, cultural difference associated with technology transfer, technological type, corporate capability, and mutual trust have an effect on the outcomes of technology transfer.

This research explores how the success of smart factory adoption is influenced by firm's dynamic capability. This research describes the underlying processes on how organizations manipulate or adapt organizational elements harmoniously to implement smart factory successfully. Although understanding of these processes is essential to many researchers and practitioners in the field, the information system research literature contains very few examples of this type. The research is conducted in the following sequence: first, the concept of dynamic capability is presented followed by research methodology; and then the analyses of case data are presented followed by discussions and future directions. The results of this research show that the firms with higher dynamic capability adopted smart factory more easily through alignment of various organizational elements.

차세대 이동통신 관련 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석을 위해 특허정보 분석을 실시하였다. 특허정보의 분석방법으로는 출원인 분석, 기술분류 분석, 지표분석 등 여러 분석방법을 활용하였다. 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석 1단계로 특허활동도(Patent Activity:PA)가 높은 출원인을 선별하였고, 2단계로 기술자립도(Technological Independence:TI)가 높은 기술분류를 선별하였다. 그리고 1단계와 2단계 결과를 매칭하여 특허활동도가 높은 주요 출원인 중에서 기술자립도가 높은 기술분류에 대한 포트폴리오를 작성하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 경쟁기업간에 집중적으로 연구되고 있는 중요 기술 포트폴리오를 분석할 수 있다. 이 분석 결과는 기업의 R&D계획, 특허전략 수립 등 전략적 R&D 관리 수행을 돕는 역할을 할 것이다.

글로벌 IS 소싱이 확산됨에 따라 다국적 팀원들로 구성된 글로벌 프로젝트 팀이 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 상이한 시간대에 위치한 팀원 간의 상호작용이 필수적인 글로벌 프로젝트는 이러한 시간적, 공간적 복잡성 때문에 프로젝트의 성공적 수행에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 성공적인 글로벌 프로젝트 수행에 필요한 프로젝트 관리 역량에 대한 탐색적인 연구 조사를 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 프로젝트 관리 역량을 정보 기술적 역량(IT capability)과 인적 자원 역량(human resource capability)의 관점에서 고찰하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 기술적 역량으로는 팀원 간의 조정 및 지식 공유 등을 지원하는 협업 도구(collaborative tools)가 프로젝트 성공에 중요한 역할을 하고, 인적 자원 역량과 관련해서는, 기존에 중요시 여겨지던 기술적 지식들 보다는 경영학적 관리 지식 및 의사 소통 능력 등이 중요시 여겨지는 것으로 나타났다. 인적 역량의 관점에서, 본 연구 결과는 해외소싱이 활발해 짐에 따라 프로젝트 관리자(Project Manager, PM)들이 가져야 하는 주요지식으로 기존의 기술적 지식의 비중은 급격히 줄어든 반면, 의사소통 능력, 해외개발 인력관리, 소싱전략 등과 같은 관리에 대한 지식과 비즈니스 업무지식이 점차 중요해 지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 한국의 해외 소성은 매우 초기 단계에 있지만 본 연구는 차제에 한국의 IT 인력 특히 PM 인력들이 갖추어야 하는 지식요건과 해외소성을 관리하기 위한 기술적 역량 등에 대한 방향을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In this study, diagnostic model was proposed to evaluate and rate the innovation capability of SMEs and suggest alternatives to insufficient capabilities and optimum supporting programs for SMEs from literature survey, GIC model was composed based on KIS value and ASTI(Associate of Science and Technology information) SMEs database, thus, sample deviation can be caused and securing accurate data is insufficient. To compose model by analyzing characteristics of companies accurately, various companies' data for long period will be required.

본 연구의 목적은 먼저 전문대학 학생의 NCS 업무처리능력군(문제해결능력, 정보능력, 기술능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력)과 진로효능감 간의 영향 관계를 실증분석하기 위함에 있다. 그리고 이 진로효능감과 진로결과기대 및 진로준비행동 간의 영향관계에 대해 실증분석하기 위함이다. 사회인지진로이론 및 자기효능감 관련 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 실증분석의 결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학 학생의 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 선행 영향요인으로 진로효능감 요인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 업무처리능력군 중 문제해결능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 조직이해능력은 진로효능감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리능력군 중 기술능력은 진로효능감에 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 전문대학 학생의 진로효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 학과 차원의 행정지원과 교수자의 상담 및 멘토링 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 비교과과목의 개설과 교수평가 지표 항목의 개발 등의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 조직이해능력, 정보능력, 자원관리능력, 그리고 문제해결능력이 진로효능감에 미치고 이는 다시 진로결과기대와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었기에 해당 능력과 관련된 비교과목의 개설 및 특화 및 특강 프로그램을 위한 준비와 진행의 정책적 제안이 가능함을 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

미국, 영국, 나토는 불확실한 미래 합동작전을 위한 합동 능력을 구축하기 위해 합동 개념을 발전시켜 적용하고 합동능력 관리체계를 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 그 중 미군은 능력을 기반으로 전력을 기획하여, 예산을 편성하고, 집행하여 평가는 PPBEE 체계를 운영하고 있다. 또한 미군은 합동능력영역(JCA), 합동과제목록(UJTL) 등을 중심으로 합동능력관리체계(JCAMS)를 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 최근 한국군도 이러한 능력 개념을 도입하고 관리하기 위한 시스템을 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 미군의 합동능력관리체계를 참고하여 한국군에 적합한 능력관리 통합메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안한 통합메커니즘을 통하여 우리군은 효율적이고 효과적으로 합동능력 관리체계(JCMS)를 구축 할 수 있을 것이다.

Mobile user interface pattern (MUIP) is a kind of structured representation of interaction design knowledge. Several studies have suggested that MUIPs are a proven solution for recurring mobile interface design problems. To facilitate MUIP selection, an effective clustering method is required to discover hidden knowledge of pattern data set. In this paper, we employ the semi-supervised kernel fuzzy c-means clustering (SSKFCM) method to cluster MUIP data. In order to improve the performance of clustering, clustering parameters are optimized by utilizing the global optimization capability of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Since the PSO algorithm is easily trapped in local optima, a novel PSO algorithm is presented in this paper. It combines an improved intuitionistic fuzzy entropy measure and a new population search strategy to enhance the population search capability and accelerate the convergence speed. Experimental results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed clustering method.
