맞춤형 학습을 위한 SCORM 기반 pLMIS 개발 (Development of pLMIS based on SCORM for Personalized Learning)

  • 오늘날 웹 기반 학습 관리 정보시스템은 학습자의 개인 특성에 부응하는 많은 맞춤형 학습 정보시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템들은 일방적인 푸쉬(push)방식이거나 혹은 컨텐츠를 재사용 하고 있어 시스템간 상호 운용성 및 유지 보수가 되지 않으며, 서로 이질적인 학습관리 시스템으로 학습관리 정보 체계가 상이하여 통합 관리가 되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 시스템들의 단점을 보안하고 국제표준 SCORM 기반 맞춤형 학습 관리 정보 구현하였다. 시퀀싱한 컨텐츠를 적용하여 강의, 문항풀이를 하며 학습자를 평가하는 시스템과 그 결과를 바탕으로 계속적인 맞춤형 학습 기능을 제공한다.

정보화전략의 효과적 추진을 위한 교육훈련체계에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Education and Training System for Effective Implementation of IT Strategies)

  • The objective of this research is to develop education and training systems for IS department and user department personnel, which is essential to effective implementation IT(information technology) strategies in most of organizations. In order to achieve this research objective, first this study theoretically derives six categories of education and training based on comprehensive review of the previous research, and explicates concrete items for each category. And then, with respect to each of these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity measured by the gap between the required level of knowledge and skills which staff members should have for effective implementation of IT strategies and the present level of them which they really have. Field survey is employed for the data collection: 270 questionnaires are distributed to the companies in private and public sectors, and 196 questionnaires are collected in useful condition and are analyzed. The findings of this research shows that six dimensions of education and training are empirically derived by factor analysis as following: (1) general knowledge for organizational overview, (2) management knowledge and skills, (3) knowledge and skills of the specific information system which IS department and user department personnel are directly involved in developing and operating, (4) knowledge and skills for strategic use of IT, (5) general knowledge and skills for IT and (6) advanced expert knowledge and skills for specific IT. And the degree of necessity turns out to be statistically significantly different among six dimensions of education and training needed by IS department and user department personnel respectively. Also for each dimension, the degree of necessity is shown to be statistically significantly different between IS department and user department personnel The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system for effective implementation of IT strategies, Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs in real organizations.

e-Learning 표준에 기반한 주문형 교육 시스템 (Education On Demand System Based on e-Learning Standards)

  • 본 논문은 VOD(Video On Demand) 기반 온라인 교육 시스템의 한계점들을 분석하고 이에 대한 대안으로 e- Learning 표준에 기초한 EOD(Education On Demand) 시스템의 디자인과 구현에 대해 기술한다. EOD 시스템은 XML로 표현되는 메타 정보와 컴포넌트 기술을 사용하여 학습 컨텐츠 라이프사이클 전반에 적용되는 저작 도구, 컨텐츠 서버, 학습 정책 시스템 그리고 뷰어로 구성된다. 구성요소간의 모든 정보 교환은 SCORM 표준에 기반한 메타 정보로 표현되어 효과적인 컨텐츠 관리와 자동화를 가능하게 한다. 또한 학습자의 상호작용 및 피드백 정보를 통합 관리하여 학습 정책 시스템을 통해 개별 학습자에게 맞추어진 학습 지도를 제공 할 수 있다. 이러한 EOD 시스템을 통해 단순한 컨텐츠 제공을 넘어선 발전된 형태의 온라인 교육 시스템에 대해 고찰해 본다.

교육정보시스템이 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Educational Performance of Education Information System)

  • 교육정보시스템이 교육의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서는 교육이라는 특수성을 고려하여 다차원적인 측정이 필요하다. 본 논문은 우리나라 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)의 성과를 포괄적으로 측정하기 위하여, 성과 측정의 영역을 정보시스템 가치사슬의 흐름에 따라 사용자 영역, 교육프로세스 영역, 성과 영역으로 구분하고 이들 간의 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 모형을 실증적으로 검정한 결과, NEIS에 대한 사용자의 관점은 사용자만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이러한 사용자의 태도변화는 과업개선, 교육혁신, 교육수요자만족, 관리통제활동과 같은 정보시스템의 교육프로세스영역에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 또한 NEIS는 의사소통을 통해 사용자의 만족을 가져와 교육효율성 제고의 성과를 얻는다는 것도 알 수 있었다.

