초등학교에서 정보, 정보기기, 운영체제 교육을 위한 내용 선정의 적합성 조사 분석 (The Analysis of the Appropriateness of the Content Standards of Information, Information Appliances, and Operating System in Elementary School)

  • 초등학교에서의 정보과 교육과정에서의 정보, 정보기기, 운영체제 교육을 위해 국내외 교육과정의 내용체계 등의 선행연구 자료들을 비교 및 분석하여 새로운 개선 및 시사점을 고찰하였다. 그리고 이 내용에 선정에 대한 필요성과 교육 시기, 내용 선정의 적합성을 전문가들을 대상으로 설문하였고, 그 연구결과로 초등학교에서 정보, 정보기기, 운영체제 교육을 위한 교육 내용을 선정하고 성취기준을 마련하여 제안한다. 본 연구 결과는 국가 수준의 초등 정보과 교육과정 개발 및 초등학생들의 핵심 교육역량을 양성하는 것으로 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 일부 전문가들을 대상으로 조사한 결과를 분석의 근거로 삼았다는 점에서 결과를 일반화하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 초등 정보과 교육과정 영역 내용 성취기준의 적합성 분석을 세부적으로 시도한다는 점과 이를 통해 초등 정보과 교육과정의 안정적인 운영과 초등 정보과 교육과정의 개선에 필요한 정보를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 빅데이터 대학 교육과정 연구 (Research on big data curriculum in university suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution)

  • With the development of digital technology, the industrial structure is becoming digitalize. The government selected big data as the key technology of the 4th industrial revolution. Among them, big data is widely used to create new values and services by utilizing vast amounts of information. In order to cultivate professional manpower for the use of big data, various education programs are provided at universities. We intend to develop a curriculum for systematic training of talented people who can acquire knowledge about the three stages of collection, analysis, and application of big data. To this end, subjects are classified into basic competency, technical competency, analysis competency, and business competency based on the big data competency model proposed by the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

전자상거래 교과과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on E-Commerce Curriculum)

  • 전자상거래 시장 규모의 확산에 따른 인력양성의 시급함이 지적되고 있다. 전자상거래 전문인력은 그 수요에 비해 공급이 절대 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 현상은 민간교육기관에만 인력공급을 의존, 필요한 인력을 단기적으로 조달해왔기 때문이다. 미국의 경우 전자상거래 교육을 위하여 대학을 중심으로 집중적으로 재정적 지원을 하고 있으며 여러 경영대학원은 전자상거래 전공을 신설하고 있는 추세이다 그러나 아직 충분한 교수진과 교과과정이 개발되지 못한 것이 여전히 문제점으로 남고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹사이트 조사를 통해 전자상거래 학과가 신설되어 있는 국내외 대학의 교과목을 비교분석하구 실증적 연구를 통하여, 학부와 대학원으로 나누어 플로토타입 교과과정을 제시하였다. 전자상거래 교과과정은 크게 비즈니스, 기술, 전자상거래 핵심 영역으로 구분하였다. 교과목에 대한 중요도 도출을 위해 대학교수 그룹과 실무자 그룹으로 나누고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 전자상거래 전공을 신설하려는 대학에서 교과괴정을 만드는데 하나의 지침이 될 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Direction of Department of Contents, University Curriculum Introduction According to the Development Status of Image-generating AI

  • In this study, we investigate the changes and realities of the content production process focusing on Image generation AI revolutions such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DELL-E, and examine the current status of related department operations at universities and Find out the status of the current curriculum. Through this, we suggest the need to produce AI-adaptive content talent through re-establishing the capabilities of content-related departments in art universities and quickly introducing curriculum. This is because it can be input into the efficient AI content development system currently being applied in industrial fields, and it is necessary to cultivate talent who can perform managerial and technical roles using various AI systems in the future. In conclusion, we will prepare cornerstone research to establish the university's status as a source of talent that can lead the content industry beyond the AI content production era, and focus on convergence capabilities and experience with the goal of producing convergence talent to cultivate AI adaptive content talent, suggests the direction of curriculum application for value creation.

Education System to Learn the Skills of Management Decision-Making by Using Business Simulator with Speech Recognition Technology

  • In this paper, we propose an educational system that involves a business game simulator and related curriculum. To develop these two elements, we examined the decision-making process related to business management and identified some significant skills thereby. In addition, we created an original simulator, named BizLator (http://bizlator.com), to help students develop these skills efficiently. Next, we developed a curriculum suitable for the simulator. We confirmed the effectiveness of the simulator and curriculum in a business-game-based class at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo. On the basis of this, we compared our education system with a conventional system. This allowed us to identify advantages of and issues with our proposed system. Furthermore, we proposed a speech recognition support system named BizVoice in order to provide the teachers with more meaningful feedback, such as level of students' understanding. Concretely, BizVocie fetches students' speech of discussion during the game and converts the voice data to text data with speech recognition technology. Finally, teachers can grasp students' parameters of understanding, and thereby, the students also can take more effective class using BizLator. We also confirmed the effectiveness of the system in the class of Aoyama Gakuin Universiry.