Incheon Occupational Disease Surveillance System in Korea-Providing Updated Information and Education

  • The occurrences of occupational illness and injury have been seriously underestimated in Korea. Surveillance systems for occupational diseases have recently emerged as important strategies for the control of occupational hazards and the implementation of intervention programs to protect workers. However, health service providers do not actively diagnose occupational diseases and are unwilling to report occupational diseases. With the rapid growth of Internet usage in Korea, the computer network has become the predominant means of communicating and sharing information. Therefore, we developed a web-based updated information and education network to assist the health services providers in reporting occupational diseases. Information systems for occupational disease surveillance were also designed to support occupational disease reporting. Commonly available database systems, such as web databases, are useful to manage occupational diseases data efficiently. Standardized case definitions and report guidelines were also established, which included cumulative trauma disorder, occupational asthma, occupational contact dermatitis, and occupational cancer. This system may provide the basis of an efficient and continuously updated source of educational information and provide specific information concerning the occurrence of occupational diseases in specific areas. Background information on occupational diseases obtained in this way will be invaluable for preventing hazards and enforcing occupational disease prevention programs. Moreover, our experiences in establishing these information systems will be of great use in other countries and settings.

교육용 적응적 하이퍼미디어 시스템의 사용자 모형 개발 (Development of User Model for an Educational Adaptive Hypermedia System)

  • 교육은 적응적 하이퍼미디어 시스템에서 가장 큰 응용분야이다. 사용자 모형은 적응적 하이퍼미디어 시스템분야에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 수준에 따라 다양한 학습 내용을 제공할 수 있도록 신경회로망 기법을 이용하여 사용자 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 사용자 모형의 성능평가를 위해 웹기본 개념, 멀티미디어, HTML에 관한 내용을 학습하는 하이퍼미디어를 가지고 시뮬레이션 결과 학습자의 수준에 따라 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공함을 알 수 있었다.

미국 회계교육연구의 동향 및 함의 (A Study on the Review and Implication of Accounting Education Research in America)

  • Accounting education research addresses a wide range of topics related to students, educational processes, educational outcomes, faculty, administrative structures, and the programs and constituents of accounting education. This study examines accounting education researches for the purpose of identifying changes in this research literature and opportunities for enhancing its development. The total number of accounting articles published each year has increased. More significant is the increase in the portion of articles based on empirical research and the decrease in the portion of non-empirical articles. And the empirical studies were classified by type of study, by type of statistics used in the study, and by whether the study referred to other accounting or non-accounting literature. These analysis suggests a number of opportunities for the development of future accounting education research: (1) review relevant non-accounting literature, (2) seek empirical tests of fundamental relationships, (3) design multi-institutional and longitudinal tests, (4) provide for aptitude-treatment interactions, and (5) focus on educational outcomes.

  • Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.

기업윤리의 제고방안에 관한 연구 (A Study of Uplift Plan of Business Ethics)

  • The results and suggestions for this study is as follows: First, as the education for business ethics is instructed, the level of recognition for business ethics is intensified. Second, the result after verifying the hypothesis shows a meaningful difference between utilitarianism and the principle of justice. Third, it is necessary for us to teach the business ethics using a systematic education program over a long period. Fourth, business ethics education should be taught in colleges as well as in the home and community. The limitations of this study and the directions of following studies is as follows: Frist, in spite of establishing a research model concerning business ethics, the researcher could not develop a systematic education program for business ethics. Second, it is necessary to develop a systematic education program for business ethics in order to utilize it for producing practical study. Finally, it is necessary to develop some evaluation tools for relativism.

  • The purpose of industry-education cooperation field training is improving students' abilities & skills by working at industrial companies and experiencing how to apply their school knowledge to a real work for some period of time. The followings are recommendable ways of industry-education cooperation field training management to improve the students' adaptability of industrial companies with the most effectiveness (1) Prior to everything, setting the industry-education cooperation field training program to have extreme efficient and managing it with exhaustiveness & intensiveness is necessary. (2) Before sending students to industrial companies for education, the committee must make an inspection of industrial companies to decide whether they have the fine educational value. (3) To assign eve student to proper industrial companies, school authorities must survey the aptitude, desire and ability of each students and peculiarities of each industrial companies. (4) Figure out a way to increase the students' adaptability with a highest degree. (5) To help the employment of students who finished the industry-education cooperation field training with on admirable record, the committee must discuss that matter with industrial companies & students.