건축교육에서 BIM 프로그램 적용에 관한 연구 (A study on the Practical Adaptation of BIM Programs for Architectural Education)

  • The advent of BIM(Building Information Modeling) design process based on the digital media has brought innovation to the production and management of AEC industry. Accordingly the need for educating BIM professionals has been radically increased both in the real world practice and in academia. Some developed countries have already been studying and establishing the optimized curriculum in the academic architecture courses for BIM based education with multi_efforts using the digital media as design processing tools focused on educating architectural professionals with creativity and productivity. However in the domestic education systems, it is hardly found that researches and curriculums deal with the BIM education in the academia. Thus the objective of this paper is to investigate the architectural design pedagogy in the advanced digital media setting in response to the urgent need for BIM education. This study focuses on developing the curriculum based on practical adaptation of BIM programs for architectural education. It aims to provide students with the basic understanding of BIM theory and the practice of BIM tools as an instrument enhancing the creativity for architectural design. Thus this study proposes an BIM curriculum for the students who first encounter the notion and knowledge of BIM during their academic years. And the education result after the application of this curriculum has been analysed through the students questionnaires before and after the lecture.

MIS 교육과정 개선을 위한 실무자들의 인식 조사 연구: 정보시스템 전문가의 핵심 직무역량 중심으로 (Perception of Practitioners for MIS Curriculum, Development: Focused on the IS Professional's Core Competencies)

  • 본 연구는 국내 4년제 대학 MIS 교육과정을 실무자 관점에서 평가하고, IS 인력의 업무내용과 수행비중, 그리고 그에 요구되는 핵심 직무 역량을 현업 부서원들과 IS 전문가 관점에서 비교 분석함으로써 4년제 대학 및 IT 전문기관의 교육 프로그램 방향과 교수법에 관해 논의하고자 하는 것이다. 실무자들의 인식에 따르면 향후 NIS 전공자에게 가장 적합한 직무는 IS 기획 및 전략 수립, 어플리케이션 시스템 개발, IT 컨설팅 등으로 나타났고, IS 전문가에게 요구되는 핵심 직무 기술로는 인간관계 기술군이 가장 중요한 것으로 인식되었으며, 경영활동의 흐름과 프로세스에 대한 이해, 경영기능에 대한 지식, 그리고 최신 IT에 대한 지식과 평가 능력, IT 요소기술군 순으로 나타났다.

  • It will not be impossible to develop an Information Systems and Information Technologies (IS/IT) program and a curriculum that represents the true needs of the IS/IT industry until IS/IT educator, reduce the gap perception and IS/IT practitioner's perception of IS/IT knowledge and technical skills that the industry might need. This paper represents and analysis of perceptions about IS/IT knowledge and skills that IS/IT practitioners might consider important. This study is based in Korean. The findings give us a very important lesson for IS/IT academicians that their understanding about the required knowledge and skills for the IS/IT career is not in line with that of IS/IT industry. Classifies the critical knowledge/skill set according to content or domain of knowledge by means of a survey. This is conducted in accordance with what IS/IT practitioners and educators can easily relate. The survey uses this approach and includes four broad categories of critical information Systems and Information technologies (IS/IT) knowledge/skills: IS/IT technology knowledge/skills, organizational and societal knowledge/skills, interpersonal knowledge/skills, and personal trait knowledge/skills.

IS 분야 연계전공의 교육만족도 : 사례연구요 (Students' Satisfaction of IS Interdisciplinary Majors : A Case Study)

  • As technology rapidly develops, the demand for manpower by new industries is increasing. In order to respond to the changing demands of the workforce, universities are actively introducing interdisciplinary majors, which is a program formed by two or more departments cooperating to develop new majors. Although the importance of the interdisciplinary major is increasing, universities have difficulties managing them due to non-flexible educational systems. The purpose of this study is to present an effective management direction for interdisciplinary majors based on the results of a survey on student satisfaction with interdisciplinary majors. Also, we analyzed the required level and possessed level of the IS practitioners' competencies, and developed specific educational directions for training IS talents. The results showed that there was a significant difference in satisfaction with the curriculum development and curriculum evaluation of existing subjects provided by existing departments and new subjects established of interdisciplinary majors, specifically the satisfaction of new subjects is higher than existing subjects. In the IS field, there was a high demand for education in the following areas, in order: information security, information technology strategy planning, information technology operation, information technology development, information technology management, information technology sales, and core competencies. Based on the results of the analysis, the satisfaction of students and the cultivation of the talents that the interdisciplinary major aims to develop can be improved.

질적연구의 의미와 한계: 양적연구와의 비교를 통하여 (The Meaning and Limitation of Qualitative Research: Comparing with Quantitative Research)

  • Currently, there emerges a high expectation on Qualitative Research in the Korean Management research community. The expectation stems from the problems and critiques of the dominance of Quantitative research in the Korean management research. This study deals with whether Qualitative Research can help solve those problems. First, several confusing terms related to Qualitative research are categorized; next the meaning of 'Qualitative' is discussed and the meaning and role of theory in Qualitative research is presented. Finally, this study provides some suggestions on how to execute Qualitative Research under the context of the dominance of Quantitative Research and recommends adding Qualitative research courses in the Korean Management curriculum.
